Excellent for cleanliness and well maintained facilities throughout the year. Staff are very polite and willing to help at any time. Only bad point is that the poolside sunbeds are snatched by 9am by a lot of selfish residents who often take them for children in their party too. This puts pressure on you if you prefer to relax in the mornings because you will struggle to get a sunbed by 9.30am.

Ideal place for families with children, excellent staff, attention to needs, always willing to help, the very good entertainer with the kids, the place is small enough not to be excessively noisy and the entrance is always closed so the kids can free-flowing. Lifeguards are always present is when they close the pools you can not access them. The bar serves very good food and cocktails is the customer's attention is top! I don't give 5 stars for two reasons: the pool is spotless but, while the jacuzzi is heated, the pool of the little ones is not. The apartments are brand new is very strong of everything you need to cook (even the dishwasher), unfortunately they are not very clean, they are cleaned only every two days but the cleaning is not great, not because of the cleaning women who are but the lack of vacuum cleaners… it is a bit absurd that in 2018 it is claimed to clean hotels only with brooms. However these details belong the place is highly recommended. Near the beach and a short walk from the commercial area of puerto del carmen.

Really didn't like it. They say "welcome home, " but it doesn't feel cozy or like home. They charge for Wi-Fi that wasn't working well. Over all a friendly staff and a nice experience. Just not for me.

No I do not want to share this place. L would like to keep secret for our self's. We love this place oh dear done and said now love all the staff.

Super spacious room and fully equipped kitchen with utensils. Location close to the beach and a few minutes walk to the center.

Nice and very quiet place with well furbished rooms. You'll have to walk a little on the sea front to get to the bars and restaurants but that's really ok.

The gated resort has beautiful guest villas (where we stayed), and I would recommend over any hotel room, clean, modern, the balcony boasts a real sea view, food and entertainment on-site and a good sized pool, would recommend!

Placed within a 1 minute walk to an amazing beach, this hotel is staffed by excellent and friendly reception and bar staff. The public area, pools and rooms are kept spotlessly clean. The bar serves reasonable and tasty food, they also have 'happy hour' drinks. If you arrive on an early flight, you must either wait till 4pm for your apartment, or pay (at that time 10euro) per hour from arrival until 4pm. You must vacate your apartment by 10am regardless of flight time. They will store luggage free of charge. During our time we spent at the pool, the attending lifeguards sat in the shade on their mobile phones. There is a DAILY charge, per person, for pool side towels. Zero free internet even in reception, there is a daily charge. Drinking water while delivered to the apartment is scandalously expensive. (Buy locally, approximately 3 minutes walk). Taxi airport charge for 4 people was 11 euro as apposed to online transfer charge of 22 euro one way. lovely location, hated the hidden costs.

Beautiful stay at club del Carmen. Stayed in one of the villas which was superb, a proper home from home with everything you could ask for. Staff were great. Bailey's Bar on site was superb, great food and superb staff. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Always use this resort every year. Always clean with very friendly staff. Really nice place to stay.

Superb Resort Very Clean & Tidy, Apartment Was Immaculate. Nice Quiet & Relaxed Site With Helpful Friendly Staff. Small Cafe/Bar On Site We Has An Excellent Breakfast For €2.50 Beach Is Just 2mins Walk With Local Shops Pubs Cafes And Buses Just 2mins Walk Away Also.

I have been a few days but the experience has been fantastic. Very friendly workers. The apartment for two is very large and the kitchen has all the utensils (and more) than you need. The only one but I put it, is that the Wi-Fi has to pay. I think that today this should not happen…

Too much sun has the Villa v 12 why not meter of small flowers that trees that make the shade it comes in winters for the sun disappointed not to have it at the villa.

Apart from the Wi fi which costs 6 euros per day everything OK.

Clean, spacious apartment rooms. Large sofa bed in living room/kitchen studio area. Nice location near to the beach and only a short walk to restaurants and shops.

It is a holiday site where they serve very well, but everything is centered for German foreigners, English… As the activities, promotions and schedules are meant for them, which I found very sad. For the rest all great.

We're not missing anything! Staff, cleanliness, location, facilities… perfect. Very comfortable bed. Only check in very late (4pm) and check out very early (10)

They are very friendly and the villas are very comfortable.

Our first night at CDC and we enjoyed an excellent dinner. We shared some yummie chicken wings followed by fillet steaks, one with garlic sauce and the other with Mexican sauce, superb. We also enjoyed some excellent Lanzarote red wine.

It's a small resort complex less than 70 units. Owned by Diamond Resorts. 1 pool, 1bar/restaurant.

Apartments are lovely, small but very well furnished and equipped. All the staff are lovely and very accommodating. The pool and pool area are kept pristine, nothing is broken or damaged. The bar has entertainment most nights but the residents are either young families or older couples and it's very quiet at night. Right across from the beach, few minutes to the strip. Loved staying here.

Nice staff very friendly, lovely modern clean apartments. Not noisey perfect for families those seeking a quieter break. Next to the beach and about 5 mins walk into the centre of Puerto del Carmen where theres all the bars and resturants you could want. I visited for 10 days with the family will come back again.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were cleaned often, and were meticulously clean, in the heart of all the amenities and resturants close by. The only downside was having to check out at 10am and having a late night flight there were no shady areas to sit and spend a bit of time.

Definitely a benchmark for quality apartments on the island. I loved it here, fantastic beds, lovely location, easy access, and good staff. Spot on.

Staff were friendly and informative and spoke ok English. The hotel was clean and well presented. Would definitely recommend staying here for a few drinks.

We have stayed here at least 8 times and it gets better each year. All day sun on the pool lovely apartments a new owner of the in site cafe, now called Baily Bar. Brilliant.
