Agroturismo son Sampoli by MHR

We stayed here for 6 nights, which were part of our honeymoon tour. Short to say it was a little bit disappointing. Indeed the location was quite nice and the exterior landscape was a pitoresque one. The main problem was with the maintenance of the place and aspects regarding cleanliness. We stayed in apartment eleven, which had some stairs to get to it. Even so, first night when we arrived a worm was crawling on the floor and the days that followed we also encountered a few of this little beings on the courtens and walls. Overnight we let a package of biscuits on the counter and the surprise was when we found it in the morning fully taken by ants. We had to be extra carefully with the food that we had because of it and put everything in the fridge. The towels were another problem, there were strands of hair on it and it wasn't ours 😂. We took it the next day to the closest laundry in town. The cleaning is made only once at seven days. We didn't know that beforehand. The swimming pool was a welcomed commodity only some of the sun beds were quite damaged and even if nobody use that ones they weren't replaced.
Overall, a quite nice location of our point of view, a quiet place with a nice sunset. If you don't mind ants, warms, mosquitoes, spiders and lack of cleanliness, go for it 😃.

We had a villa between 10 of us.
Perfect £4k for 4nights, split between 10 great value. Private swimming pool, outdoor kitchen.

Unfortunately a very unpleasant stay. We arrived at 9:30pm (we mentioned the arrival time between 9-10pm), online check in was completed, accommodation paid. We were standing infront of a gate without any access information. It took 3 hours in the hotline with a small child (3 years old) in the car until they managed to get us to our room (big property with several houses). The final was that we got a contact from someone who explained us how to get to the room and gave us codes to get in. This could have been done already minimum 2, 5 hours earlier. My small child fell asleep on my arm in the car. It was cold, dark and an unpleasant situation not to know if we even get in and maybe need to sleep in the car or search a hotel in the middle of the night.
Finally making it to the room we booked a double bed (was mentioned in the booking) and we got two single beds which is a problem when our child sleeps with us in the bed.
We have been assured we get the money back for the first night. After all we got back 95€ even though the night was 121€ and I have been told by the manage they just took the average amount of the nights we stayed. So even here they saved.
Beside this nothing from the management. No greeting, no checking if all is fine etc. But I have been told that they did everything in their power. In my eyes not true and I worked in hospitality.
The house and garden itself is nice and the location was good for us. But it is very eavesdropping.
