The only nice person among the hotel staff was the lady helping at breakfast. The rest of the staff was simply a disaster, including the manager. Everything addressed to the reception and the manager was ignored.
The maintenance man was extremely rude – he insulted one of the guests under his breath, calling him “puta” while pointing toward his balcony.
The hotel had just reopened after the season on April 1st, and we were the first guests in the room after the winter. The temperature in the room was around 17°C, and the air conditioning didn’t work. During our entire stay, no one came to fix it, even though we were repeatedly promised that someone would.
The kitchenette equipment was terrible – there was nothing to wash dishes with, no cutting board or kitchen knife, no kettle, no coffee machine, no bowls. There were only two wine glasses in an apartment for four people, and the same with regular glasses.
There is no parking. It’s not easy to find a spot on the street, and I can’t imagine what it’s like during peak season.
And this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel? It’s a complete disaster. Avoid it at all costs.
