I have to say it was worth it.

Quiet residence, 3 pools and a jacuzzi, a restaurant and entertainment, the staff is very pleasant and professional. The houses are well equipped, washing machine, fridge and freezer, large rooms with closets, bathroom with Italian shower. Plus, parking in front of the apartments.

Great place to stay. Not too far from the port but only a 3 min drive or short walk. It is up a hill but views from our balcony were amazing. Decor in apartment was abit outdated but had everything in it that you need even a washing machine which I didn't expect. Top of the stairs were abit dangerous with little kids when it got wet from the shower so putting a towel down outside the shower helped. All in all a good place to stay.

June 2018, very quiet place, clean apartment, spectacular views of Alcudia Bay, 3 pools. In the middle of the green. Alcudia beach is a 10-minute drive, Playa de Muro is 15 minutes away, and Playa de Pollenca to the north at 10 minutes… Nice for those who love tranquility.

Nice place, apartments are spacious and good for cooking, air conditioning which is ideal. Very quite about 20 minute walk from main town. No kids activities except for the pool. Bed linen/towels only changed once in 11 days, having said that we had washing machine. Ran out of some essentials at restaurant/bar during the week!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It has everything you need and everything very well taken care of… Air conditioning appliances. All.

Clean, quiet enough near the beach of Alcudia and a hundred yards from the sea. Sea very beautiful clear water.

Stayed here for a week, lovely location lovely reception staff, beautiful views and quiet pool area lots of beds not over crowded. But unfortunately cleaning doesn’t seem to be a strong point first night we arrived after midnight so key was left outside which was fine on first impression the room loooked fine but after walking over the floors my feet where filthy so next morning I asked please could our room floor be cleaned (they did do this), beds where changed once in a week and towel once we washed them ourselves, the on site restaurant needs a new chef and a menu rethink not much choice at all and food that isn’t for everyone but we ate here anyway, warm goats cheese salad was one of the things I ordered it came cold? I pointed this out to a staff member who saw fit to dive into my salad with her fingers in a attempt to remove the goats cheese and take to warm up. I then explained to her I’d much rather she didn’t dig around my food with her fingers so she eventually agreed to make a fresh one. They did remove the item from our bill. Evening meal I ordered a pasta dish that came with pieces of steak I’d eaten this twice before whilst staying here and it was lovely but the third time it was raw steak just like I’d expect it to look when leaving a butchers shop. Again they removed it off our bill and for some reason removed my husbands meal off the bill and our drinks although we did offer to pay for everything other than my meal.

Really nice apartment. We lived there for a week, and was fully satisfied. Nice views, cosy pool area, barbeque area and so on.

We spent a night there. The apartment was large and also clean. The terrace was unfortunately dirty but had a fantastic view of the sea.
However, we were disappointed by the breakfast. Even with small children I find the facility not ideal. On the whole it was but oaky!

Important to know is that at bus transfer you are only brought down the street, with suitcase a strenuous story.

The rooms are very good, the room is small, the beds comfortable, the restaurant is very good price and quality. Very nice staff.

Nice residence. Nice pools. Correct sports hall. But it misses all the paint finishes to make it a residence at the top. But the surroundings like Alcudia and Formentor make it an extremely well placed hotel with sea view.

We don't have any booking and we came there at 19:34.4 minutes after close. Receptionist still was here but he was arogant and he can't any room. Because the system is turn of. I totaly don't understand! I am working on the reception too and that really funny. Unfriendly staff!

A total fall.
Our family holiday was planned for a long time and we were very much looking forward to it as we worked for it for a long time.
When we noticed that the photos available on the Internet do not coincide in any way with reality. It still smelled mold and some walls would be painted black. ¿Bathrooms and the apartment were not exactly clean.
Wanted to descend on another hotel but since everything was already paid in advance, there was no option but to spend our holiday there with our 9 year old and our 1-year-old daughter.
Even the children's pool was ice cold and no shade as it stood in the blazing sun surrounded by 2 stairs that were not secured.
What a pity.

Very nice facility. The service is good, wishes are approached immediately and without problems. All clean and tidy. Child-friendly atmosphere. I'm here for the third time and still very satisfied.

I was pleasantly surprised, the villa where we stayed was very comfortable and economical.

Great accommodation, very clean and not over crowded.

Old apartment hotell. The apartment is cleaned two times a week and the same are the towels. Our clothes smells humidity.

Nice place, but some fairly essential stuff missing. 20€ a week for 1 device to be connected to extremely bad internet. Parking is a nightmare due to trees growing in a very small space outside the apartments. Towels are tiny and some aesthetic damage to furniture etc. The entire complex is built on a steep hill as well, so driving it is not for the faint of heart, but there is very little traffic which makes it slightly easier. But they have an amazing restaurant and pretty awesome pools, and all the staff are friendly.

Well, I believe when it comes to Value vs Money it is OK, but for sure it is far away from good clean hotel. You will get 2 floors apartment with kitchen for maximum 5 adults. There are few swimming pools as well as restaurant. Place is located around 400-700 meters away from sea, although you have a fantastic Seaview at least from second floor. There is a free parking just next to apartment.

I was rather disappointed with my stay here. First, the apartment smelled bad. We opened the windows as soon as we walked in and kept them open throughout our 2 night stay. Secondly, not only is the breakfast mediocre but the staff there is also very rude. I picked up an apple as I was walking out and the staff rudely told me to put it back because breakfast time had passed. Thirdly, when I complained about the treatment, the staff encouraged me to call my booking agent and cancel the breakfast for future nights only for them to decline the request when the agent called them.

Really nice complex. Large clean apartments. The hotel is quiet in September so it's easy to get sun loungers. It's a nice walk into the town but it's all downhill so it can be nice to help work up an appetite. Taxis are cheap so it's probably best to get one for the return trip. If you'd like a dip in the sea without going far from the hotel there's a pathway at the top of the complex that has steps leading all the way down to the water.

It's a place very calm, nice and very welcoming! We love to go there in August, it's hot and many activities are planned especially for children.

The hotel is quiet and very close to the sea, ideal to get away from the crowd in Mallorca.

We stayed there in 2004 and the apartment was great. Large, clean and with everything you need. The location of the complex was a too quiet for us. To get to Port d'Alcúdia (where the night life happends), you had to take a long walk or catch one of the bi-hourly (? ) buses. Better rent a car if you want to see more than just Alcanada.
