This is without doubt the best hotel we have stayed in. It was our 20th anniversary and we were met with Champagne and flowers in the room on our arrival and the staff were so friendly especially Cristina who was an absolute star.

The stay was really very pleasant! We were particularly impressed by the ambience and the food. I can only recommend the hotel: The proximity to the beach, the well-kept pool area and the friendly staff delighted us.

My granddaughter and I were in this beautiful hotel for 3 times.

We were staying the last week of April, and were delighted. Good location, very close to the beach, acceptable rooms, very clean.
Very rich and varied food.
The real value of the hotel is the staff, from the reception, cleaning staff and room staff, a real marvel. Although everyone is very attentive and friendly, we in the room have to be more with Juan, who is a very professional and charming person in the personal treatment, deserves the pe to meet her and greet her.
I do not give the 5 stars because, although it is true that we did not miss it too much, the rooms did not have air conditioning by decision of the hotel management, very unfavorable point since on all the pages of booking puts that it has it (no specifies no constraints)

I / We love this Hotel it is super clean, always great food! So nice, quick, courteous, polite, always good-humored staff I have rarely experienced! This year, two new waiters were there, but the really great were in such a good mood and friendly! Would be delighted if you are again next year there! Miguel and Christina you were and are great! All of the others, but no matter in what category a 5++++++ we see us next year, was worked by us!

Its a decent hotel, but here are wayyyyyyy to many germans. No offense but everything are in german, even the live perfomances. Im on Mallorca, not in Germany. And by the way the network is really really slow too. Like u cant even load a video in 144p. But decent hotel with nice staff and a really good location close to the beach.

We are still on holiday with you. Nice clean hotel, friendly service and good food. Upon arrival, we were found to have lost my son's diabetes sensor in the bus, so the panic was big! The reception helped us very well! Thank you very much for that!

We were there for the second time. The hotel can definitely be recommended.
The staff in every area of the hotel are friendly and very professional.
A special thanks goes to the animation and to the bar area.

Rather quiet Hotel in a good Location (second Row of The beach). Sea can still be seen on the upper Floors. Beautiful clean Rooms. Eating Standard, not particularly. WI-FI works amazingly well.

The hotel offers good food and clean rooms, but you have to reserve the stay until 8:30 o 'clock and that's more difficult than you thought! There is only 1 screen and two per room. We also reserve for friends that has always worked out so far but this morning the rules were suddenly changed. Then you have stress in the early morning.
2. This hotel is mainly occupied by old people and they are mostly all against children! Our room was on the 6th floor I wanted to go down with the elevator. The door went on an elderly lady stood inside when she wasn't moving I thought she didn't want to get off so I got in, the lady scratched me by the shoulder and said, "Let get off first! " The scratch marks were clearly visible! Nevertheless, the hotel staff is behind her! I was here for the 5th time and was really disappointed this time) :

I was a guest of the house for the third time. To eat: Breakfast always at least 6 different sausages and cheeses. Eggs prepared according to the guest's wishes on the open kitchen. Nice and very attentive staff. TOP — I like to come back.

Very nice hotel. Super furnishings. Extremely friendly staff. Eating in a variety and of dreamlike taste. 200 metres to the beautiful beach. Hotel in the middle of Cala Millor but still quiet. Beautiful pool complex, indoor pool, sauna and gym available.

I don't know what to say to be honest. It was not to bad. It says 4 star hotel but I would not be agree with it. It's 2 and half or 3 star hotel. Lifts are too damn slow and small. With pushchair only 2 people can fit if it arrives while you waiting. We were on the 6th floor and most of the time I used stairs.

The positive first, our room is super and quite new. We booked the room Category 2 which is located on the street side. The building was renovated in 2014 and has become really beautiful. Unfortunately, there is a disco that plays really loud music from 10pm to the morning 5:30 clock.
The music is so loud that we could not sleep on the 5 floor with a door.
Unfortunately, I can't quite understand the super movements because the hotel is ok but not these reviews.
The food is unloved and standard.
We're going to eat out now, because it's really always the same.
Last year at the BQ in Pangea we were also four ⭐ ️ ⭐ ️ ⭐ ️ ⭐ ️ with HP which was better for worlds. We would not book this hotel again.

Second visit to this lovely hotel having been in Easter 2015 with the kids. Here at the moment for a week without the kids. Food is very good & despite geared around German cuisine, there is a good choice of quality food for all tastes. All of the staff are friendly & professional with a few familiar faces still here from three years ago, which speaks volumes for the way this hotel is managed & operated. … Only negative was the fact that Champions League football & Bingo were offered on consecutive nights as “entertainment”. This did not go down too well with my wife. Would we come back? Definitely.

From The staff from reception to bar staff all friendly restaurant very posh and a huge variety great location next to the beach love it.

Very well everything the only thing that had a disco that made a lot of noise early in the morning.

Impressive noise The neighbors complain you can not domrir and in the morning always the same music of Aquagym for 6 months. Some creativity from the animation team. Renewed!

