This is our third visit and we love it. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the rooms are always comfortable and clean. The hotel is right across from the beach with easy access to buses. We will definitely be coming back.

Had a fantastic 4 day break here and honestly can't fault a thing, fab staff, food and cleaned constantly, beautiful big apartments and the location is perfect, never do reviews but this hotel definitely deserved one 👌

The room is spacious and room cleaning service is excellent. The food is good with a wide choice. The pool is beautiful and very well maintained as is the whole site. The cactus gardens are lovely and the trees are imaginatively made into animals. Perfectly positioned for access to the beach, restaurants and nice walking areas. The bus stop is very near with cheap travel to other resorts.

Such a lovely complex, rooms are kept clean and lovely bog pool. Staff are so nice, a special mention to Emma who looks after mini club. She is just lovely. My little girl loves here and is devastated leaving her.

Great I would say, new and very clean appointments, friendly and helpful staff, good food, convenient location.

Only back home since Friday. Our 2nd time to stay as a family and yet again we were not disappointed. A fantastic place high level of service, staff are lovely and helpful cleanliness is above and beyond from the first thing in the morning and daily. Fresh towels every day. Food is delicious. I can't find anything bad to say. Already looking to back in Oct/Nov for my birthday and again next year as a family. 100% recommend.

This was our first visit here. We travelled as a family of 9. All three rooms were together as requested and they were all really clean and spacious.
The pools were lovely, the activities for the children were Fantastic which enabled them to make friends with lots of other children from a variety of countries.
A massive thank you to Johan. He does an incredible job running the entertainment. He includes and encourages every child and knows their names instantly. Our children received many diplomas over our 12 day stay. His evening entertainment was always better than the acts covering his nights off.
After reading other reviews I’d have to agree that most of the time the food was only warm and most of the freshly cooked meat on offer was pork. I think a better variety of meat and also puddings would enhance the dining experience. However, this is just a small criticism and didn’t spoil our holiday.

Shame on your hotel Floresta. Corona trial? really not! many staff members were very grumpy. Disinfect everything? no that is not possible because at half past seven all beds are filled with towels so the beds cannot be disinfected. The seats with tables by the pool are not even cleaned when someone has sat on them. The floor is so dirty and dusty! then you have your own staff who walk through the dining room without a mask and without disinfecting their hands!? your room will only be cleaned around 5:30 pm if you just want to get ready to eat! and if you want to make a complaint you will not be heard, the manager Vincent refuses to talk to you. Good end there was Johan from the animation team. Hats off to you! for the rest of Floresta you are deeply ashamed!

We have been going to the Floresta for the past 18 years, we really loved it there. It’s clean the apartments are good. The Reception Staff are more then helpful and friendly. The Pool bar staff, Dining room staff, and all the other staff are friendly and cheerful. I would however agree that the food could be hotter. But that would be our only criticism. Well done Floresta you get our 100%. Loveyou guys.

Great value for money. Friendly and obliging staff. My partner is un a wheel chair, disabled ramp very steep, but staff were very helpful with pushing the wheel chair up the ramp. Thank you David.

Pretty resort very spacious quality accommodation & huge family friendly pool easy assessable clean with friendly pool bar offering all day drinks snacks ice creams.

We had a great stay. Lovely pool areas, spacious rooms and a high level of cleanliness. Food was good.

On our 8th visit here since 2014. Family and friends stayed here also. For a 3star hotel it's very good. Location is great with everything close by. Always clean, and well kept. The staff are very good and helpful. Food selection is fantastic with a good variety on offer every day. The kids entertainment and mini disco are a favourite for our young daughter who just loves the 'music man'. Cannot praise that guy enough for the huge effort and enthusiasm he puts in every day! One of our favourite places to stay on the island.

Just home from a fortnights stay here. What can I say. Excellent hotel, excellent staff all round but a special mention for Joan the kids entertainer. Wow he’s awesome. My little boy worshipped him. Anika was also fabulous. Really friendly and great with the kids.
Rooms clean and spacious. Food is excellent. Plenty of choice. We stayed all inclusive and the drinks were great. No watered down alcohol and the measure were extremely geneorus.
Pools are great. Plenty of sun beds. Daytime activities for both kids and adults to keep you entertained.
Shops are close by. Literally out the door and across the road. Beach also on the doorstep. Taxi and buses pick up from the corner and to take you further into the town, they are cheap and easy to use.
So much to do here and all on the doorstep.
Best holiday we’ve had.
Don’t be put off by the 3 stars. This hotel is better than the 5 star we stayed in a couple of years ago. It deserves a higher rating and was 10/10 for us.
Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so special.
We will be hopefully be coming back next year.

