Finca Son Blat is such a hidden gem, l'm hesitant to write a glowing review as it might get overbooked for next time. However, it is such a lovely place and it is so well managed that it really deserves the highest recommendation. Firstly the host was immensely kind, allowing us to checkin very early as we arrived by a morning ferry. We arrived to an immaculately clean and beautiful home in a completely private and quiet setting.
The estate has 4 homes, is fully gated and each home completely private. The gardens are immaculate and lush, and the outdoor terrace was the perfect place to spend the days with friends enjoying the beautiful home and Mallorcan climate. What sets this house apart is the thoughtful touches made by the host: including a bottle of wine in the fridge, still and sparkling water, snacks and even bags of ice in the freezer (much appreciated by us Americans! ). We will certainly return to this home many many times: this is as good as a rental experience gets. Absolute sublime perfection.
