Great hotel with the potential to become my favorite place to stay on Mallorca: beautifully built into the mountain side like a small village with a lot of trees, flowers and fountains between the buildings. Very modern rooms and if you like with an excellent view of the beautiful valley. It nearly can‘t be better… There is only one thing that definitely has to change: the service. The staff is kind and helpful but badly organized. For example wie waited at the bar for 15mi…n before being served. No one seems responsible and no one asks if you have any further wishes. Same at breakfast. It always takes quite some time to get your orders and half of the time somethings missing or doesn‘t arrive at all. And you‘d better go to the bar at the pool yourself and not wait for anyone to come by, even if you use the ring at your table. They are just understaffed. The rooms are equipped with a coffee machine but lacks refill on one of three days. An the box with the shaving kit stays empty throughout our stay. Overall I love this place! But it‘s all of these small things that come together…

❤️❤️❤️ Hyatt! My family had been to many Hyatt resort worldwide recently just came back from Hyatt Mallorca. And by far our best and favorite resort. The location, the hotel, first class service and excellent service from the staffs are amazing especially to Rosie, Vincent, Mari (spa therapist) Marina, Fernando and several amazing staffs I can’t remember their names (sorry) Thank you for excellent service. I can’t wait to go back again.

Excellent hotel, beautiful architecture and facilities. Excellent service, amazing food in the restaurants, nice pool. Rooms can be up quite a few stairs so you'll get a workout to some parts of the hotel, but the routes are all scenic and enjoyable.

Wow, built out of raw marble from the bucolic hillside it's built into with nature water running all throughout the property. If you're looking for a quiet relaxing spa retreat this is it.

The hotel and views are excellent. The rooms are maintained well and the staff is very helpful. All of the hotel staff provides service with a smile. The entire property is beautiful and clean. The restaurants are all good. Breakfast at Balearic is very good. Beautiful views of the valley and hills.

What can I say… Beautiful! So much attention to detail. It's a beautiful place up on the hills outside Canymel. Provincial sourroundings, nice small towns around this place is nestled right in the middle of all that and it's beautiful. The rooms are wonderful. The stone work at this place is amazing. Then breakfast is… well… amazing. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Es muy amplio, los restaurantes son profesionales y cercanos. Los espacios disponibles para los eventos son variados y muy cuidados. Es toda una experiencia, fantástica. Muy recomendable.

Lovely resort in a beautiful location, friendly and attentive staff. Offering activities catered for kids of all ages, which was good to keep the kids occupied.

Very beautiful location next to Cañamel village. The hotel is very beautiful, very well taken care of, calm and quiet. The rooms are very comfortable and have all the commodities. The restaurant is very please to and the food is awesome. Hotel staff is very professional and pleasent. We will definitely come back again!

Fab rooms, facilities and staff. Food was over the top and had a mix of odd flavours; they should stick with the local cuisine. If you plan to eat elsewhere, this place is 5 stars.

We were at Christmas. Very good room, good gym (24h), small but fine spa. Negative: Swimming pool 0, 5 km away, communal swimming pool.
Breakfast and dinner at the Asia restaurant very good.

This is a wonderful place to stay and relax. We have been multiple times and have been treated excellently each time. Good Wi-Fi coverage, good food at each of the restaurants and a wonderful breakfast. There is a fantastic spa and multiple pools (though, only one is heated)

Disappointing Sylvesteressen!
For a whopping 85, 00 Euro The following was offered: 1 oyster 10g lobster meat with 20 g of lettuce 1 tiny red mullet 3 stuffed ravioli with sauce 1 piece of pressed suckling pork (3x4x9cm) with 3 small potato pieces and 2 small daubs chocolate mousse but: everything in Huge plates and bowls served and explained by the waiter in exquisite words.
We ordered 1 x bread, the neighbouring table 2 x. So we could alleviate the hunger feeling a little. Drinks were of course extra and also exquisieten prices.
Total: Supernepp.

