Terrible! Very disappointing. If you value a pleasant stay, it’s better to avoid this hotel. Although the photos they advertise look appealing, the reality is quite different. I went with my sister, her boyfriend, and their two kids, and our experience was quite negative from the start. The pool had murky water with melted ice cream floating around, giving the impression it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The bar area was also lacking: the snack menu was very limited, consisting of basic white bread and a few dried-out pastries. The toaster was old and neglected, and the ice cream machine next to it had flies buzzing around. The entire bar area felt abandoned, and the staff didn’t seem very interested in maintaining it. The hammocks were uncomfortable, with several of them broken, and the children's entertainment was minimal, offering little to keep the kids engaged. Dinner was another disappointment: the food was tasteless, with little variety, and the drinks were of poor quality. In summary, this hotel does not live up to its promises and doesn’t seem to deserve its 4-star rating.
We’ve just returned from a really lovely holiday here. Entertainment was probably more geared towards the French guests but that was fine by us.
The pool was great, really clean. No getting up for sun lounger wars as they were readily available during our stay. This was typical of the relaxed atmosphere at the hotel, very chilled.
The area around the hotel is stunning. The beach was beautiful, sea was clear and we saw lots of fish while snorkelling. There are steps down to the beach, but we walked further down the road where we found some steps that were not as steep and a bit more accessible.
Theres a bus stop directly outside the hotel, the bus service is fantastic and brilliant to get about to visit other areas. Took only a few minutes to get to Porto Cristo and we had some lovely days there.
The hotel itself is clean, and well presented. Dining room is really clean and modern with beautiful views.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and we were all sad to come home. We’d love to go back, and this place will definitely be considered again.

A great hotel with a magnificent view towards the beach of cala Mandia, all the staff are super nice and pleasant. In the evening there are always different animations games for children, musical shows and lots of other fun activities. The buffet is very varied with different Spanish dishes and others we had a great time … it was really flip flop 🥳 an experience to repeat next summer for sure.
