This is one of my favourite hotels. I love the setting and the easy access to the port as well as the stunning local walks. I really enjoyed sitting in the prestige lounge and watching the world go by. I have stayed here several times now and Annibal and the ents team make sure every stay in fun.

Enjoyed a short break here last week, food was superb, staff were very helpful and was very thankful to management for their kind gesture in response to a little issue we had, highly recommend.

Just spent a week and it’s been fantastic, the staff are friendly, helpful and take care of you. Will definitely be back.

Friendly staff. Good food. Good service. All ages catered for. Everything you need all in one place. Prestige package advised as this just gives you the little extras to make it that bit more special.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, amazing food choices with different cuisines each night. Branded drink choices. Loads of leisure space too. I would certainly check out the space.

Just returned from a weeks stay. Very good all inclusive hotel, good variety of food and branded spirits. Prestige bar is a nice touch 👍🍸 Rooms are spotless and cleaned, replenished daily. Nice short walk down to the harbour with a selection of bars and restaurants. PDC is just 7 mins in a taxi or hotel provide a free bus but only at certain times. The grounds are clean and staff are very attentive and friendly ☺️ Entertainment is ok (external shows the best) just not on long enough so all goes a bit flat at 11pm! Definitely recommend this hotel, thanks for a fun week 🙌

Second time here and it’s brilliant staff are friendly and helpful. Food is great and a fantastic choice. And the beer is spot on and cold.

Best hotel I have ever. Stayed in. Such friendly staff and beautiful rooms. We personally loved the Salt pool, you just float. I'm not a confident swimmer but this pool gave me confidence. It was so quiet and relaxing around this pool too. The food is awesome, lots of choice. It was my husband's birthday, while staying in this beautiful hotel and we arrived to our room after a lovely day out to find a bottle of Champagne on ice and a bowl of fruit, so thoughtful because I hadn't mentioned that it was his birthday. I believe this hotel to be worthy of 5star. We will be back hopefully next year. Thank you Hotel Costa Calero, we didn't want to leave xxx.

We stayed 3 nights for my partners birthday and it was wonderfull. All the staff are very nice, Animation team is great, food is good and the rooms and views are amazing. We don't have one complaint it is a great hotel and very recommended. We liked it so much we are planning on going back in October for my birthday. Hopefully we will be back soon, miss it already.

Lovely hotel and we booked a superior double room with sea view. Our room was on the 5th floor and had amazing views. The room had recently been refurbished and was modern, spacious and clean. We upgraded to prestige all inclusive which I feel was worth it as we had access to the fully air conditioned prestige lounge which has an amazing range of drinks and had lovely seating inside and out. We also had a mini bar in our room and we asked for all the soft drinks to be diet drinks and this was rectified straight away. The Prestige area in the main restaurant was good with nicer seats and table service for drinks at breakfast and dinner. There was a great choice of pool areas and lots of sunbeds available. Unlike other hotels we have stayed in we did not have to rush up snd reserve a bed. Our children are older teenagers so we enjoyed sitting at the furthest away saltwater pool as it was a bit quieter but there is something for everyone. The other pools seemed to have lots of activities, inflatables etc for younger kids. We had access to the spa every day with the prestige upgrade and we did use this a few times. The water temperature is much warmer than the main pools and it was really relaxing. Lovely double sunbeds that can be booked. The food in the buffet restaurants was very good with lots of choices. Loads of saiad options and a grill for every meal. We all enjoyed the food very much. We did book the alacarte restaurant and this was not a great experience.

Fantastic hotel for everyone and friendly staff. Food was excellent with varied choice throughout the day and good entertainment for kids & adults — hope to be back next year.

We got back on Sunday after 2 weeks at this beautiful hotel and could have easily stayed longer! Could not fault the hotel at all, we came as a big family group of 10 and all the staff were so accommodating. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, the food is varied and delicious, well kept grounds and pools and incredible staff! My son Cian particularly enjoyed the kids club and the evening mini disco and was very fond of Karina and Serena from the animation team! We are already planning a trip back next year as we already miss it 😢 thank you again for giving us the most amazing holiday Hotel Costa Calero!

