When in Mallorca, you have to try this stunning place. It's 30 min. Drive from the airport, and it's on the countryside. The house is an old charming house, which has been passed on for generations. The embroidery is handmade from the owner's grandma. The owner is really sweet, and goes a long way to help you with recommendations near the area. We were so stunned by the place, that we just wanted to stay at the hotel all days by the pool and have the amazing view to the garden. Do yourself a favor and book for more than three days, it's worth it. I am coming back! Love from Denmark.

Very nice and tasteful secluded accommodation, agritourism, which you can only reach from Palma de Mallorca by car. The breakfast was excellent, but after a week it was a bit repetitive. The pool is available from morning to evening along with comfortable adjustable sun loungers. The owner is a very nice and helpful lady.

We stayed in Son Mercadal for 4 nights. We arrived 10 min. Early which was not appreciated. We were told to sit down at the desk of the owner and she stood over us, pressing upon us that this was the house of her parents, now hers and her daughter's. Her stirdy attitude threw me right back to boarding school. We were starved and when we asked if she could sell us a sandwich, that was not possible. She told us to drive back to Campos (about 20 min drive) to go shopping. When I needed an iron for an evening dress, she said that no iron is available and that we could go to Campos and try to find a dry-cleaner who maybe could iron the dress. After some insistance, she did provide me with an iron, part of the mother's inheritance. The lady told us she had given us a bigger room that initially allocated to us, with a private terrace. The terrace was far from private : 2 other rooms had the same terrace and the entrance door to the room (all windows) gave a direct view into our room and bed for all guests on the groundfloor and for the guests sitting at the swimming pool. The room was dark and we had to sit in it curtains drawns for some privacy. The room locked with a simple key so with the "terrace door" giving directly to the terrace, there was a bit of feeling of lack of safety. The wooden down part of the terrace door had slits in the wood for air and insects to walk in… The breakfast was far from what can be seen on the pictures.
