Predi Son Jaumell Hotel Rural

We stayed at Predi Son Jamuell for a few times, it was often satisfying but last time we had an issue with the hotel price, we booked in july and just a few days later they lowered the price, which made a 70€ price difference per NIGHT. (which is quite significant at a 10 days stay) I adressed this issues several times to the booking department and the hotel itsself. They refused to help further and stopped the communication despite we had a flexible booking. The promise to give you the "best price guarantee" on their website is false advertising. I am happy to change this review if they finally respond us. Bad service!

The hotel was an incredible stay. We were there following our wedding and the team at the hotel made our stay so welcoming and relaxing we wished we'd stayed for longer! The rooms were fantastic — super clean, modern with a mix of heritage, and perfectly stocked with everything you'd need. All the staff at the hotel were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Main thing we noticed was how peaceful it felt, so quiet around the pool and during the day you could really switch off. The free mountain bike rental was a great touch, allowing you to get to see some more of the beautiful area's and into the town of capdepera, as well as the coast. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

We went for a significant birthday and were very impressed by the beautiful location, spacious and comfortable rooms and fabulous food.
My massage was comfortable and effective I beautiful surrounding.
The live music at breakfast were a delight encouraging a relaxing start to the day.
The final has been restored very sympathetically and is a delight to be in.
I would say that the staff really make this place special, friendly, efficient and kind.
We were made to feel very welcome for the week we were there.
Only downside was that we felt you really would need a car to get the best out of the area, which we had. An ideal base for exploring the area.

We had an outstanding stay at Hotel Rural Predi Son Jaumell. I was looking for a hotel that would provide a relaxing, more rural experience that was also friendly to children, and this hotel far exceeded my expectations.
The location is serene and picturesque. Our 3 year old son enjoyed exploring the grounds and garden, as well as playing in the outdoor area of our junior garden suite. Some of the rooms had separate terraces with lovely views. There are some bugs / mosquitoes when you sit outdoors (to be expected with the location), and I was glad I had brought insect repellent.
The food was amazing. Continental breakfast was served al fresco each morning with the option to order eggs prepared any style. We dined in Bistro Senzill for two of the nights, and loved everything we tried. We enjoyed the different house made breads, made fresh daily. Many ingredients are sourced from the property. The room service was also good and arrived quickly. There is no pool bar, but someone from the staff would always come by to take drink orders.
This is not a “family resort” but it is 100% family friendly. A cot was already set up in our room for our son on check in, and a kids menu was available in the restaurant. There was a baby seat and helmet available for the bikes, and our son loved going for a bike ride to the beach. The staff was very sweet to him, and he enjoyed the little packets of gummy bears left on his pillow each night.

Food, staff and room were all amazing. Bikes on hand, beaches close by and we enjoyed every meal. There were cats and goats around the property that my kids loved. The property is stunning and we tell everyone they need to stay here. We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed this hotel when we visited. It had really nice grounds that felt peaceful but is still close to attractions, etc. We had an issue with our ground-floor room on the first night (damp and poor air conditioning), but the staff quickly moved us to a room in the main building, which made a huge difference. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the free wine from their vineyard was a nice touch. The staff were really helpful too, making sure we had a great stay. The bistro food was very good, and the breakfast options changed daily, which we loved. We’d definitely recommend this hotel but suggest asking for a room in the main building.

Amazing hotel with great staff and excellent food. Rooms huge with outdoor areas and lots of extras like complimentary wine. We recommend highly.

We had high expectations after reading the great reviews here but there is a real mismatch between the prices paid to stay at this hotel, the pool area and the quality/variety of food at breakfast and in the restaurants.
Service was mostly very good, the rooms were very nice but the pool area is not clean enough, the furniture is tired — certainly not like how it is depicted on the website which must be either old or edited.

Great service, setting and food. Mallorca's best kept secret. Visited for a long weekend, our return stay will be a week minimum!

This is a very good hotel. Breakfast is more than good. Also the restarant is really top notch and exclusive but a little bit expensive. Capdeperra is a nice quiet town nearby, but you do need a car to get there because otherwise you have to walk along a big road. The very touristy Cala Ratjada is then not quiet and mainly focused on German mass tourism. The 2 nearby beaches Cala Aquila and Cala Mesquida invite you to spend a whole day by the sea…

Lovely hotel for adults / couples. HOWEVER Should be adults only as, despite being a ‘family friendly’ hotel, with two young children we felt judged the entire time. One day we were at the pool from 12.30-2.30 and probably in the pool for 1 hour of that. One snooty guest complained and the manager came and told us to get the children out of the pool. Ruined the rest of our stay as we felt incredibly unwelcome and judged and nothing was done to make us feel more at ease. It’s not a cheap hotel and to be made to feel so unwelcome was horrible. We spent over 3000 EUR for four nights eating in the restaurant as well so to receive that treatment is frankly despicable. Would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND to young families and would advise the hotel to rebrand to adults only or kids over the age of 11 (or similar) if they value those guests more highly (which they obviously do). Full transparency — they offered us compensation of an upgrade if we return, which frankly, we will not be using.

A spectacular hotel for three nights with my wife who is 6 months pregnant.
Food was 10/10, room was 10/10 the whole place very clean and very very cool.
The staff were sensational, everyone one of them — in particular Anna, Raquel, Christina, Toni and Fini.
We will be back soon.

Had an absolutely amazing experience. Everything was top notch, starting with the room, through different types of food and drinks, ending with an excellent service. Will definitely recommend the place to our friends and come back in the future.

Beautiful farm to table rural hotel in beautiful Mallorca. The staff was very polite and very friendly. Family friendly, beautiful rooms and wonderful food and service. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the quality of food was stellar. They also have a star Michelin restaurant in the hotel.

My husband and I have recently returned from a 10 day break at Predi son Jaumell. What a find and delightful place to stay which lived up to our expectations and more. We went to relax and relax we did. The building and hotel is beautiful, peaceful and yet close enough to amenities, beaches etc if that’s what you want to do. We used local taxis when we felt the need to go out. But the reality is that we enjoyed the hotel so much, we only ventured out 3 times. We ate at the hotel restaurant every night which is excellent. The drinks are reasonably priced, in fact we paid more for drinks at a beach bar. The staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We did nothing but swim, relax by the pool and enjoy the surroundings and hotel. Would we go back — we most certainly would and hope to get the chance to visit again.
