The villa is located about 7or8 minutes from the port of pollenca or 5 minutes from pollenca. Its a little bit off the beaten track.
It has a few restaurant and supermarkets all within a 10-15 walk or 3 minute drive.
The pool is great for the kids.
Decor is traditional but perfectly acceptable.
Bathrooms could do with a bit of modernising.
The biggest issue here was the lack of air conditioning, although noisy portable fans were provided for the bedrooms.
Could do with more cleaning supplies provided as standard.
Decent place for the family overall with the outside kitchen BBQ and ample tables and chairs making a lovely setting for meals.

From the outside, it looks amazing just how you would expect a villa to look like. When you enter the villa, you can clearly smell its not had a good clean in years smells musty and damp. Fridge doesn't keep very well only took 3 days to get cold. No air con apart from fans but the rooms are very walm. Beds are hard and the floor. Be warned you will get bitten in the rooms from Mosquitos.
