This hotel is amazing, the staff are really attentive and caring, and they would go mile to cater for any of your needs and requests, highly recommend! The food, the facility, and the rooms are top notch. If you would like to stay close to to Manacor, this is definitely the place to be.

We booked this accommodation many months in advance for our wedding in Austria. We even flew there twice to finalize wedding details. Now, just two weeks before our big day, they have canceled our reservation without offering any real solution. This is beyond unprofessional and has caused us enormous stress and inconvenience during what should be one of the happiest times of our lives. We cannot recommend this place to anyone — if you value reliability and professionalism, look elsewhere.

Incredible luxury resort in the beautiful countryside of Manacor. Extremely comfortable rooms with lots of amenities in a rustic setting. Plenty of well-made breakfast options and an amazing restaurant with breathtaking views across the valleys to enjoy while you eat delicious local cuisine.
Most importantly, a truly marvellous estate with tennis, golf, hiking, gardens, farms (including horses, sheep and donkeys), and much more. Can truly relax, unwind and breath fresh air. In addition, great Wi-Fi in the hotel if you need to stay connected for meetings.
A truly wonderful experience to stay at La Reserva for a few days. Highly recommend to everyone!

Rotana is a one-of-a-kind hotel. It’s boutique. It’s romantic and amazingly charming. There’s so much character in all the buildings, the landscaping, and all the little details that will make you instantly fall in love with place.
As soon as we arrived, the feeling, atmosphere, sensation, food, and being surrounded by nature was so relaxing, refreshing, and serene, we felt we were on a real vacation. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a nice relaxing holiday in Mallorca. You will leave feeling reset and longing to come back.
The smell of the herb garden next to the pool made lounging an exceptional experience. When playing golf, you can take your time and enjoy the rolling hills covered in olive trees and play at your own pace because it’s a private course.
The staff was so nice and friendly, we felt like we got to know them over the course of a week. The staff also arranged a tennis and golf coach for me, and I feel I improved my game a lot. They are very encouraging and professional.

Honestly, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Mallorca – and we travel a lot. From start to finish, everything was just perfect. The service was warm and genuine, the facilities are beautiful and so well kept, and the food… wow, the food was incredible!
Every meal felt like a treat, and everywhere you looked there was attention to detail. We left feeling completely spoiled. Can’t recommend it enough!

We stayed there for a few days in September, very nice and charming hotel, our first stay in Rotana.
At arrival, lady at reception was very attentive, welcoming and professional (that apply to the others persons that were at reception the others days too) we very quickly were installed and got a tour of the facilities. Our room was in main building ground floor, with a little patio, very pretty, room was very spacious and well decorated, the bathroom / shower / toilet clean and also spacious, we loved the room.
We did not have a rental car for the few days we stayed there, we wanted to remain in the hotel and enjoy it (and we visited the island on multiple occasions in the past so not feeling the need to redo it). So we had all our meals in the hotel. Breakfast was nice with a selection of fresh fruits, cold cuts, salmon, cheese etc… You can have on order eggs / bacon / sausages, few selection of bread etc… Not the most impressive we have seen but good. For lunch the selection is a limited set of the main restaurant menu, so if you stay and eat there for a few days, it can become quickly repetitive. But whatever is served was good quality.
For dinner that was in the main restaurant rear garden, very pretty, love the setting. Service was always efficient, but felt a bit like we were a bother, but that was just a feeling, I am putting this on the Senior waitress concentration to do a good job, which she did, but a little smile can go a long way.

Special & beautiful place, the rooms feel like movie sets— but it’s also practical feeling, air conditioning etc. The grounds are spectacular, the hospitality & food also excellent. In the middle of the island so if you want to drive to all different ends of island different days you can, or better just chill by the pool I guess. I only wish there were kids hours for the pool or just no kids after a certain time because screaming German kids aren’t the best vacation companion.

Good food too. Wasn’t staying there but enjoyed my afternoon.