Fantastic hotel I use it many times great pools food was good.

I've just returned from a couple of days booked as a special treat. The room was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. I spent an afternoon in the thermal spa and evenings enjoying the entertainment. On my birthsay they left a surprise gift of fruit and bubbly in my room. I had a great stay, thank you Costs Calero. I hope to be back, with my daughter next time.

This hotel looks good but really is not the bed is brick hard like laying on rocks, the food is cold and bland, and they only have buffet but the worse thing is the staff most are very helpful but more than once had very difficult rude the “head waiter “ in buffet place basically made out I was lying that food was cold saying no it’s not constantly! Then at reception all good until last day when I said our room hadn’t been cleaned and it’s now 3pm she started going on about I hadn’t paid for prestige room and I wasn’t entitled to have room cleaned every day.

Absolutely fantastic week at this hotel. Staff were so helpful. Food and drinks were top notch! Booked for next year before we left roll on January 2023

The entertainment, the staff, the room was spacious and good with a wonderful sea view. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, and value for money. What I would not recommend the inconsistent quality of the food, the meagre free Bus that only goes to Puerto del carmen twice a day.

Lovely spacious complex. 3 pools to choose from, & a Spa! We were treated to a complementary Bottle of Fizz & bowl of fruit for a B-day treat, totally unexpected but a lovely surprise. Plenty of delicious food at meal times, and considering it was busy, we never had to wait in a queue for anything. I would definitely recommend this hotel 🙏🏻

What a fantastic hotel, cannot find one fault with it. On entering our Prestige room, we were greeted by a bowl of fresh fruit, a bottle of bubbly on ice and a packed mini bar with top shelf alcoholic and soft drinks. Being Prestige guests, we had our own dining area, our own little escape lounge plus our own sunbathing area. The food is very good although you still have the hustle and bustle of everyone trying to get to the food.
There is an amazing Spa onsite, which we visited on 3 occasions, one of which my wife treated herself to a massage. Night time entertainment is very good, never laughed and sang so much in such a long time. All in all we are returning home very relaxed and definitely looking forward to re booking for next year, albeit for two weeks. If you decide to come here it is worth paying the extra money to go Prestige.

We had a fabulous week staying at this hotel. Everything about it was wonderful — food, drinks, staff, service. The place was kept immaculately clean with measures in place to keep everyone COVID safe. The pool areas were impressive, lots of sun loungers and plenty of space in and around the pool. All restaurants served great food — something for all tastes! Our daughter is coeliac and all foods were clearly labelled with every allergen. The staff were amazing to ensure she had a meal that she enjoyed and were extremely conscious of cross contamination issues. Nothing was too much trouble and as a result, I could relax knowing that she could eat without the prospect of being poorly. The evening entertainment was varied every night (either in the main theatre or piano bar) and there was plenty of activities for all ages during the day if you wanted to participate. If you wanted to just relax and do nothing other than enjoy the lovely surroundings, it was easy to do just that. We made use of our spa passes and this was a lovely experience too — highly recommend. The rooms in the hotel were cleaned each day and were beautiful and spacious. We had an interconnecting suite with sea view — it was beautiful. I cannot fault anything at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our week away and would go back to this hotel in the blink of an eye. Lovely hotel which is in a fantastic location close to the pretty marina with shops, bars and restaurants. Plus car hire and boat trips can be booked here.
The hotel rooms are comfy, modern and spacious with lots of options for families and the grounds have lots of space and plenty of sun beds, despite the early morning towel sun bed reservers.
The hotel was almost full when we arrived but it never felt crowded and there are plenty of tables in both the restaurant and bars
Staff are lovely, welcoming and helpful and the food is varied and of good quality.
We’ve booked to return in March 22 and we cannot wait.

Great helpful staff superb food and fabulous views overlooking marina. Annimation team a credit to the hotel so hard working I don't know where they get there energy from especially their stage shows. Would come again, also reception staff so helpful nothing is too much trouble.

This is easily one of the best hotels in Lanzarote! From the drinks to the food to the surroundings! A must stay!

Second time at this hotel. Absolutely love it. No rushing for sun beds as there are plenty. Food delicious with plenty of choice. Friendly helpful staff. Good entertainment. Will come again.

