Very clean, comfortable with sea views. Very friendly staff and very good food.

No consideration is given to guests here. It is very noisy all day in the house, noise by the staff all day, furniture back and plates clatter constantly. Once, never again.

Very nice hotel in a direct beach location (only one street in between). The rooms are nice and really very clean. The view of the sea from the restaurant terrace is great. The food on offer is varied and there is something for every taste. The hotel is really recommended. All top.

We were quartered in the outbuilding, i. E. No balcony, no view and a very small room where you could hear every word of the neighbors.
That's why we moved to the actual hotel.
When we moved, we forgot a dress, which we immediately announced, but it was not found.
Until the very end, we were told it was in our suitcase.
The waiters were incredibly unfriendly and almost aggressive. Some of them simply sat down in front of the table without a word in order to place the order.
Because we preferred to drink something outside and they didn't get a tip, we were really bullied by asking for our room number every time and giving us a wrong bill.
The room would not be sucked once during our stay, the bathroom had come of age and rusty.
Very disappointing and the stay very unpleasant.

The hotel is fantastic; the bay is beautiful and the beach is only a few meters away. The staff is very friendly, dedicated and helpful. The food is great, the choice at the breakfast buffet is great. The rooms are modern and cosy. We are completely satisfied and would recommend the hotel to everyone!

The booked promotional room will certainly ensure that we come back. Room is neat, clean and large enough for two people. Bathrooms modern and equipped with rain shower. Balcony overlooking the harbour. The staff are extremely friendly without being intrusive. A fantastic breakfast and dinner is offered in buffet form and live cooking. An adults-only hotel … great! We are thrilled! The place is still so crowded and the greening typical Malle holidaymakers can't be found here.

Charm of the old, the quiet, the situation. The buffets of the evening and the morning formidable and of exceptional quality. The staff is adorable.

I was lucky enough to get a sea view room with a small balcony which was very nice. Hotel is very clean and has a nice ambience in the bar and lounge area. Breakfast was very very good buffet, even dis sausages and bacon similar to you get in England.

The hotel has surprised me, I have made reservation through Agoda a very good app, and I caught it at a very good price for 8 days with breakfast and dinner, it turned out that the food is good, buffet but very original and excellent attention, value for money very well achieved, I am very happy and I recommend it…

My husband is I have been three times in this hotel but do not go in the annex which is located behind the hotel in another building or the rooms are very small and not very clean and very dark and the street is very noisy at night stay in the main building cipal which is very good but more expensive and sea view. Located in a very beautiful village where there is a lot of trade and not far from the caves of Drach that it is necessary worse viditer c is a marvel with a feeric spectacle. Food and breakfast very simple and not very varied when there are many people you wait long for drinks. But on the other hand there is a very good physiotherapist who mass you very well with essential oils and very soft music it relaxates you and calms you. The corner is wonderful and beautiful to walk around and the beach in front. The merchants speak French and love to speak it. The staff is very helpful and Nice the Manager comes from Switzerland so speak French. I personally recommend this hotel we are not going back three times for nothing.

Very nice house. Was once the very first hotel in the area. This year it has been renovated to some extent exceptionally well.

The room was dirty, the tiled hairs of the previous vacationer and in the toilet were still visible brake marks!
The room was clean and the staff were very helpful.
The food was very good and the surroundings in late autumn very quiet and relaxed.

We got a room in the side House, no sea view, the air conditioning could not be relocated to heating. We only had 17 °c brrr. Wires were hanging from the wall in the bathroom. Obviously the room was not ready in time. The dinner was very good but the view from the restaurant is beautiful. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately could not help us with our problem.

Just returned from a week here on bed and breakfast basis. We had a balcony which although noise (one night til 3am) was a bit of a problem was absolutely worth it for the view. Our bedroom and bathroom are definitely ready for some tlc! but the air conditioning worked well and beds very comfortable. An easy chair would have been appreciated and there was the room for one. The reception areas of the hotel are clean pleasant and comfortable. Found the service of our room a little hit and miss, lipstick stains left on used glasses so they clearly had received the most perfunctory of wipes — not washed or replaced and towels I wanted changed were left Did encounter three minor issues that were rectified very quickly which I was pleased about. Wish I could say the serving staff were pleasant and welcoming… they weren't … a friendly attitude and a smile means a lot to a guest, I felt we were resented. Waiting for service was a bit tedious as well. My husband was curtly told he couldn't sit at the bar whilst waiting for our drinks as it was for staff only? a bit bizarre. Found the food choices at breakfast were most enjoyable, varied and catering to the many nationalities staying… but staff extremely keen on clearing away with in moments of the clock reaching 10:00am but guess they feel we have had our 'window ' to eat. Location of being across from the beach is a huge plus.

