A great hotel. We have been very satisfied. The food and drinks were great and varied. The entertainers always did their best and entertained us well. The pool and the whole complex were very well maintained. Each staff member could speak English, German and Spanish.

We just got back from our vacations at this hotel "all inclusive/prison". The amount paid for the service is no worth it. We traveled from US to stay at this hotel with no free Wifi (6 Euro p/d, and 1 Euro for 15 minutes to use the computers) basically we were without communication with fiend and family for the whole week not even be able to contact our family in case of an emergency. The AC does not work during day hours, so if you trying to take a nap at your room is better to find a shade under a tree and take a nap there. We tried to call to the reception to report the AC issue, but the landline phone didn't worked either. Breakfast was very repetitive and so rude service from one of the waitresses who apparently seems to hate his job so bad. My wife and I were having dinner while he was rushing us to finish with our plates. The entertainment crew did ok but the information provided was very limited to those who do not speak German, so with out saying the 95% of the hotel's guest were Germans. The best service we received was from the house keeping lady from Senegal. She always made sure to leave clean towels for us. I totally encourage people to not stay in this facility.

Friendly staff. Not recommended for Spanish. 90% German guests. Animators don't speak even Spanish. Meal and dinner times that prevent visiting the island. You have to be very soon and in the area if you want to eat and dine. Very good quality food. At least they have fruit. Cocktails malisimos. Both food and drink of very poor quality. Large and comfortable rooms. Air conditioning also has hours. They turn it on in the afternoon and turn it off in the middle of the night.

Our daughter had huge fun the entertainment team gives herself a lot of different shows to make big and small. The hotel staff is very friendly … Rooms and eat were perfectly okay for 3 stars sometimes even really delicious … Unfortunately, the ants feel quite well in the complex, which you often had to evict from the balcony … All in all highly recommended for families with children!

This is a lovely hotel set into a quiet, naturally beautiful location on a rocky inlet with a fine sandy beach. Suitable for shallow bathing or to swim out further to explore by snorkel. The hotel has two main buildings which are separated by a one minute pleasant walk across the cove beach path and steps up to the large terrace area. The main pool is large with a good range of beds, relaxation areas and pool bar. There is a second large pool at the end of the terrace. The hotel has two large restaurants offering a wide range of excellent food. Breakfast can be taken in the dininig room or the outside terrace. Lunch is only available from one of the two main buildings! The hotel is spotlessly clean and everything is very well presented. The hotel staff are very friendly and super attentive to all your needs. Some of the guest relaxation/socialising space areas can get a bit crowded and entertainment activities are limited and could be improved. In general, the hotel can be highly recommended and offers "happy days" for most guests. The main town of Cala D'or, which has a lot to offer by way of shops and dining options (approx 2km away), can be accessed by a 5 euro taxi ride or trip on the regular mini train. Most visitors will enjoy a casual walk around the lively marina.

For a 3 star hotel just great.
Rooms always thoroughly cleaned, daily fresh towels.
We visited many bays. Cala egos we found the most beautiful.
It would be nice to have free Wi-Fi at least in the lobby.
All in all, a great holiday despite the many young children.

Lovely hotel in an beautiful quiet location, recently fully refurbished to a high standard. Spotlessly clean throughout. All the hotel staff are very friendly and attentive, the food quality and choice range is really good. Public socialising space could be better. Entertainment needs to be improved too. Facilities are really good, lots of relaxation space around the three swimming pools. Nice (public shared) small beach in a rocky cove, very safe shallow bathing, ideal for young children. Happy days for most guests.

We were there with our 4-year-old son 10 days. For our son it was the perfect holiday, the children's pool or The area for children is awesome. Everything super clean, drinks and toilets right nearby. The food was also perfectly fine for us, delicious and above all everything clean. Rooms freshly renovated and also clean. Price/performance definitely good.

Beach nearby is beautiful, hotel is reasonably close to some shops.

The water temperature was a little bit cold in the pool, but in general it's a great hotel.

Just returned from here. We had a nice holiday in Majorca but was overall disappointed with our hotel choice. We did not feel the hotel was catered for the English at all. The daily food choice limited and was very focused for the German appetite. The daily snack bar had the same 3 choices every day and was unhealthy food, burgers, chips, pizza and hot dog, no other choices at all. The evening entertainment was very disappointing for us and very important part of our holiday. There was just 1 hour of kids entertainment every evening 9.30pm – 10.30pm and it was done by the daily holiday Reps not professional entertainment. The hotel reception artwork was dark and depressing and naked men is not exactly child friendly!. The swimming pool was split in half by barbed wire and don’t look anything like it does in the pictures. You can’t get sunbeds out until 10am, and we like to get up and out early, so did not suit us at all having to wait around. The only really good thing was the staff were very polite and friendly and the water park was very good for under 10’s. We made it a nice holiday but would not return or recommend.
