Lovely old labyrinthine building with friendly owners and black and white cat. Great location on a quiet street in the old part of the city.

Capillania old with lots of charm, very well located. It has a nice and huge patio. Our room was large and the furniture classic, simple and elegant. Bathroom outside the room but for exclusive use. Room badly soundproofed. The site is very nice but beat-up, need more attention and maybe a reformilla. Good attention of the receptionist.

For the first six days I thought Sebastian, the owner, was nice. However on the second last night, I had an extreme diabetic hypo and needed access to the kitchen. I discovered it locked and shouted out for help. Eventually Sebastian came and unlocked the door. A few hours later I apologised whereupon he tore into me, saying I should have gone to the doctor. In the evening again he tore into me, criticising too me walking bare footed. He knew my feet were covered with blisters. He also intruded upon my conversation with a fellow guest. Added to this was him criticising another guest for drinking too much. Sebastian lacked total empathy and professionalism.

Were imprisoned, and had to leave the hostel through the window because no staff was there, although the early departure was agreed. Was funny at the end. The ambiance would have good chances in an Edgar Wallace movie.

Great central location, historic building has great charm, all clean, comfy bed, good value for money. Thanks!

Place is so beautiful if you like old style rather than modern. Service is excellent and the rooms are clean. Location superb, just 5 mins walking distance from city centre.

We stayed 6 pax in triple rooms, for a week for work. And our experience has been fabulous, and with very cordial and attentive treatment, by Sebastián (manager) and other clients. H. Pons, is not a hostel to use, is more a place of well-being, and tranquility. All it, surrounded by a cultural package and good roll. Do not go looking for moderneces or other banal things. It is a charming place, and with good beds. Totally recommended for people who know how to appreciate these places of rest. Thanks for the attention, and I'm sure we'll be back. The owner Sebastian is very attentive and pleasant. The room with bathroom was very clean and was comfortable. The hostel is old and some things like more soundproofing or bathrooms in all the rooms are made of less but the location makes you forget about that.

The price does not correspond to the quality of the place. We Went in winter and paid to have a room with private bathroom. The bathroom had no door but it was separated from the bed by a shower curtain. There was Only hot water for one person and added to this, the facilities have no heating. Detail, not even soap to bathe provide. The House is quaint, nice and relatively clean, but the service is lousy.

This is an interesting old building in the heart of Palma. Fine for staying one night but don't expect luxury. The manager is really helpful.

A real nice hostal because of its amazing looking rooms and furniture. The people there are very nice and helpfull. Everything is clean and the shower is really nice. Within 100 meters you can get some breakfast and you can take a walk to go do some sightseeing.

Little well constructed rooms for you and your girlfriend, a very nice hosts and a good place to stay for a vacation.

Cheap and cheerful family run traditional Spanish guest house. Friendly and good value, but don't expect luxury.

First impression flipante!, to see that such treatment. In the end I left 4 days. If you value the environment/context quedate. You will get cheap, those things are old but functional. Treatment authentic at home. Clean, and quiet.