Very good hotel, although it has been on the hump for a few years, but we were still very satisfied (we are no longer the youngest and are also not on any frills to offer the more modern hotels). The staff is multilingual, very nice and helpful. All inclusive drinks are standard. The food is delicious and there is something different every day, after a week the repetition begins, for us it has fit. The pool is cleaned every day, beds are available and in the evening there is always another entertainment programme. Animation is also offered but not used by us. A fitness room is also available, as well as an extra terrace and a hall, should the weather not play along. The hotel is centrally located and you can walk to other parts of the city easily. A very extensive pedestrian zone connects directly to the hotel. We have been to this hotel twice now and would book it again if we want to go to Cala Millor. Small tip, always book the room to the pool side, as this is quiet and offers direct view to the sea.

Very good hotel, good deal with the customer although a bit slow at the reception. The breakfast is very good and very varied and with quite a bit of space. But the spa is a little loose, since the Turkish baths were not working and the heated pool very cold, and also the saunas were shut away from the rest of the spa. For the rest a good hotel especially the breakfast.

I can only say that nothing can be criticized. I have therefore spent about 20 times in this hotel my holiday. Next year I will spend my holiday with my fellow cone-mates. This is going to be fun. We are already looking forward to it.

LOCATION — great location in 2nd beach row, at middle part of beach of Cala Millor; — 100 metres distanced from tourist crowds; — on opposite of hotel: 24 hours grocery store with also fitness supps (especially label “Scitech”), doctor, dentist, veterinarian; — 1 min to shopping streets; — 2 min to Spar and beach; — 3 min walk to huge supermarkets (Iper Market) ; — 5 min to Cafe del Sol; — 10 min to more doctors+hospital; — 1.25 hrs by bus to Palma, 1.

Loved this hotel, staff fantastic, good sized bedrooms, shame the pool was freezing. The food however was brilliant, great selection hot and cold, 3 servings a day. You will not starve. Good bar area with live entertainment most nights.

But gone down since a year and a half ago food was nice but nothing to write about as the money I spent there should be more English food as think they cater more for Germans,
Need more cameraa angles to ad my daughter left her iPhone 6 in toilet and within 2 minutes it had been taken and stolen and when manager looked on camera he said he couldn't see faces of ppl coming out only going in, which was a real shame as phone was a present for her 13th birthday and she asked for it early for holiday to take photos,
Your not aloud floats or pool beds in big pool at any time which wax a shame to ad bought one for pool to told no, and night mare on morning getting beds you have to wake up at 8 in morning to make sure u get one and then u only aloud one bed as gardener comes round and throws them off so u have to wait with bed till 8.30, bar people really friendly and cleaners really good to.

Very clean hotel with nice staff. Even in the high season it is not crowded, you always find a place by the pool or while eating. A few meters to the sea and shopping. Top Hotel.

Unfortunately, the holiday is over staff top room top food top system has been very well maintained but again 5 star, the situation deserves very to the beach and to recommend close to the city center very.

Clean friendly and affordable… a fantastic getaway.

A short walk to the beach staff and very good food. Selection at the bar somewhat limited, but the bottom line is highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I understand some negative reviews, because we have made over the last 30 years in many hotels vacation, and we may therefore very well delivered a differentiated assessment.

We were for a short trip of three days here. All in all, we can unfortunately only an okay Hotel type and no longer. The food is well, however far better in this category. It tastes, however, is nothing special. We had a room overlooking the pool. This has become very aged. It serves its purpose, to feel good but by far not enough. As unpleasant, we have perceived a rather old and muffeligen smell in the room. I am I can secure this man give remedy. The pool we find does not regularly review it rather inattentive staff past comes and asks for a drink (this has not happened). In my opinion rather counterproductive, because you sure go a large part and sales through your fingers (man on vacation is lazy and ordered most certainly something if it is brought to him). Also no music playing by the pool. I am speaking not a continuous sound, but a shallow chill lounge music, which should stimulate your holiday feeling. The toilets in the lobby, it was rather noisy. I'm not a person looking for errors. I'm however on the toilet every morning at 9: 00 and see hair and dirt on the ground, everywhere then I wonder already if there all running. The indoor pool will be completely ignored. Was there music nor the environment was very welcoming. Just plain lame. A few plants and nice music rip out there a lot. Maybe too easy to implement it. All in all were our 3 days ok, but I can't understand some reviews by far.

Mid way through a 9 day stay at easter break. Food is great for a family — buffet style but well prepared and presented. No-one seems to be abusing the all inclusive booze which was a relief. Too cold for outdoor pool in April. Indoor pool very small but clean. A good base and inexpensive. On street parking around the hotel was no problem. Our rooms were smallish but need, clean and recently refurbished. In April the clientele is predominantly German. I would happily stay here again.

We spent 10 days in this wonderful hotel, and it was just way too short.

Encouragingly, the small room was always very clean. Daily, towels are changed on request. Service is always friendly. The location very good. Unfortunately star category is not applicable to the four, no minibar in the room. The food was monotonous, not for the eye and the palate. Small dining tables for four people. In the morning no decontamination service. The cheese mould is not.