Really lovely complex, our apartment was fully equipped for comfort and relaxation. Interior design was tasteful elegant, very well laid out with some thoughtful touches. Service was excellent in every way, friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. I was impressed. The only down side is we ate in the Tapas Bar on the first night, the food was really poor, mash potato and vegetables dressed up on the menu as something really pretentious; my partners selection was a bit of chewy barbequed pork with a sprinkling of lettuce; awful and expensive too.

Stunning hotel in the style of a mountain village. Would be good for a few days. Not sure about how cabin fever might set in if you stayed longer.

The room was great and the breakfasts were amazing. The views from the rooms are mainly of the valley, not the ocean. It is a 20 minute walk to the ocean. The beach is great, with soft sand, calm water, and a great bay view.

There aren't enough stars to rate this place. This is the last night of our second time staying here. Totally relaxed totally chilled in beautiful surroundings. Classy hotel — peaceful tranquil hotel. We came last year myself and my husband and found the food amazing — there's always a fear that returning won't be as good — but it is and it's better. We brought along our 16 year old daughter that has loved it as much as us. These evening I enjoyed the tapas which was out of t…his world — tuna tartar and scallops and stunning wine — set amongst beautiful treelined patio — finished with a stunning mint infused melon dessert. The hotel isn't for those that want activity — its quiet and laid back but that's what we needed — no hustle and bustle — just chill. No entertainment in the evening which we personally love — just stunning food and fantastic staff and chance to step out of busy crazy life and talk to each other. We will come back next year if we get the chance but hopefully we will bring our sons. I'd like to ad the lady on reception Berber (I think that's how you spell her name) was an absolute treasure — beautiful welcoming smile and so helpful —

Location is definitely 5 stars, very tranquil and beautiful views, lots of local nature trails. In my opinion the hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the island. The complex is fairly new, as expected the place is in good condition and well maintained. Lots of variety available for food and drink. Staff are friendly and accommodating but some lack in language skills and training which is surprising for a hotel if it's category, but they try and mostly are all friendly.

Beautiful, new property in the North East. The suites are super spacious — and great luxurious contemporary design. Breakfast is great — as well as the Mediterranean restaurant. Kids are super welcome. Beach in 3 mins by car which is also convenient. 2 small points on the negative side: a) service in the restaurants varies — we had a poor experience at the Tapas restaurant one night. B) the pools are small. If swimming is important for you, you might want to look for a different property.

Service is amazing, grounds are great. Clearly detail oriented. Can't quite put my finger on exactly why but is a little Disneyland esque in a little inauthentic way (maybe because it is so new? ). Overall though, absolutely lovely hotel.

My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon. Beautiful hotel — our suite was meticulously clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the concierge was helpful and provided great local recommendations. The restaurants were also quite good, with great local food and wine. Highly recommended.

A very special place, indeed. Rarely do you find this kind of luxury, attention to detail (the grounds — grass, flowers, fountains, stone and tilework are just breathtaking), sincere friendly and professional service, and superior cuisine in one location. And the spa — wow! The nicest I've ever had the pleasure to enjoy, and I've been to my share of spas. Unforgettable — a return is an absolute must.

A nice new hotel to rest. The rooms are huge and comfortable, although getting to them is not easy. It's all a bit scattered as well as the hotel itself which is in the middle of nowhere.

Hotel Isolatissimo from anything, to get to the rooms you have to walk a lot or get carried with the golf carts of the reception. Pity that if it is not hot in the trip it freezes. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very small and the toilet was very comfortable: they chose very little water and in my opinion anti hygienic, once sitting my intimate parts touched the ceramic part of the cup. An unacceptable choice, chilling and ruining the hotel completely.

Excellent hotel facilities on an international top level. The rooms are fantastically furnished, the overall concept is really very exclusive.

The hotel is fantastic. Good place to relax and enjoy the food from Mallorca. Cap Vermell Country club is near the Park Hyatt Mallorca and is also good site to practice fitness.
