The hotel manager was incredibly kind and very flexible in allowing me to change my dates due to personal reasons. Their customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated their understanding. The place has a unique charm in the pictures, and I’m really looking forward to experiencing it in person soon. Highly recommended!
We really enjoyed the accomodation at Bonvent. It is quite close to many interesting locations, but it is far away enough to move from the noice and the crowds. The house is absolutely beautiful and is surrounded by a lot of empty land (which is a good thing). The rooms are tastefully designed as they respected the authentic style. The place is very clean. We could also use the kitchen together with other guests, which had all amenities we needed for our short stay. The pool and pool area are also very nice. Juan, the concierge was very kind, he showed us around, and was not bothering us at all.
