Super location, great well-kept and air-conditioned rooms, very nice staff and even better food with huge choice. Every evening small entertainment programs for young and old with enough variety. Not to mention the beautiful beaches just 500 meters away from the hotel. Have done everything right at the time of booking. Mfg.

The place is beautiful. The food is plentiful and good, every evening is themed and you will never be disappointed. Breakfast is for all tastes and really lasts a lot, from 8am to 10am. 45. The rooms are nice, we have one with a beautiful terrace. The staff are friendly and helpful. The whole thing looks almost like a village, there are 3 pools and there is never lack of entertainment. The spa, nice, is included. In short, highly recommended to those who really want to relax 100%.

We are staying for a week at this property. The hotel is a renovated building that sits adjacent to the main structure (there is to cross a street), small but comfortable rooms. For breakfast and dinner you have to go to the main property. International food with also typical dishes (paella). Gluten free options. Optimal location to reach the beaches of Es Trenc and Exposition Carbo.

Pros: clean hotel, clean rooms, great and rich food with variety.
Cons: very small rooms. We were two adults and one child. Got an extra bed. As a result, the wardrobe, the refrigerator and the armchair were no longer usable. When we asked for help in this regard, the blame was shifted to the travel agency.
When eating and at the bar, you had to wait forever for drinks because always (one week every day) only one waiter worked.
Importantly, drinks ordered at dinner cost the same as at the bar, but are smaller. Better to pick up at the bar and drink while eating.

Great hotel. Amazing food every day. Several pools. Lots of entertainment. Very clean asked nice rooms. Spacious apartments.

Location near the sea (about 100mt), clean hotel and very good food.
2 stars because the staff is not very smiling and could be much kinder (excluding the room cleaners).
we tried a couple of times to grab a coffee (a simple coffee) at the bar, we waited 10 min. And over just to show us (ED ERAVAMO ONLY AND MY WIFE TO BANCO) and then after drinking our coffee sits another 10 min. To pay.
Other thing, before booking, we emailed the strutter asking if our 36-month-old (3 years old 3 days) would pay or not and they told us that he would stay for free.
on arrival instead we were told that the child would have to pay (despite the fact that we pointed out the email) and that they could not do anything.
Last thing, from a 4-star hotel I expect that in the buffet dinner, at least one bottle of water is understood.

It's a well-run place — seemingly excellent for families (even toddlers) and elderly Germans. Super clean, good all-inclusive buffet, ok gym, several swimming pools etc. Cons: it's a pretty characterless resort, the town isn't nearly as quaint as many others nearby, the amazing beaches in the area are all several mins drive away (a car is essential), loads of smoking (ok it's Spain! ) While everyone was friendly, it is not a place for singles (unless you want solitude) or young / trendy or gay markets. Jana at reception was standout impressive. Obviously highly competent, extensive local knowledge on beaches and quality restaurants, highly relevant advice to us, professional, good English… seek out her advice. (The older guy occasionally on reception is friendly, but hilariously ineffectual. ) Beware the crazy scheme to pay a €10 deposit for a towel (ok), but only refund you in limited hours. No warning of this when you get a towel. This left unnecessary bad check-out experience (at a reasonable 8am). Incredibly, without us asking or expecting anything, Jana called us hours after checking-out to say she had fixed this by getting the refund and sending us the money by PayPal! Wow! We had thought she was excellent anyway, this is incredible customer service attitude.

Highly recommended for families in the quiet resort of Colonia di St Jordi. The hotel is well run with nice spacious rooms, amazing buffet and lovely staff. 10min walk from a gorgeous beach and 5 min from Es Port with bars and restaurants. We will be back.

A very bad experience, staff very obnoxious and little available to give information from the director who only thinks about making money and the clerks of the reception and the Polish bartender very grumpy and not friendly. They pretend to be a very expensive 4 star, in reality for quality food and rooms equates to a 3 star Italian. Positive is only the proximity to Es Trenc, beautiful beach and girls of the miniclub.

After we have claimed a room, we got a very nice and clean room the following day. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Also at the dinner, there is nothing wrong. Super tasty and every day something new. Already scheduled for next year.

We had a super nice holiday in Mallorca. This Hotel is really great, the food tastes great, the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and everything is very well maintained and clean. Also the pool area is very nice and the rooms are decorated in a modern style. Colonia de Sant Jordi is a very beautiful place and the beaches Trenc and Es Carbo, which can be reached from the Hotel by a small walk well, It is really fantastic. Overall, just a very successful holiday. Many thanks to the staff of the hotel! :)

Varied buffet, Nice location, downside: animation, practically it is made to a foreign audience nothing is done in Italian.
