Lovely hotel situated in a residential area which is very secluded and a short walk away from rocky coves.
The nearest beach is a bus ride or rental away which the hotel were amazing at sorting next day for me.
The hotel provides free buses to Palma as-well as multiple excursions.
The food was 100% the biggest downfall on the hotel as-well as the cleaners walking in without knocking with do not disturb signs on the door!
I am overall satisfied with the hotel but don’t think I’d revisit due to the food.

Firstly, saw 3 huge cockroaches in the lounge room which shows how unsanitary this hotel is and how there's no pest control in place, furthermore there were ants in my room. Secondly, the food selection is very limited definitely not at a 4 star level, if you don't come to meals early the foods cold and there's no cups, bowls and cutlery it's as if the staff can't keep up. Finally, the hotel asks for money for absolutely everything, table tennis paddels = €10 deposit, bingo = €1 for a literal pen, pool towels = €20 deposit. Also the floors are quite slippery inside and outside however the pools are lovely. On a positive note if you arrive late at night to the hotel the restaurants usually open with bread, ham and cheese so you could eat something. Overall I genuinely don't think I'd come back.

Absolutely loved our holiday here. Cannot find fault with anything. Rooms clean and modern, facilities were great for us as we had kids. Little evening disco and lots of activities during the day if you are by the big pool. Staff friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent, I was a little worried after reading some reviews but we found it to offer great selection and something new every day. They even had a sushi night which was by far my favourite meal. Although not close to the beach, we took the shuttle one day. We were more than happy to chill at the resort so it wasn’t an issue for us. Big supermarket just up the road. We travelled with easyJet holidays and the transfers were crap so might be more convenient to take a taxi.

Just returned with from a week all inclusive with my husband and two children (aged 10 and 2) and had an amazing experience!
The animation team were fantastic as were the shows we watched during the evenings. Food was amazing and a lot of different range which changed daily! Bar service was very good and all staff were very friendly! Pools were all amazing and enjoyed being able make the most of spending the time in them! Hotel room was spacious and bed very comfortable! Hotel was very clean throughout.
The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because we asked for a late checkout and were originally told yes and to pay the following day before 11am. When we went to the reception to pay the following morning we were told we weren't able to check out late which made our morning a lot more of a rush and stressful when thought we had extra time as we were previously told we could. Otherwise, I would rate 5*
Overall, brilliant experience and would definitely go back or recommend!

We arrived there at about 12.30 pm we checked in. Very pleasant young man on the reception, he put our wrist bands on. Told us we can go to the snack bar or restaurant at 1 pm for lunch. We collected our keys (cards) at 2 pm, and our rooms were spotless. Had a nice meal in the restaurant in the evening, plenty of choice, and excellent staff. Same the following. Morning at breakfast, plenty of choice. I'm not keen on the bacon streaky, but I've had a lot worse. The outside staff cleaned every day around the pools and the sunbeds if there weren't any towels on them. Four adults, one 16 years old and two under 11, we all enjoyed it, especially the two youngsters in the splash pool. The bus was a handy thing to have available. You need to book it the day before, but that's not much of a problem. All the staff we came across are very helpful and friendly. We shall definitely return, and my personal opinion is, If you can please some of the people half the time, and half the people some of the time you're doing well.

Love this hotel. It's not perfect, but it had the perfect balance for us. Great pools including water slides for younger kids so there's plenty to do included in your stay. I rate the food very highly, there's always something good to eat at main meal times, and fast food throughout the day. All inclusive drinks were decent quality. Location-wise, it's away from the town so some might think it's too quiet with little to do in walking distance and no nearby night life. But there are free buses to many not so far attractions. There is some entertainment in the hotel at night — some nights it was rubbish, but one night they had a pool party with fireworks, it's random. If all you want from a holiday is sit by the pool with unlimited food and drink while your kids hit the water slides, you can't get much better than this for the price.

Booked a last minute holiday here, and it's been spot on. The splash pad for the kids was the highlight and kept my 3 year old entertained the whole trip. Rooms are a good size and kept very clean. Bed super comfortable. Entertainment has been fun and very family friendly. Food decent and good snack options all through the day. Doesn't get 5 stars as had a tendency to keep running out of stuff in busy times and some of the food could have been better prepared. Also if in block A, can be a little noisy at night, but not enough to disturb sleep! Overall, a great find and really good value for money.

