Location: Idyllic location, just a minute's walk from the beach.
Apartment: Comfortable and clean furnishings, with well-functioning air conditioning and hot water. Quiet and secluded.
Pool: Salted pool (great for those with chlorine sensitivity) that gets pretty deep.
Staff: Super friendly receptionists who offered beach umbrellas and local recommendations.

We have been in these apartments for 2 weeks and they have everything. It is a quiet area, with a lot of nature, both beaches and mountains, viewpoints, caves. The apartment has a barbecue, swimming pool, laundry service, billiards, breakfast, etc. It is very well done.

I stayed for two weeks in an apartment at this property. The apartment was a standard size and very bright, perhaps too bright, as there were no blackout curtains. In the morning, the sun woke me up early, I solved it by buying an eye mask. I still think a dark curtain would have been helpful.
The swimming pool is a real strong point: large, well maintained and always clean. The location is also excellent, just three minutes walk from Canyamel beach, which is a real pearl, less known than the more famous ones but beautiful, with crystal clear water and very fine sand.
The reception staff was always helpful and smiling, responding positively to all my requests.
There were some minor inconveniences, such as exhaust noise caused by the plumbing. When someone flushed the toilet or used the water, you could hear the “water hammer” in the toilet tank in my apartment. Unfortunately very annoying. I'm more or less a plumber and I know this problem can't be easily solved. Furthermore, the smells coming from the kitchens of the apartments below were sometimes very strong. Chimney flues are probably common.
Overall, I give 4 out of 5 stars. These small defects seem to be related to structural issues of the building, therefore not to a lack of care on the part of the staff. The only real flaw is the absence of blackout curtains.
Despite this, I highly recommend this establishment. The value for money also seemed fair compared to other options in the area.