Just back from this hotel and although a three star, it definitely deserves a four! friendly and extremely helpful staff, Fantastic choice of food, lovely clean spacious rooms. Having been last year and this year, already planning next year's holiday. Pool entertainment also a great way of meeting other people at the hotel. Can't understand the couple of negative comments because this hotel hours out of their way to help if they can. Missing you already.

Had a brilliant stay here! Only found the two pools but there are a few of the games stuff available at the pool side area as well as an arcade! we loved our stay and so did the boys! Very friendly staff and immaculate rooms and great entertainment :) overall had a fantastic first time family holiday and here was perfect xx.

Our favourite place in Lanzarote, rooms, staff and facilities just perfect.

The hotel is super clean, the food in the restaurant I find great, especially the fish. The selection is constantly changing and so something for every taste something. The activities in the hotel are designed for every weather. So it won't be boring even in wind or clouds, location is great! there are many routes to go for a walk where there is always a lot to see. The service is super special niki and boja (I hope spelled correctly). The only manko (if you want to call it that) are the non-existent ashtrays. Thus, one is sometimes forced to take plastic cups as a way out. A hotel of such a quality does not need anything like this! I would come back at any time and my daughter too!

A very nice and top maintained facility. Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. Also the hotel manager is very nice and tries to make everything possible.

So far very nice place weather very good. But only been here 1 day. That could all change. Hope it doesn't.

Unfortunate to have to rate so low. From arrival to departure it was not good.
We had a wait for the room which was OK understandable. Luggage left in unlocked room and my son's backpack with toys etc vanished But when received our room we got no help from anyone to find the room no help with a lot of luggage up a big ramp with a buggy. Even lady's cleaning didn't know where to direct us. Older lady at reception was no advertisement for holiday mood. Never seen her smile in whole week. Food was not very appetising and restaurant manager seemed only interested in people not in All Inclusive deal. Witnessed him telling off his young male staff a lot which to be honest isn't the type of mood or situation you want your 3year old to be surrounded by. Snack bar was equally as bad. Felt like a complete annoyance to them. They were grumpy and rude. Evening entertainment wasnot great. The shops nearby with Chinese lady was terrible she was extremely confrontational when we asked a question. It would completely put us off ever going to lanzarote again which is a real shame as it's a beautiful place and we did meet some lovely locals. Going by thumbs up and cactus emoji on people's feedback this company seems very disinterested in entertaining any sort of criticism or going about resolving any issues in the hotel.

My family of 5 stayed all inclusive from 6/08/18 to 16/08/18. We found the Floresta Hotel to be clean and the staff friendly. Reception were very helpful. Food & meals were fairly standard and of good quality. We also have a fussy eater and they even found enough to eat in the variety offered. The main pool was of salted chlorine water and having not encountered one before, I do prefer a freshwater / chlorine pool. Evening entertainment was ok / not the best but we were out and about for most of our stay. The Floresta Hotel is also within 5 minutes of the beach and local bars and shops with a Spar just across from the hotel carpark.

Had a perfect holiday with 3 kids, 7yr, 3yr and 1yr old. August 2018. The ground floor apartment by the main pool made this holiday. So easy to keep an eye on the kids, feed and change baby and have constant access to the room. The apt was a good size, narrow but long, with patio, lounge kitchenette, bathroom, main bedroom. Cleaning was ok a couple of days were missed not sure why this was, possibly a day off but it wasn't a problem as rooms are clean, bright, and well maintained with all mod cons. Good air con, flat screen tv, food blender lots of sockets, etc. Pool sun loungers were generally available but some days there were too many reserved for too long and the staff removed towels which caused no end of bickering and arguing between the Irish and the Germans. Animation staff are first class. Never ending activities. Kids disco with big john is world class, youll have to see it to believe it. Reception is basic but great staff don't keep you waiting. Car hire was easy and good value. Dining room staff seemed over worked a bit short, in contrast to all other hotel staff. The food was a little bland for me, not enough fish, or Mediterranean cuisine. Saying that my kids loved it and ate properly every meal, and that is usually a big problem for us. 4 star venue 5 star holiday. Hope this helps.

Really clean. Great apartments. Perfect for families. Food was ok. Only real complaint is some of the staff were unfriendly and even rude. Not all. Waiters and cleaning staff were really friendly. Also not great if you're vegetarian as they annoyingly add ham to all the salads, which I just don't understand! But all in all a great time for our family of teens and toddlers.

Our 1st time staying at hotel floresta for our 1st holiday in Lanzarote. Its great for family's and young children lots to do loads of entertainment through out the day to get involved in at the pool or theres mini golf and darts competitions and also a mini club for kids which was great my daughter loved goin eveyday. The rooms at the floresta are great loads of room and got everythin you need. The food is buffet self service but the food is nice enough with loads of variety and they have a theme on each night from italian to mexican theres loads of variety. We will be coming back next year.

