An absolutely wonderful and idyllic place! Very cozy with incredibly friendly staff – you instantly feel at home. It’s not a vineyard out in the countryside, so if that’s what you’re after, this isn’t it. For us, it was perfect – a small oasis in the heart of Mallorca’s third-largest city, surrounded by exotic fruit trees and with a calm atmosphere despite the central location. You hardly hear any city noise, though when a goal is scored at the nearby stadium, you can catch the distant cheer of the crowd – which only adds to the charm. We loved it!

The soul of the hotel was wonderful. We feel all culture. Everybody is smiling. Breakfast was very delicious. And pool like dream.

Sa Vinya was a perfect choice for our family with older teens for 4 nights. It is an incredibly relaxed atmosphere, despite the beautiful interiors and stunning artwork and decor. The pool and gardens are just a lovely place to revive and relax and there are different seating areas dotted around with absolutely no stress about getting a sunbed whenever you want one. Inca is very authentic with few tourists, apart from on market day, which was a fun day to experience. Perfectly located to explore the island. We hopped on a bus directly outside of the hotel to Palma despite having a car as it was so easily and took away and parking stress. We also went to Port de Pollenca and Soller within easy driving distance. Breakfast was delicious and there is complete freedom to grab lunch the supermarket and eat by the pool. Highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel, set in peaceful gardens, but a short walk from the main town of Inca (great selection of shops, restaurants and the market on Thursdays) The Hotel is spotless and the rooms are lovely, each with its own character & charm. Breakfast is great with a good choice. Fabulous pool in the hotel grounds & gardens. The staff are lovely, friendly and really helpful, especially Delores on reception!

Small intimate hotel set within lovely gardens with a superb pool.
It’s quite unusual to find a hotel like this so close to the town centre the fact that we didn’t need a car was a bonus.
The staff are excellent and we enjoyed the wine tasting.
My only niggle was we booked a double deluxe with a balcony and having seen the web site I had expected a light airy room however ours was in a building within the grounds with a terrace and whilst immaculately clean and comfortable and close to the pool it was dark and small a little claustrophobic. Whilst these rooms are quite new they lack the grandeur of those in the main hotel as shown on the web site. The terraces overlook the lovely gardens and the pool a short shuffle so some people may prefer. They are semi detached and our neighbour was working from holiday on his terrace. Phone calls, video calls as the terraces lack privacy we never sat out, the privacy between each property could be improved a little.

It’s an oasis in the rush and bustle of Majorca. Situated on the edge of Inca giving easy access to innumerable restaurants. The staff are beyond attentive, quiet discreet but always there to help. Excellent breakfast, never ending. The surrounds and orchards make you forget you are on the edge of a town. No restaurant at night but a short walk brings you into an avenue of restaurants. Drinks available at all times with easy access to a refrigerated unit and honesty box. Well landscaped swimming pool.

Back from yet another fantastic stay at Sa Vinya. We stayed in Room 12 with our own private patio and entrance. Elegant, luxurious and tranquil as always. Delicious breakfasts, great welcome and helpful hospitality from Maria, Xavier and Dolores. We enjoyed a relaxing massage in the garden from Pau — highly recommended!
Pool area very quiet and tranquil — we had it to ourselves some days. The Airport bus stops practically at the gate, so we used this for transfers. We hope to return once again next year!

Unique beautiful house and pool. Very welcoming hosts. Gorgeous breakfast. Honesty fridge. Feels like home from home. Yes there is a supermarket and KFC close by and some road noise but the grounds are large and enclosed enough to mean its not a major issue.

Simply perfect; relaxed oasis ideally located for exploring the island.
Beautiful grounds, pool and main house, serving an excellent fresh continental breakfast with local produce.
Great communications from Maria Jose prior to arrival making the whole stay simple and easy.
Must mention the shower, one of the best for heat and power 👌.
The relaxed ethos is a perfect accompaniment to the wine straight from the vineyard in the grounds.

