Nice Hotel close to the beach with a good Swimming pool and lots of outside space with Sun Loungers and table and chairs and a nice pool bar. Excellent place.

Just come back from a great family holiday. Hotel staff were very nice and room on the 9th floor very good but what made the holiday for us was the entertainments manager Addy! She's wonderful and great fun. She works so hard, as do most of the staff. But Eddy is a real asset.

We have just got home from our 1st family holiday here and it was absolutely amazing hotel is fab all staff are very friendly food is fab too. And the entertainment staff work morning to night and do a fab job was so sad to leave but will defiantly be going bk next year.

Stayed in this wonderful hotel for a week. We got a room on the second floor overlooking the city. The room is not large but cozy enough, comfortable beds. Cleaning, replacing towels, replenishing shampoos and gels every day. The food is good, enough and vegetables and fruits, the only thing I would like for more vegan dishes). In the evenings there was an interesting animation (flamenco, bingo, some performers performed). A 2 minute walk from the hotel is the gorgeous beach on which we spent most of our time. Shops, cafes and bus stops are all within walking distance. Rest and hotel were satisfied, because we definitely recommend) ) )

It's a great hotel! Good service and good location.

Well its not the worst one really. Though really irritating at the times. Firstly doors dodany loose itself always. Sometimes they're staying open although it looks ok. Than we need to newly setup our cards daily or even more often. Internet only by paying. Poor TV setup from which few TV stations weren't working. Very poor drinks menu in all inclusive, mostly everything more interesting was always extra paid.

The hotel is not bad for three stars. The pool is small, but that's enough — the sea is a two-minute walk away. Clean every day, but somehow differently: one day washes everything, the other day cleaning is defective. At the check-in they found a poorly washed shower. Its animation limps, very weak: boring lotto or bingo in the evenings, karaoke for guests. But the hotel is twisted by the invitation of artists who come every second day and arrange interesting shows. Eating like in a good dining room, the drinks seem to be diluted with water. Nearby is a supermarket and a beach with a bunch of restaurants. It is not that with the windows open at night in the room is quiet: you can hear the noise of transport, and in the morning — garbage trucks, etc.

It's a nice hotel. Decent food, room cleaned every day, elevator new, only trouble with Wi-Fi.

Animation every night was good. Food fine, too. Tvs with German channels. All clean. The staff were helpful and always nice. The pool is a bit small, but the sea is also only a 5 minute walk away.

Does not match what is proposed the rooms are tiny broken handles poorly maintained.

Stayed a week here in may. The first room we were given was so small with the smallest shower room ever! Took 2 days to get moved and countless visits to reception to push for it! Food was ok. Nothing outstanding. I think 3 stars is a bit too good for it!

A beautiful Hotel, a large Chain with Animations and sher friendly Staff. Only Wi-Fi is expensive.

Unfortunately we're a few decades too young for this place, great for pensioners though! Looks clean except there were ants in the breakfast pastries and also found some creature in my bed. Not good! The toilet is practically right below the sink so using it is difficult.

Place with a very nice surroundings and good leisure area.

Large hotel block with little quiet zones. Lots of little annoying kids and no flair.

Amazing great food great entertainment great people great everything with a 1 minute walk down to the beach and a great view and comfortable bed check it at a great price for a great barging. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own pillows.

Three star hotel… clean comfortable… rooms cleaned every day… clean towels everyday which was not necessary… their laundry bill must be sky high… the food was ok… nothing special… but that's what you get out of season.

Staff are freindly helpful the food is excellent just across the road from the amazing beach. Downside can get very noisy outside rooms very noisy can hear everything great hotel great holiday would go to Alcudia again but not this hotel.

Hotel is fine, clean rooms, showers in room a bit on the small side, good choice of food and drinks. Going "All Inclusive " is the best option. Only downside is that the main pool is a bit small, I would hazard a guess and say it will get very full in the Summer months. My friend and I stayed October 8th to 22nd, still busy though. Would recommend it to other people. Transportwise, the coach drivers need to speak slower and call out both the name of the hotel when dropping people off and also calling the guests names.

Great hotel. Lifts are small max of 4 people in one. 3 in the other. Great location.

Management Team useless. Close to the beach and a few shops. Food average. A little over crowded at meal times. Entertainment below average. Out of summer season a lot of pensioners. Not much wheelchair access. Most of the bars in around hotel areas closed. I understand the season is winding down. But no excuse to hered the tourists one pool area. Overall poor experience. Marjoca as a destination really good. Just this hotel is poor in terms of quality. I would never year this chain of hotels again.

2 Adults and an infant. Average/decent hotel. Lifts are shockingly bad. Food was average at best. Our rooms air con never worked properly. Also a light wasn't working in the bathroom. Beds were 2 singles placed together and because floors are tiled the beds would separate! Also had a power cut on the 4th night but they did remedy it after 20mins. No real accessibility to any power points. We had to unplug TV or bathroom hairdryer to charge phones. Staff here are really what keeps this place going. Excellent people and very helpful and polite.

Staff friendly non Formal place.

Had a fantastic experience in this hotel, could not have faulted the friendly staff, our party stayed in two different types of room one modern and one not so but both were very nice and kept beautifully clean. We both had three low down plug sockets so if anybody has read the reviews don't panic, I took an adapter and extension lead so either way was not an issue. Safes were €32 for the week. We never had to queue for drinks etc and they were always ice cold. On the whole most guests also tidied up after theirselves and greed I've witnessed before in all inclusive hotels was not evident here. The food was as varied as all inclusive can be but you certainly get a variety. I would definitely recommend.

Really good the rooms are basic but not awful the pool is fun but then gets boring because your not allowed to have floats for "health and safety". Kids club is entertaining and activities are ok. The staff are good they are nice and helpful. There is free Wi-Fi and paid but both are awful. For free Wi-Fi you need to go to 192.168.0.1 to access and follow instructions every hour. Tip: when posting Facebook post to get free Wi-Fi make it private so nobody has see.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Very attentive. Pool could be slightly bigger but didn't spoil the holiday. Lots of entertainment. Hotel is very much geared for families.

You get what you pay for in terms of the size of the rooms. However bar staff, restaurant staff and cleaners all very efficient and generally an effective and friendly service. Pool looks small but is deep at both ends so sufficient. An easy 5 minute walk from the beach.

Just returned today from a fabulous holiday at this Hotel. The food was really good and catered for the whole family, the Staff were really friendly and accommodating and they all made sure that there was always something going on to entertain everybody. The rooms were kept clean on a daily basis. The Animation team were fabulous and my grandchildren loved the kids mini disco at night. The pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel and there was a shortfall in the sunbed loungers, but they were the only negative points. We all had a great time and would definitely go back again, we all didn't want to leave! Keep up the good work! x.

In this hotel you spend a holiday in total relaxation!

We spent 15 days at this hotel during the last two weeks. Personally I went to having read some comments not very satisfactory with some prevention. My impression has been excellent in all aspects, starting with the staff, very friendly and professional, both personal dining, housekeeping, personal kitchen, reception and animation.
The cooked food in General, with a buffet of long-distance and abundant replacement, variety of dishes and in general very well.
To finish and as a last comment, if I go back another time to Mallorca, I will stay at this hotel.

Great location, the catering is excellent. Only thing to knock is the size and quality of the ensuite facilities, bathroom way too small.

We stayed here in october really clean food is excellent very freindly staff. We had a great time, going back next year cant wait, highly recomend staying here.

Elevators too small, W-Lan in the Lobby works least most are not as promised, the water on the beautiful beach of Alcudia stinks a little bit. Otherwise rather average 3 star bed castle.