Lovely hotel but if you want relaxation this isnt the one for you loud music played all day every day. There was a good choice of food at the hotel every meal time, although it was always cold we had to eat out to get a warm meal. The hotels staff were amazing and very friendly. I wouldnt come back as we like a little more peace during the daytime.

First of all I never write reviews but this I feel is needed!
Location: yes quiet, however bonus to the hotel for putting on the buses to Palma and beach (even though there was a bus strike it only affected one day) local restaurants and shops for everything needed.
Entertainment: not great at all, need something more in the daytime even a bit of background music around all pools would be something but this depended on which lifeguard was working if they connected their phone or not! Nighttime was not much better! Also a note — do not think lifeguards are watching pools I sat and watched them just doing nothing/wondering around or on their phones!
Food: Basic all inclusive food, which was ok — weird theme nights where it’s Mexican with steak being cooked. Breakfast was the better meal out of all — but flies a massive issue over the bread (uncovered) and in the snack bar! Definitely plastic covers needed! Also food is lukewarm at best — not hot at all! Yes there are microwaves but shouldn’t have to use these!
Drinks: not too bad in snack bar but in main bar they weren’t great — also cocktails not included so have to pay for these apart from 2 of their own making which are not really cocktails! Wine out of taps and horrible!
Staff were ok and friendly.
Rooms: small for a family of 4 and tiny balcony — sofa bed not build for comfort! Maids make beds daily but towels not changed and also when we came back after maid had been there was a match down the toilet! Very strange!

Just returned from a 10 night stay and glad we ignored the bad reviews. Area was beautiful and bus stop right outside to travel into local shopping towns and Palma for cheap. Hotel is kept clean and tidy and the pool is cleaned daily, just unfortunate some of the leaves and bushes fall into the pool which cannot be helped. Reception staff are lovely and cannot do enough! Entertainment team are lovely and great with the children. Air con was spot on, room was a good size for 3 adults and a 4 year old. We had a huge balcony! Food was great and plenty of choice. Pool was fantastic and the slides are very fun even for adults. Wi-Fi signal was great throughout the stay! Only criticisms are that there are things that require an additional payment, transfer said expected 1 hour but took us 2 and a half hours, drinks are only available when the bars and restaurant are open so required to purchase bottled water, they opened the restaurant for us on arrival but only had bread, meat and cheese available which my 4 year old autistic was not pleased with, bar is very slow and drinks served in tiny paper cups some evenings, snack bar food was full of flies and not covered and food was left sat there for hours so chips had gone soggy, not enough chairs and tables inside the entertainment area which would be a problem during busy times. We had a fantastic time overall but wouldn’t return.

Who wants to just relax no experience and with further would like to a small pool and no great claims, that is sufficient. Well abwechsungsreich, I found food. Who wants to see more should rent a car. Animation was okey, if also long evening, but it is so holiday. To the supermarket, you must run something, but at home looking too special offers and few meters continues. The room cleaning was superficial, but okey. If you paid this price for "inclusive" — the whole is sufficient. We have recovered our bus made the best of it — took the free shuttle. And could our towel lay 30 even after 9 on a free bed.

We had a great experience here-good food, great staff, great pool and entertainment. You want one night to go, how we do it, then this is not the right thing for you, as it is a residential area and there is nowhere to go. Great bus service to the beach and Palma. Staff treated really fast with the noise from rooms after 12 noon.

We are a married couple that after seeing the criticisms of this hotel, we went a few days to escape plan and is not so bad as they make it and for the price that has cost us. The hotel in general is pretty good. The staff is very friendly, all Toni (Receptionist) and Candy (Metre/Buffet restaurant). About food, there are variety of dishes in the Buffet restaurant, refuel — ria, meat, fish, Pasta, desserts, etc. But also in the pool Bar, put a small cold Buffet to be able to Peck, French fries, cocoas, luncheon meat, snacks, cookies, etc, since the Bar opens until it closes. The only thing, to be a hotel that most are foreign, TV has few Spanish chains and the timetable of the "dinner" close soon for the Spaniards.
