The hotel is really nice and clean, the staff, waiters, reception and animators are always friendly and helpful. The animation and night programs are super fun, Freddie Mercury, Abba show and karaoke was amazing! During the day they have fitness classes and games! We were happy with everything and enjoyed our holiday! :) We are going to come back for sure!

Amazing location-I would rate ALL the staff 5* plus they were all so lovely and helpful nothing too much trouble. Our room was sea facing although we did choose to pay extra for this-it met all expectations and we had a marvellous view of the sea and the promenade. The hotel was immaculate every area was clean including outside sun lounging area. The room was slightly disappointing in terms of its size and I would rate this a 3* rather than a 4* it was cramped with very basic facilities. The food was fine although it did seem to lean towards the German palette as most of the guest were German in fact 95% were, however, the food was fresh and presented cleanly and was well laid out. It’s a lovely hotel and we had an amazing time.

A fantastic hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Hotel is on the beach. The view from the room was beautiful — looked directly onto the sea. All the facilities were incredibly clean. A truly 5 star experience. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I spent 4 days here and absolutely loved it. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast buffet was fab and the setting is amazing. We didn’t venture over to the sister hotel but it looked great. We had a sea view — would highly recommend, especially for the sunrise, it was beautiful. It’s a really chilled out area around the pool and plenty of sun beds. The restaurant and bar are spacious and airy. The beach is beautiful and if you want to rent the sun beds there they were €21 for two of us for the day. And they have a combination code safe you can put valuables in if you all want to swim in the sea together. Lots of shops in the square including a spar that sells everything and gift/clothes shops. The square is at the front of the hotel with lovely fountains. We went to the beach restaurant just as you enter the beach. Amazing food and cocktails and live music. If you turn left out the back of the hotel about 100 yards there’s a beautiful Italian — again great cocktails. We’ve had the most amazing time and will definitely be back. It was a chilled, friendly, clean place. Fab hotel, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Ferrer Concord Hotel & Spa!
Everything was very clean, with a beautiful design, creating a cozy summer vibe. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, ready to assist with everything we needed before we even had to ask.
Our room was spacious and had a great view of the sea. It was cleaned perfectly every day down to the smallest detail.
The food was fresh and tasty with plenty of choices all the time. They refilled the dishes quickly so nothing ever ran out.
The spa was also clean and had lots of features.
I can’t think of anything that could have been better. Highly recommend Ferrer Concord Hotel & Spa!