Good for a nice relaxing holiday. Reasonable entertainment and activities on offer. Full Olympic size swimming pool for lengths, other pools for kids and a general pool including inflatable rides. Spa is good, one time free entry for hotel guests. Easy walk to the marina, lots going on there including a catermeran trip, either for adults only or a pirate themed family version. Free bus to the beach, inflatable obstical course on the sea among other activities, lots of shops to poke in and plenty of bike rent shops.

Very helpful staff, they were a multicultural team and showed nothing but professionalism bringing a positive energy to all their duties. The accomodation was great with rooms cleared daily. The spar and pools were also maintained to a high standard! Great trip would definitely go again!

Excellent hotel, friendly helpful staff, good selection of food, good entertainment. Comfortable beds. After a mattress topper was fitted. We were given a kettle and non slip bath mat on request. This is our second visit and plan to return. The services of the saga rep was excellent too.

Good view of the sea. Nice terrace at night. Good "fun" entertainment if you're into that, and calm music in another bar if you're not. Many pools to suit taste. Children have separate pool, so adults can be quite in peace. Food is ok, but samey Staff solved problem I had with my room within the hour. Cleaners were friendly. Can book excursions, tours, bikes, and cars from the hotel and get picked up outside the hotel.

Very nice hotel but some of the catering staff and reception staff are a bit off. Good food and drinks, room very clean. Dinner has silly rules such as men must wear long trousers. No music on anywhere during the day… bring your own speaker.

Solid 4 star hotel in a nice location by the sea but is also a quiet town if you like to be away from the hustle and bustle. The All Inclusive food and drink on offer was great, lots of choice and was always tasty. The hotel is massive and never felt too busy, choice of 3 pools and plenty of sunbeds on offer. Brilliant hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Splendid entrance, friendly welcome with staff not speaking French but not so much trouble to be understood! Room with sea view without having requested, spacious, clean, tastefully decorated…
Half board formula without the drinks provided for us except at the evening meal where to our surprise even the bottle of water was paying (€2) no carafe as at home in France…
I would highly recommend this 4 star hotel for a stay on this island that deserves a detour with this total scenery!

Fantastic Hotel with really friendly staff that cater for all your needs. Well I would say that as I have been going there at least once a year since it opened in 2004. Can’t fault anything, at the end of the day you get what you pay for. I can’t understand how some people moan about it, well I do really as there will always be someone that will look for something to complain about no matter what. Have already been once this year and have booked another stay later in the year.

Lovely hotel Everything about it is brilliant. If you have mobility issues could be difficult as there are quite a few steps but there are ramps and lifts for wheel chairs.

The hotel is already a bit older but for the very good 3 pools u d a termal bad.

Well but you have to speak English or Spanish despite the warmth of the staff, good restoration by the choice quality Medium hotel very well designed for the wind I advise compared to the other hotels of the corner do not take north side of the island too much wind and clouds I s TUI gone for mid May good stay at you.

Great location, very clean, very well decorated, very attentive staff and very nice. The food is very good.

Since we arrived we saw that the facilities are kept in good condition, plus the food was delicious at all times. The spa here is a marvel and although it is far away, it has its own shuttle bus. All the treatments offered allow maximum relaxation for a single person or couples.

Lovely quiet hotel… good food, & reasonable nightly entertainment. All inclusive is good value, & rooms are comfortable. Nice little marina within 10 minute walk.

Every time I want to relax and enjoy I go to the spa this, I love everything very clean the maids very nice, I leave as new I recommend if you want to get out of the routine and take a break this spa is the best.

Very pleasant stay spent with two other couples and three young children (9months to 2ans). The various swimming pools (some heated) and their fittings allow to enjoy a varied and more family setting. The buffets are very large and varied especially in the morning and evening, although after a week we are still a little tired. Fortunately the thematic evenings allow to limit this effect. The negatives are that it is often very greasy, that some dishes are really industrial and that the lunch buffet is less good. The list of cocktails (mostly very good) and alcohol included in the formula all in is wide but you will have to take the formula prestige to have the premium: Gin Hendricks, Whisky Single malt, … We left outside the school holidays, the week before Easter, and the hotel was quiet although the occupancy rate was high (bcp of > 60ans? ). Finally the dive club in the hotel is really top! Negatives: Wi-Fi free but really slow (not enough for good quality with Netflix), the infrastructures are aging and some aspects of the buffet to improve.

