This review is 75% about the house and 25% about EasyVillas as the management company that operates it.
First things first: the location of the house and everything outside the house (Pool, BBQ, etc) is really stunning and absolutely top notch! Nothing to complain about, it's really nice.
But coming to the house itself, the problems started the day we arrived (mid of June) : we knew it would be high season and Mallorca is starting to get hot at this time. So getting into this stone house, we were looking forward to the A/C, but it immediately failed us. First it was the guest rooms, which lead to a sleepless night of those who had to stay in it. A technician came, solved the problem — but then the main A/C failed which made it almost unbearable to stay in the house. Technicians came and the result was that the A/C was broken, so we had to move out to another house (Thanks AirBnB for your support! )
Now: I know A/Cs are machines and machines can break. But the fact that so many things just seem to be poorly or not maintained gave us the impression that no one really cares about this house: sinks that were dirty, a dish washer that has already seen its best days, doors that squeak so loudly that our babies almost woke up and last but not least the kitchen window that was lovelessly insulated with toilet paper (see picture).
You know: it’s not like this house was uninhabitable, but for the price we paid (almost 500€/night) that is just UNACCEPTABLE.
