Excellent family friendly hotel. Food, staff and the animation team was perfect!

We have just returned from our fourth visit the Ferrera Blanca and had such an amazing time once again! By far the best all inclusive holiday we have ever been on — amazing food, staff, facilities and the animation team are fantastic! We shall definitely be returning again! Thank you so much!

Very friendly family based hotel, this is the 2nd time we've been here after last years visit, very clean hotel, good food, good bar service and waiters/waitresses, all day activities with the animation team and close to the beach and all shops, bars etc, we'll recommended for families and couples who want an enjoyable holiday.

A great team of staff that cater to your every need as a family. Lots of variety in terms of pools, a nearby beach (bit more grown-up) and bars/shops. Lovely and quiet at night. Ideal for young families.

Love this place. Rooms are comfortable and clean (not that you spend much time in there) food is great. The animation team are fab. Rest of the staff are are lovely and friendly. Has everything you need.

We loved our time here. Me my son and mother have had a fantastic time thank you. A nice clean place with friendly polite staff. Good food and plenty to drink. The staff work very hard. A good position for beach as well as all the pools. And easy to walk to the shops on a night. We upgraded so a slightly bigger room and balcony we believe and fantastic views over the two bottom pools and beach.

What a great family place! My husband booked it as a last minute trip and so glad we came!
The staff work so hard, always there to help with anything you need.
The food wasn’t bad at all, and the staff that prepare the tables and clear everything away and the staff that cook and prep all the food deserve a massive thumbs up! They work so hard and always aim to get you sat down for dinner as soon as possible.
Kids loved the beach and the splash park, the unlimited ice cream and slushes!
The snacks were good too! And drinks were great! Loved the procceco and the mojitos!
The entertainment staff were the best! Everyday they would get everyone involved with the likes of vollyball, shooting, darts, beer pong! And that’s just for the adults! The kids had so much choice for things to do and the entertainment staff couldn’t do enough! We love you guys!

We went on a boat trip which was fab too! Honest can’t fault the place! Well done to all we’ve definitely made some lovley memories.

Best part about this place is the staff. Helpful friendly and very hard working. A short walk to the beach (a set of steps and a little hill) The rooms are clean and have air conditioning. Could do with a little TLC. Pools great although hard to get sunbeds as some selfish people do the usual and leave their towels on them. Always something nice to eat at buffet. We all enjoyed the holiday.

Arrived home safe and sound yesterday from a 10 day stay here. Great place to take a holiday and the staff were all amazing with our twins who are a little under two years old. Room was perfect and had two travel cots provided. Couldn’t fault anything about the place from the food to the people… all excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you Isa in the restaurant, the twins loved you.

Beautiful hotel close to the beach, largelarge room, spotlessly clean, power shower. Amazing selection of food at meal times, all inclusive drinks snacks, ice-cream all day long. The animation team are fantastic with adults and kids good varied sports during day and shows in the evening. Will definitely come back with the family.

Super clean Apartment hotel Very clean Facility with 4 Pools. Even Toddlers get their Money's worth here. Those who do not find the right one when Eating will find themselves to blame. All very tasty. The Staff always friendly and courteous. Of Course, there are also small Defects, but this can be clarified on Site immediately. All in all, a nice Holiday.

Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage sind in Ordnung, sehr geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, Personal ist sehr freundlich (teilweise nur englischsprachig), Essen ist sehr auf die Bedürfnisse der britischen Gäste abgestimmt daher leider alles andere als landestypisch, wer wert auf gute Speisen legt sollte lieber damit kalkulieren nicht im Hotel zu speisen, das Büffet hat mehr etwas von Kantine als von Restaurant ist aber aufgrund der Hotelgröße schwer (aber nicht unmöglich) anders zu realisieren, kostenfreie Parkplätze sind direkt am Hotel vorhanden, sollten diese nicht ausreichen stehen weitere öffentliche füßläufig zur Verfügung.

Very nice Hotel with a great cove and 2 minutes from the shopping street that goes to the center. The breakfasts are very good like the meals, the different dinners because each day they are made on a different theme (Spanish, Mallorcan, Mexican, Japanese). Every night they make a different spectacle. Very nice workers. The room suite which is where we stayed very spacious only that the room was in the lounge and in the room there was no TV. All very clean. Cocktails during the day are put in a little small plastic cups and from 20h in glass cups. They don't have redbull for mixes.

Its a really beautiful place town is 5 mins away beach its just at the steps after pool by the restrant 7 pools would come back here any day.

A lovely holiday with splash pools, mini disco and night shows. Beatiful cove beaches, Clean rooms and great Wi-Fi in all areas. Highly recommended.

Been coming here for 7 years and it keeps getting better and better the staff are friendly and are always there to help whatever your needs are. The pools are always clean and the rooftop terrace is amazing. Wl be going again next year.

Great hotel. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food can be a bit hit and miss but the drinks are all branded which can be a rarity. Location so close to the beach makes it a winner and about 15/20 minute walk to the centre of Cala D’or.

Not overly impressed. Food is ok but limited choices plus never warm only tepid. The room thick dust on top of everywhere soap not replaced nor coffee sachets. Some staff in the restaurant not very helpful or pleasant at all. They serve others but leave the English to get their own water and drinks at meal times. I would rate this as a 3 star hotel maximum.