Relaxing in style, well, 4*hotel style but 5* for it being excellent in its 4* class. 2nd visit and would definitely come again.

Great Hotel facility. I feel very comfortable here. The room is also clean. Pool area just as clean and they even have a sports pool where you can drag their lengths. Food and buffet is licka and large with probably ample choice of food. The location is great if you like to walk along the coast you can walk directly to Puerto del Carmen. The place itself has a small marina but no beach in this sense, which does not do anything because Puerto del Carmen is reached quite quickly and who does not want to walk can be rübergefahren with the free shuttle Servic three or many times.
All in all, really great here:)

Spacious hotel complex with a view of the sea and Fuerteventura. Very suitable for wheelchair users and well developed with lift and ramps. Friendly staff. Room with bathroom generous and rolli-suitable furnished. The only hillside location is not ideal for Rollifahrer if you want to get down to the harbour, as very steep. Food plentiful and varied, more focused on the average taste. We like it more spicy and aromatic. Some great shows in the evening with artists and dancers. Overall a very good hotel with international flair.

Our holiday was fantastic in this hotel. It all fit. The food is varied and tasty. Every day there is enough (alternating) choice for every taste and also "theme days", e. G. More local cuisine, sometimes more Italian cuisine etc. Our room has a great view and is very nice and modern furnished. The staff is helpful, not all speak German, but I did not expect that either. It is noticeable that people are trying to provide a real service to the guests, but everything is very unobtrusive — very pleasant! Someone has criticized the fact that Brits are dominating the hotel — presumably, if one evaluates the snapped-up shreds of conversation, but rather from the more pleasant sort, any loud or raucous people have never noticed me at any time, neither Brits nor Others, so I really can't find anything bad about it. You can walk to some interesting places nearby, but for the rest of the island I recommend a rental car (a bus runs several times a day directly from the hotel, there is also a taxi rank nearby). The facility is in total in good condition. Clearly you can always find something if you only look long enough. You can also get upset about a wobbly table or put something under. Holiday time I prefer to use for relaxation. All in all it was very quiet and restful, that's exactly what I wanted. A great stay, highly recommended!

We liked it very much. Away from the hustle and bustle. Good food, ample parking space available. There are also pools.

Very good stay with beautiful view of the ocean. Very friendly and friendly staff. Good food however small downside on the octopus which was poorly washed at the tentacles but very well cooked. We would have liked more local or Spanish products. The wine list of Lanzarote very well I advice in red wine the Yaiza with Grenache notes and the wine of the volcano. There is also the wine San Bartolomé very light to drink thanks to the whole team one will recommend your hotel as well as this quiet place away from the mass tourism.

Great hotel with beautiful view to the sea. The staff is friendly and always has a smile on their lips. The choice of food is sufficient and super tasty. Genuinely recommended.

When I stayed there last year children screamed, splashed & using water pistol to anyone in swimming pool. Even they made a battle with floats. It was very hard to enjoy swimming. Pool attendant did not advice them at all that made me very disappointed. Hopefully, cleaning lady comes the same time every day this year to make my daily life easier. I will be there in February.

Had a great week here just before Xmas. Food good, rooms clean, location great. Our son loved the pools and the buffet. Highly recommended if you are travelling with kids.

Rooms are very clean and spacious, fresh water given every day for your rooms, fridge also provided. Excellent food with plenty of choice. It has 3 pools which one is a infinity pool and another is a great sea water pool. Brilliant place for families. Plenty of sunbeds. The staff are very friendly.

Unfortunately the hard work from the staff especially the room servicing which is very good, is let down by poor couldn't give a damn management. In their own words "You are not our customer, Thomas cook are our customer and you are their customer. If you are not happy speak with them" They cater completely for the masses and if you enjoy low quality entertainment along with poor quality cold buffet food then this will be right up your street. On a positive — the rooms are O. K (no light in shower and quite dated — but o. K) and the drinks are good — just nowhere in the evening to sit and enjoy them. Years ago this would have probably been good and two walls at reception are covered with awards and certificates, but these are at least two years old. This tells you all you need to know.