Absolutely loved our stay. Just got home today from our 2nd stay here. And I have to say it was even better than the last time. I could not fault anything. The food was of a great variety every day. Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner. Snacks by the pool from 12-4 (if u could fit it in! ) Cakes/pastries 4-6. I need to go on another diet lol. Every single staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Will defo go back again. And also a great bunch of guests here this time too! Loved it.

Great family hotel, one and two bedroom apartments, two pools, daytime animation to suit all ages. All inclusive food variety very good. Friendly staff. Just a few yards from the beach. Spar supermarket across the road. 10 mins in taxi from the airport.

We have been to this hotel twice now and fly back next year in the summer, the apartment is nice, clean and cozy, we slept very well in the beds, we felt at home, food good, Wi-Fi sufficient at the bar and reception. Pool top and adequate umbrellas. Highly recommended.

Hotel Floresta is an apartment hotel complex in the quieter end of Puerto del Carmen. It is a very attractive three star hotel where we have stayed on a number of occasions. Location The large sandy Playa Pocillos beach is 3 minutes walk from the hotel. There is a Spar supermarket across the road from the hotel & a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. On the road just outside the hotel is a bus stop from which buses can be taken to all the main locations in Lanzarote. A taxi rank is also located beside the bus stop. While the airport by road is 5km away it is only a 2km walk using the very popular and level beachfront walkway. This takes you to the start of the airport runway which attracts many visitors to view the planes flying very low overhead. In the other direction the Casino which is located on the strip is 2km distant while the end of the strip in Puerto del Carmen is 4km away. Accommodation The hotel has 242 one & two bedroom apartments. All have air conditioning and central heating. There are good sized bedrooms and spacious living areas. Apartments are well equipped & are well maintained with cleaning service provided five days per week. While we were there this April new curtains & bedspreads were installed and seating areas re-upholstered. The only area we felt needed improvement was the number of English TV channels which was limited to 3. This was not a great inconvenience to us as we were not really interested in watching TV while on holidays.

The hotel is good. Most male staff very rude. The female staff very nice. Moderately clean in the rooms. Food is not so varied. After a week, the food plan is repeated.

I have been visiting this hotel for 7 years and I am satisfied.
Since I am 99% diving vacation, I do not want to rate the animation.
I still have some: — Room: Old but clean. Good and practical furnishings.
— Bar: Very friendly staff and always times will be offered for entertainment.
— Restaurant/Food I could not complain so far… but this year the change has diminished noticeably.
3x in a week Paela, even if there are vetschiedene variants, you have enough times.
Also, the cards should be renewed at the dishes, so that also information about Alergenen/Lacktose listed during.
-Pools As I was not using them but I didn't write much about them.
But I have observed that they are cleaned every morning.

It a clean, it's a bit rough around the edges. It's a 3 star resort. The food is ok but nothing else. All the pools are salt water. Staff where friendly.

Really nice place for family holiday. Food is nice, staff very polite, room — standard but very clean. Swimming pools brilliant. Entertainment little bit boring. Wi-Fi — disappointed we payed 19 euros for a week Wi-Fi and didn't work most of the time show Wi-Fi has no internet.

Were there for the second time. Many families with sometimes very small children (like us) and then again surprisingly many older guests, who are mostly not bothered by it. The food is good and varied. Everyone finds something here. The facility is sprawling and has two children — and two adult pools. To the beach it is 200 m the next Spar directly in front of the hotel entrance with relatively normal prices. Many nice restaurants and bars right on the promenade and easily accessible on foot.

Very good location. And ideal to spend a few days of quiet vacation.

We went here at the beginning of July last year 2 adults 2 boys 8&9, we loved the place, really well maintained, food was lovely, kids were well looked after rooms were immaculate. Nothing to complain about really we will definitely go back at some point I would give it a 4*definitely better than alot of the 3* we have been in.

Horrible experience with reception staff. Only seemed interested in catering for the German clientele. One male receptionist thought it wise to to scold my 9 year old son because my son didn't use the proper utensil for serving fries. My son was really upset. I brought it up with the so called manager who implied I and my son made up the allegation. Useless management. And rude and iggnorant reception staff.

Nice pool, very friendly receptionist (Nicky), Nice apartments. But under "all inclusive" I imagine something else. Very good: water and beer.

The hotel is a 3 star house that satisfies this claim very well. The facility is very clean and the staff is always friendly and quick. The rooms are in good condition, a two things could be nicer, such as The air conditioner which misses slats to change the direction… But it works, all in all I can recommend this hotel, who is looking for a good 3 star hotel in Lanzarote, is here super lifted.

This was our 3rd visit. Nice and relaxing, though lots of people, there is plenty of room in the restaurant and beds by the pool, the pool is never to crowded.

A very nice hotel, family friendly, delicious varied buffet, close to the beach (you just have to cross the road). We are here for the second time and absolutely thrilled.

