Ynaira Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel and an excellent base for exploring the northeast side of Mallorca. The breakfast is fantastic, but what truly makes this place special is the warm hospitality of the staff and the cozy, welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Don’t normally have bad things to say about hotel. But with this one I have quite a bit to say.
Arrived at the exotic town in Mallorca. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is lovely but the staffs seems to be lack of training and knowledge about hospitality.
Reception: A lady who is like a robot sitting in front of the desk, check in was relatively easy as it was just paper work. I requested a table/desk in my room as I need a space to use my laptop for some work while I was there. The lady told me it is not possible to have a table in the room suggested me to sit in the dining room to do so. I tried one day and I do not enjoy it. The next day I see many tables in the yard and some of the rooms have tables on their balcony apart from mine. I ask if I can just move a table into my room she told me “ It is not possible” I told her it is right here and no one is using it and it is just there in the corner. She then reluctantly agreed and a bit pissed off with me seems like I was in a school dormitory and getting told everything is not possible. I asked nicely and she did not even leave her chair. Despite she sits in her desk in front of the main entrance. To enter the hotel you have to enter a code to open the door at any time during the day and night. If she sees you are a guest she will not help you to open the door unless she sees you struggled. I think for day time during the reception hour a PIN code to access the hotel is a but inconvenient.

We stayed three nights at Ynaira Hotel & Spa in a deluxe room with a terrace and private jacuzzi, and had an incredible experience. The room was well-equipped, clean, and modern. Having our own jacuzzi was a true luxury. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room also included a minibar and provided beach towels, which is a thoughtful touch—especially for travelers heading to the nearby Platja de Muro, just a 15-minute drive away.
Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we do have a few suggestions. The room information highlights the hotel’s commitment to Spain’s sustainability law, yet the complimentary shower gel, hand soap, and body lotion were produced in the People’s Republic of China. This seems inconsistent with a sustainable approach. A more environmentally conscious and locally produced alternative would be more in line with that policy.
The breakfast buffet was simple but satisfying. Additional egg dishes can be ordered, but it wasn’t immediately clear what options were available. On our first morning, the waitress explained it to us, but it would be helpful to include a small à la carte breakfast menu on the table. This would be easy to implement and add a nice personal touch to the breakfast experience.
