Really nice and clean hotel. We are a group of three girls and felt really taken care of! Towels are regularly changed and beach towels are provided. We didn’t have the breakfast but it was a really nice set up. The hotel is in a nice beachfront location but very easy to access the port and old town via the 323 bus every hour, or by cheap taxi.
The room is very well kept and nice size. Good kitchenette with microwave, fridge, and hob. The balcony was a good size and very private. We had the sea view and were very happy with the view, especially at sunset! The shower did seem to block a little but that could have just been our room.
We didn’t use the pool but it was a good size and never seemed too busy. There was a spar connected to the hotel which was pretty expensive but very useful.
All the staff were very helpful and attentive to us. Particularly Ulises gave us many recommendations for areas to go, places to see and was overall super friendly — we loved chatting with him!

We booked a premium suite at the hotel. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The sea view from the large balcony was stunning and the day bed made the room extra special. My only concern would be for those who do not like an open plan room with toilet/bathroom — check before you book!
The staff were superb, really polite and helpful. One young man even offered to drive us to the airport as our taxi was late for our return journey. That's what I call going above and beyond duties!
Location is excellent if you are looking for a peaceful escape in beautiful surroundings. We only booked for breakfast which was excellent. We will return for another relaxing break next year.

Just returned from this gem of a hotel having stayed here with my adult daughter for some mum/daughter time. I loved everything about this hotel. The staff are amazing, helped with anything I asked about. The pool area is well looked after and very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was lovely lots of choice and delicious food. The room was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in anywhere. Clean, comfortable and spacious. I loved the roof terrace where my daughter and I would sit and read late into the evening with fantastic views. Only a short taxi ride if you want to go into Puerto Alcúdia where it’s much more lively. All in all a great stay thankyou to all the hotel staff.