I would book this hotel again. It is very close to the beach and offers a grocery store in the immediate vicinity. The staff speaks English and partly German. The rooms were always clean. The food was always outstanding.
Sometimes there is some noise from adjoining hotels and from the airport. It didn't bother me when I was asleep.
The pools are clean. Apparently, a lot of chlorine is used.
There are various playground equipment, a playground and a mini golf course.

Calidad-precio de los apartamentos, correcto. Esta a 4km del centro de Puerto del Carmen, con lo que la ubicacion si no se dispone de coche no es demasiado buena. Es cierto que al lado del hotel esta todo lo que uno necesita, supermercados, restaurantes y una buena playa. Pero decir que la ubicacion es buena resulta confuso. En cuanto al servicio, las zonas comunes cuentan con buenas instalaciones y piscinas, todo muy limpio. El servicio de habitaciones, correcto. El buffet, solo cogimos desayuno, y correcto tambien. Fui con mi pareja y nuestro hijo de un año y en general, la experiencia fue comoda y buena.

Structure from high potential but that must do as much to improve. Great food. Bar overpriced and drinks of poor quality. Big and nice rooms but unfortunately I found a roach lair in a bath tube. Good pool. Suitable for families.

One of the finest App. Hotels of Puerto del Carmen. Near the beach, near a diversion of restaurants and supermarkets. Higly appreciated by tourists of several countrys. The rooms are standard, but the services are good and personal is very friendly. The swimmingpool is nice, but they should remove towels from guests who reservate beds around it. The restaurant serves bufet in several styles and themes, so you dont have to leave Floresta for a good meal. Floresta is loved by tourists, so you have to book early for high-seasons. A good 4 stars revieuw.

Nice clean no frills apartment hotel complex. German French Dutch British. Food basic all inclusive style usual stuff. Good booze in the bar branded soft drinks and a decent local beer. Entertainment could be better seems to stop 1030 but bar open till 12. Kids enjoyed it and loved the pool.

Would like to say a massive thank you to all staff, reception, waiter's & waitress, bar staff & housekeeping. We had 10 amazing days. Food was lovely, staff very friendly & helpful. Only downfall entertainment could improve. Thank you all for all the hard work you do.

Had three great holidays here. Nice apartments in small blocks. Great food nightly entertainment. On bus route right outside hotel. Nice beach front. Lovely town to visit just a short walk along the prom. Good kids club. Nice walks around hotel.

Food, staff and pool was great. Very clean rooms. Family friendly as bar closes at 11pm. Kids entertainment was OK. Adults entertainment wasn't great Great holiday had by 13 of us.

Great location and lively hotel. Our room was on the ground level a little way away from the hub of activity and 4 pools, but this suited us with a young family. Great value for money and lots of tasty local restaurants that our kids ended making friends with many of the waiters at! A memorable stay, highly recommend.

A little paradise to visit an island that remained in my heart… cozy two-room apartment. Spacious. And well maintained. The room was clean. Not really done as you should. But still deserves a nice 5 star for the friendliness… and good maintenance…

Pools were freezing. Cleaners were friendly but rushed… room was adequate for a family of 2 adults 2 kids. Not 4 adults 2 kids like suggested.

Hotel was great. Pools clean. Rooms with kitchen and tableware. Great service. Food was very good. It had somewhat tabei for every taste. Expect no German cuisine. We were in Lanzarote. The spar was just opposite. The always-Reklamierer could Cook so itself. We come back.

After our opinion the Hotel has not even 2** deserves. We came for dinner and went immediately to eat. We were really shocked! Here was a right Kantinenatmosphäre, from the lowest level. The food was, in our opinion, a disaster. I eat, thanks to God, no meat, but even if, then I would certainly not tackled. The room was of the division very nice but not clean. It is not every day cleaned. There were ants in the apartment and on the terrace and on the way to the Pool we have cockroaches discovered. The noise in the evening was also extremely. Wanted the Evening time in the Bar. You could not sit down, because this is still totally from the predecessors dirty. These were not cleaned So all in all, we are here in any case no longer drive. In our opinion, not recommended and not worth the money.

This is best place. I have new friend hier and this place is best. Food is really cood. There is really high mountains and one is Timanfaya, but this hotel is best.

It is very beautiful there and the Pools are all two days clean, and that's why my opinion it is great and not far from the beach so it's worth it to go there to fly.

Went there two years ago,, Nice location (bit far from the centre but easy access by bus or taxi), good pool, beach very close, great cleaning staff, nice people for the children's entertainment, apartments are fine.

For families with children ok. But caution it has only 3 stars. That means you have to make concessions at the Board. Common areas are also absent.

Hotel is really super! The food reviewed yet but unfortunately after 1 week. Room always clean. Large swimming pool (salt water).

Facilities very good, could be excellent if the pool hours were more extensive and not close at 18:00 o'clock.
