Refurbished to a very good standard — all modern decor making it look nice and fresh. Nice pool to relax in. All the staff work very hard to ensure the guests have a good experience — from the people cleaning the rooms to all the dining room staff. Plenty of choice for mealtimes with a buffet to help yourself. Great location 5 mins to the beach. Def recommend this hotel.

The rating for the room would be 10. Everything was clean, the room was spacious and modern. The bathroom as well. I did not give the maximum mark because of the food, where there would be room for better. It was good, but not diverse in meat. I would also have liked the possibility to eat outside.

Overall the hotel is very nice, rooms are well designed. Hotel has pool for small children and for older children and adults. Restaurant is okay, it doest have many varieties of food but some of the food taste very good. Hotel has many entertainmentz like mini golf, table tennis and live shows. The only downside of the hotel is that the staff and the whole hotel face into Germans, which means only few of the staff speak English and the rest of the staff speak German and sometimes tis can be discriminative when staff speak only to Germans. Also some live shows are only in German.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and we were extremely happy with everything we experienced. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast and dinner buffet was spot on and the cleanliness overall was immaculate. So we can highly recommend this lovely place and will definitely come back!

Nice place with good, clean rooms, great food and extremely friendly staff. Very good location, even if one or the other thinks that the way from the sea to the hotel (350m) is too steep. We can not confirm that at all, because that is even for us lowland Tyroleans no problem at all. We will be back!

The food and service at the hotel are very good. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Everyone spoke consistently well German and Julio's animation by the pool was great and fun. We would love to come back.

Had 4 gorgeous days here with family to celebrate a 60th birthday. Hotel staff went over and above to make the birthday special (thank you Julio and Irene! ). All staff at reception, bar and restaurant were super helpful, friendly and warm. Hotel smells gorgeous and clean all the time. All decor was very smart and hotel is really well looked after. Everything comfortable and clean from rooms, beds, pool loungers, lobby to restaurant. Shower pressure great. Breakfast delicious and wide variety of continental options (you can ask for a fresh 'tortilla' aka omelette). Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the lovely beach and restaurants. Hotel staff happy to offer suggestions on where to eat and what to do (try Enriques for delicious tapas and visit beautiful Port d'Andratx 10 mins away in a taxi). There is nightlife if you want it in the town and 10 mins away in Santa Ponsa, but the hotel itself is very quiet and relaxing. Pool is very well maintained lovely and cold. Had a brilliant time and would happily come back.

Everything was perfect. Is recommended. Beautiful facility such as the pool, mini golf course, whirlpool, the very nice bar by the pool. The rooms are awesome. Beautiful view. And guaranteed to spend next holiday back there. At the reception we are politely received and in the dining room the conditions and chefs are friendly.