Positives: very well located if not using a car. Nearby train station (Constancia/Hospital d’Inca) and bus routes and supermarket. Lovely pool area with a variety of seating. Very big breakfast selection. Good quality bathroom towels and comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
Negatives: breakfast foods not adequately covered with fly protectors. This did affect enjoyment of the selection on offer.
Note: if travelling by train from local station to Palma it is not necessary to change trains in Inca.

The most beautiful and perfect place to start our holiday in Mallorca. We arrived early and were welcomed by Dolores who based on our conversation we may have met when a Thomson representative in Palma Nova in our youth, stories of Son Matias, Son Amar amongst many remiscences of this great holiday island.

Maria (the owner) and her team were so welcoming. Perfect hosts for the two day stay.
The Hotel doesn't offer dinner but recommends good local restaurants serving excellent food, Can Marron and Can Lau especially good.

This centuries old convent has been turned into a wonderful boutique hotel! Everything has been well thought out, beautifully appointed and maintained! The location is literally an oasis in an urban area of Inca! You would never know the beauty of this place was possible once you go beyond the gate! You are literally set in a vineyard and many other lush plants and fruit trees are here as well. The rooms are decorated as incredibly as the lobby, common areas, halls, etc. There is art from all over the world here! Sitting by the pool is luxurious and serene. Soft jazz or piano is piped in, but I never saw a speaker anywhere. The pool is large and deep and creates a very relaxing place to while away the afternoon. Breakfast here is a great experience! There are all kinds of delicacies to be had. Many Mallorquin pastries, meats, cheeses, breads, fruits and vegetables. The fruits and vegetables and the olives all come from the garden here as well! The owners are brother and sister who grew up on the property. They are both warm, inviting and informative about the property. We would 100% come back here to stay. We feel pampered, spoiled and completely taken care of here!

Lovely hotel set in a vineyard yet very close to all amenities and motorway.
We loved our stay here. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Breakfast by the pool was great. Pool is large with plenty of sun beds and day beds.
Convenient for travel from the airport and only 25 minutes to Puerto Pollença and Alcúdia in the North and 45 minutes from Sóller. For train info Palma it’s only 45 minutes from Inca station.
Owners are great.

This place was stunning in every way. Located just off a main road so convenient for airport and the main bus route. Walk down a quiet road and through the large wrought iron gates and you could easily be mistaken for Bali. The grounds are beautiful, the pool stunning, lots of balinese beds, hammocks, egg chairs, never had to think about where to lay / lounge and it was always quiet.
There is a toilet and shower next to the pool it was always clean.
The building is impressive and beautiful palatial like with high ceilings amazing light fittings and original features and furniture.
The room just as stunning, we had a balcony which was lovely to sit on in the evenings. The bedding and towels were the best we ve had, fluffy and high quality.
Breakfast was traditional and had a great choice — not a baked bean or hash brown in site which is perfect — it's majorca not manchester.
We got the bus one day to Alcudia, bus stop just outside the grounds next to small supermarket it took 20/25 minutes was cheap and easy. We also got the bus to and from the airport again really easy and only a few euros.
We bought food from the supermarket one lunch time and we were given plates and cutlery to use and sat on the main tables by the pool — there is also a fridge you can use to store any food / drinks.
All in all the most perfect relaxing place and we will definitely be back hopefully every year!

We had read the reviews before booking Sa Vinya so our expectations were high but they were more than exceeded. We marvelled at the attention to detail, the beautifully presented and delicious breakfast buffets, the astonishing level of cleanliness throughout the hotel, the glorious swimming pool, the beauty of the buildings, the well kept garden, the hard working friendly staff and the calm atmosphere throughout. Everything possible is done to provide guests with an environment and experience to ensure they can relax completely and very comfortably.
The hotel being so close to the excellent transport infrastructure in Mallorca was an added bonus for us too.

This beautiful hotel is located in a very strategic position and you can easily reach most of the island within 20-40 mins. The rooms are newly renovated and super clean. Breakfast offers an infinity of choices, sweet and salty. Will come back again for sure.
