Absolute Hammer. Super clean, super nice staff — just great.

The hotel is well located to get around on the island.
However even if it is a "rural" hotel this right next to the road and you will hear quite the cars…
They do not clean the rooms well; We stayed 5 days and never cleaned the floor…
The mattress was horrible, super hard and old.
As for the staff are friendly but are only 2-3 hours a day osea that if there is a problem is difficult to speak with them.

Best place to stay in Lanzarote! Right in the centre of the Island with good connections to all the Touristic spots. The Hotel Rural is surrounded by Vineyards and Lava fields and vulcano Mountains (Impressive views from Rooms and Restaurant). Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Gym, MiniBar, excellent personal, Breakfast, … and many more! Check it out!

Being a rural hotel we expected another thing. Very good location but with a lot of shortcomings, they don't take much care of it. Regular breakfast, with package pastries and package sausages as well. Harsh beds and, when we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and we had to call to be told where the key was. For the price you have, one expects another little thing.

Currently staying here! Fabio and his team are so welcoming and accommodating, room is cleaned on a daily basis, buffet breakfast for me is perfect, eaten here every evening so far and Fabio knows exactly what I want. Yes you need a car to explore from but being by myself it's peaceful, tranquil everything I hoped for, and the gym is perfect for my needs, will defo come back here and recommend x.

This place is beautifully tranquil. The staff are welcoming. The apartment is huge (2 bed annexe), more like a house, equipped with everything you need. The perfect setting for a peaceful holiday. The only one negative comment would be that the beds are quite hard but I would most definitely return.

Perfect central location on the island if you are planning to explore the island by car / bike. Very friendly and welcoming staff, yet rooms could benefit from a better aircon.

Beautifull rustic accomodation.

I was from the 13th to the 21st of February, just arriving there was no one at the reception, you have to call them to come to serve you. The rooms don't clean anything. They just make you the bed, nothing more. At the reception there are no people, they have a bar that is always closed. You couldn't drink coffee or drink anything. For me it was very disappointing. I hope you get better soon because you go there on vacation and not attend you well is very sad.

Well. "Hotel" is relatively quiet and central in the middle of the island. As a starting point for sightseeing in order. We were there for three days.
The entire hotel could tolerate a renovation. Windows are difficult to open and close, bathtub rusted, and also the pool was not exactly the cleanest.
Room was sufficiently large, cleanliness was reasonably OK.
The most disappointing was the staff. We came here very alone. No one was found in the entire hotel at check-in (3pm). Also on the other days, except for the lady at breakfast, far and wide no staff were to be found. No one showed us the house, our room, or told us anything about breakfast times, WLAN, excursions or the surroundings. No one cared great for the guests.
Breakfast was at most mediocre (white bread, some sausage, cheese and yogurt (all uncooled at the buffet), along with some apples and grapes.
From the actually offered dinner in the restaurant, we didn't see anything either. No information about it, no staff, no guests.
If you are looking for "absolute" tranquility (i. E. No staff want to see it for days), this is exactly right. We would not book this hotel any more. Was more like at AirBnB with breakfast.

Place easy to find in an area very quiet, surrounded by vineyards.
Double room for single use large, with AC & TV WC with bathtub.
The track of tennis and minigimasio are somewhat neglected.
Nice common area with sofas and TV.
Sufficient internet connection to check email and surf a bit.
Friendly service.
The pool could not taste it since time did not permit it (very windy on the island).
There are dinner notice service, but not stayed for dinner.
Free parking area.

Confortable and functional with nice views to the volcanoes. Need a little bit of renovation. Restaurant overpriced but good food.

Quiet, ideal as a base for trips around the island hotel. Stayed in a spacious, clean room with small terrace, nice panorama view from the breakfast room on the vineyards of la Geria. Wi-Fi free of charge. Reception unfortunately often too given time (9-13: 00) is not open. Pool area (tables, chairs) could use a renovation. Recommended for travellers who wish to stay away from the hustle and bustle and spot with car or bicycle are mobile.