We stayed for a week on the 19 September. This is our third visit to Costa Calero in 2 years and we prefer it to the Hesperia just down road. It was a bit disappointing that despite how often we have stayed there it wasn’t acknowledged. We had requested and paid extra for a sea view we were allocated a room with a tree view! Not what we asked or paid for. We went back to reception and we were finally given a better room a few hours later. On both of our previous visits we had paid for a sea view and again the room we were allocated didn’t have a sea view. The rooms are fine although I’m sure we’re not the only ones who would prefer a walk in shower. It always feels a bit slippery getting out of the shower. The food, both for breakfast and the evenings, is fine. It’s varied and you can always find something. Always take some Yorkshire tea bags to keep up the standards! One odd event was when we locked our keys in the room. We went to reception who gave us a new key without asking our name. The internet reception is normally fine but this time it was really poor and many times pretty much nonexistent. Overall we still think it’s a great place for what we want. Quiet, a few walks around the harbour, the pools are great and lots of loungers to find a good spot.

Thick UK guests predominantly. Hotel has been shooting down at this clientel in recent years. Personnel speaks partly only English (not even the local language) staff is but strives is undone to personal needs.

Staff work very hard however can't make up for disinterested reception staff and atrocious management. Booked sea view and given ground floor looking at a wall. Then moved to room in middle of building work. They couldn't care less and neither could Thomson. Avoid both!

Hotel very clean. There are plenty of sun beds so no need to rise at the crack of dawn to make sure you get one unless you want a prime spot. Good choice of drinks for an all inclusive Children's play area well maintained and very clean. Food choice very good. Pools and pool areas spotless Staff very friendly and hard working. Beautifully situated looking out over the marina. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a really excellent holiday hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food and drink are great and the staff (the hotel's best asset) work extremely hard. There are loads of sunbeds around three pools and am very nice spa. Would highly recommend and we'll probably be returning next year.

Great hotel, excellent food. Went with Thomas Cook holidays and it was fantastic, staff was great. Really close to the harbour, is a hill down to it so my great ant had to get a taxi but was cheap. Fantastic piano bar, wonderful views over to Furtventure. Already saving so we can go again ☺

The Costa Calero hotel Talaso Spa are the best on the island. And you can buy your treatments in its Web. All a luxury.

Spectacular Hotel with all kinds of facilities, a great Buffet and next to the beautiful Puerto Calero.

Excellent location, just 15mins drive from the airport. No tea and coffee making facilities. Parking is an extra cost per day. Room safe is an extra cost per day. Very good service in the main restaurant during the evening. Overall, 3 stars in my opinion and I would give it 4 stars of they provided room service.

Excellent hotel with a large spa and huges pools.

The hotel is located in Puerto Calero, very close to Puerto del Carmen. The hotel has very good facilities, with three swimming pools and a spa. The rooms are fairly spacious and have a terrace. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are very good and there is quite a variety. In my opinion this is a very good hotel at a price that's anything expensive.

I celebrated my wedding here recently, Have to say they made a lot of small mistakes, and 3 huge ones. We where only 28 people, so it was not complicated. The lady that organises events didn't care at all about our special day. I wouldn't recommend anyone to celebrate a wedding in this hotel.

Outstanding Hotel in terms of service, treatment, cleanliness, friendliness. The rooms are spacious and with plenty of light. The service, food, very good, very full. A Hotel with category. Recommended for a relaxing vacation.

This hotel is the best hotel we h Ave ever stayed in food, drink, all brands makes red wine for dinner, bottles and bottles of choice, keg, white, rose, champagne. The staff are all incredibly happy workers, front desk cleaner gardener, animation. The entertainment is fine and the hotel seems empty early 23:00, but we are 62-year-old boy and remained 13:00 till late! drink. The Marina is 5 min walk pleasantly, the Hill is nothing, will return. Nothing more than the hotel rooms in the resort, but he needs something else.
