The villa overall is nice, however considering it is meant for up to 12 people, there is quite a discrepancy in the quality of different bedrooms (especially between the main and bottom floor), and the kitchen is a bit too small which makes it difficult to cook for 12 people. Additionally, the old style of the villa with various clocks can be pretty creepy and takes some time to get used to. Otherwise, it is a pretty good stay, the pool is nice, the green space is fair, there is a barbecue, and the space just outside the kitchen with the table and the chairs is very relaxing. My biggest disappointment and complaint however is the way the basement is arranged, the staircase is very tight, the corridors are long and dark, and the supposed living room is unused because no one stays in the basement during the day, all of which makes the basement quite unpleasant to stay in. Moreover, public transportation around the villa is very scarce and expensive (3+2€ for two bus rides to go to Palma) and it can be a hassle to go to Palma and come back (in the evening have to come back with a taxi because no buses running). As a last strong positive point, I can say that the view from the villa on Mallorca, the mountains and the airport is amazing.

It is a very very nice house for up to 12 people. There is really everything you need for a nice stay. We got fruit and some drinks when we arrived. There are also chickens and you can eat the eggs. Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived there. The host Matilde is very nice and you can always contact her at any times! We felt like we were at home and had a wonderful family vacation! Highly recommend.
