Opinions regarding the staff are divided. Many guests describe the reception employees as very friendly and helpful, specifically highlighting a staff member named Inga. However, there are reviews of unfriendly behavior, such as waiters ignoring orders and management failing to resolve issues with the lack of hot water or electricity. The check-in process is generally described as smooth, but some complain about staff indifference when technical malfunctions occur in the rooms.

The hotel offers "all-inclusive" and half-board systems. Most guests praise the buffet for its variety, delicious seafood, fish, meat, and abundance of fruit. In particular, the quality of bottled wine and cold beer is noted, though it is suggested that the quality of coffee and juices be improved. At the same time, there are complaints about the serving of stale pre-cut fruits and vegetables, as well as extremely low food quality for late arrivals (dinner leftovers).

Rooms are generally described as modern, stylish, and clean, with daily housekeeping and towel changes. However, some guests noticed signs of wear and tear: stains on the walls, bathroom fixtures that are literally falling apart, and a general need for renovation. There are also complaints about weak air conditioning, unstable electricity, and the lack of drinking water in the refrigerator. The view from the room depends on the category; some guests were dissatisfied with the "partial sea view," which was effectively a view of buildings and the beach.

The hotel has three elevators, but they often operate inconsistently (one or two may be broken), which creates inconvenience. The elevators are described as small and stuffy. Additionally, there are many stairs and steep slopes on the premises, which can be difficult for families with strollers or people with limited mobility.

The hotel features three pools, including a beautiful indoor pool and a family pool which receives more sunlight. Sun loungers are provided on the beach and by the pools; guests note the ability to enjoy the sea directly from the hotel terrace. Entry into the water is convenient, and the sea is clean and full of fish, making it suitable for snorkeling. However, in June, guests complained about a large number of jellyfish.

The hotel operates an animation program with evening shows and concerts, including live music, which was very much enjoyed by some guests. However, others note that the program is repetitive and live music is played infrequently. Bicycle rentals are also available for trips around the surrounding area, such as to the Mondragó Natural Park.

The hotel is considered suitable for families with children due to its location by the bay and the presence of a family pool. However, there are significant drawbacks: entry into the family pool is only via stairs, which is inconvenient for children, and the abundance of steps and level changes on the grounds makes navigating with strollers difficult. Some guests also complain about loud music from a neighboring hotel until 1:00 AM, which may disturb a child's sleep.