On the whole ok, food nice, room small but ok. Walk in shower did leak though and the ac did too, however that was mended within hours. The bar staff need a bit of a rocket though extremely slow service and not good if you are thirst, lunch time menu over priced to say the least €10 for a cheese and ham toast i. E. Hotel perfectly situated though, fab views of the harbour.

We stayed here for a week on a holiday trip and found that it suited our basic needs. You can walk to the site seeing spots in the city on foot. The location of the hotel is nice and close to the beach and bus stations. The hotel room was clean, not really large, but where everthing works well: a TV with a variety of channels in different languages, big and lovely hot shower with two options, hairdryer, flatiron. The bed was comfortable and the heating was perfect. All that said the room is very out dated. Nothing in our room looked worn out it just looks old fashioned. So if modern, clean lines is your style, this hotel won't meet that need! Breakfast (included in our price of the stay) was adequate to kickstart your day. It was the same choices every morning. I wouldn't say it was the best spread I've ever seen on my travels but there is enough choice there to satisfy the morning hunger! My special thanks for a Nespresso coffee capsules and very friendly service. Internet worked perfectly and the staff at reception spoke English, German and French very well. All in all, a great experience and a relaxing stay. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.

I keep coming back to this charming hotel and resort. As a solo traveller I feel safe and secure in this environment. The staff are friendly and I think the resort is beautiful. This must be my 5th or 6th time here. I hope I can keep returning.

We were in the annex area, so small rooms but cool in temperature, across the street from the main hotel, between parked cars and up quite a few stairs. Wifi signal in the annex are is unfortunately very poor. Otherwise, a pleasant stay overall.

Very good service from staff, lack of a reform of the rooms and public areas.

We have just returned home after staying at the Felip Hotel, and cant wait to return. All the staff are fantastic, and do everything possible to make your holiday enjoyable, Thank you to you all. See you next year.

The perfect place to rest. Comfortable rooms, very comfortable beds and good food. Highly recommended.

If you want luxury buy a luxury. We are satisfied, clearly you have to make some compromises. We have a "saving rooms" in the house next door. Air conditioning at the highest level, according to the. Neighbors, hotel guests and Locals are listening, a little noisy. Room size I think is okay. Cleanliness is also okay. The bathroom is not the newest, but is fully functional. The hotel staff are all very nice and helpful. The food is also okay, always something for everyone and the desserts are also delicious. Fruit, yogurt, etc. Are available. Rüheei, juices and Cafe are used to. The beach directly in front of the door and clean.

I recently visited Mallorca with my sister and brother-in-law. Our stay at the Hotel Felip was wonderful. The director and staff of the hotel are extremely courteous and helpful (not to mention efficient). Most everyone spoke German, French, Spanish, Italian and the Swiss Dialect along with English. It made it effortless to get around. Information to "must see places" were given patiently. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable. The breakfast was nice — plenty to chose from with great choices of coffee I could not have done without first thing in the morning. The location of the hotel is perfect — — immediate access to the beach, buses, bikes, taxies, stores, restaurants — anything you needed. Yes, you can see the bottom of the ocean. The water was that clear and warm. Coming from the USA, I truly appreciated how everyone was honoring the island. It was spotless — — no cups or papers on the streets — — people actually put the trash into the trash containers. If somebody dropped something, they picked it up. I was tempted to take a picture of this with my cell phone but thought better of it. Thank you to the Hotel Staff for being truly "Customer/Tourist Oriented". Rita De Long.

Beautiful well maintained old hotel located in Porto Cristo. Brilliant views of the Harbour, nice rooms and friendly staff.

Very bad food: spagetti full of water, salats prepare-it-yourself, ets. No choice for desert and it's not listed in the menu. Drinks are going to cost you a fortune! (5EU for 0, 35 of Cola)

It is an expensive site dirty and super village.
