Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing, and choosing it turned out to be a mistake. During our 5-day stay, we had no internet access in our room, which was a major inconvenience. We reported the issue to Reception multiple times, but unfortunately, it was never resolved.
We were neither offered a room change nor any form of compensation or gesture of goodwill. The lack of response and concern from the hotel staff was very frustrating, especially given how important internet access is these days.
Overall, we expected a much higher level of service and were left dissatisfied with our stay.
This was the perfect spot for our Easter getaway, this was one of the cheaper hotels in the area and it was perfect for what we wanted. The room was big and clean, breakfast was well stocked although more fruit options would have been nice.
It’s a busy spot so I wouldn’t recommend it for a peaceful getaway but for anyone like us looking for a cosy bed and filling breakfast on a budget then this is the place. The location is also great, there’s many restaurants in the area and it’s only a short walk away from the beach.
The staff are very friendly and professional, many of them speak Spanish, English and German. Overall our stay was pleasant and we would recommend it to young couples like ourselves.

I had a great stay at hotel for 3 nights! The location is perfect just 10 min walking to the beach. Good breakfast every day, comfortable room with a balcony and nice view! Thanks Mr Ralf to be welcoming with us!
