In summary it has been a great experience. The people are very friendly and there are many things to enjoy in the hotel and on the island. Thanks to the super animators for always being so funny and giving the best of them to make people happy on their vacations. A place to return!

Didn't really cater for adults for entertainment. The bed was too hard even when a topper was added, pool was too small should have separate pool for inflatables. Sun loungers were all dated and had seen better days. But on a good note the food here was exceptional and all bar staff were very good.

The hotel was decreased too a 3 star as of this post no wonder why; it was hard to get a plate for food, if you wanted a knife and fork aswell you would have no chance. The outdoor eating area was swarmed with birds that could easily find food to eat off of the floor and tables. You couldn't even relax of a night as the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows where flat. I'm not surprised if the star rating gets any lower. The staff where friendly but under a lot of stress as you could tell they where under staffed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff are lovely, rooms are spotless and entertainment was good. The only negative was the food, very repetitive and at times barely warm.

Fantastic week at this hotel. All are good workers and a very professional management. The best thing about the hotel is the entertainment team, always cheerful and fun. Thank you very much, we will return to this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and the room was very good. The regular buffet. The cleanliness, fatal, many days you just make the bed and do not clean the bathroom, leaves a lot to be desired.

I have been on several occasions, before it was of the H10 chain, and now Lopez, for my taste had better quality before. They have apartments in two heights, several pools, and it is in a very quiet area, I liked it and so I have come back to it, the food is OK, the staff is very attentive and of course they have a lot of daytime activities and then also at night.

Fantastic week at this hotel. All are good workers and a very professional management. The best thing about the hotel is the entertainment team, always cheerful and fun. Thank you very much to all, we will return to this hotel.

Very good family holiday. Clean hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The full Board is fine. The buffets are greedy and always a little novelty in the evening. The pool and the slides delighted the children. The animations are average but this was not the purpose of our trip. Magical excursions were offered at a surcharge.

Very good stance in Paradise Island. We stayed as a group of friends and even with non very good weather we enjoyed lot of fun time with the people. Thanks to the entertainment team for the great tournaments and games, we really enjoy the cocktails games everyday.

Rooms conform to the category but the third bed is in fact an uncomfortable bench. Buffet plentiful but unfortunately of poor quality and kitchen has great reinforcement of fat. Damage. Staff available. Cleanliness of both individual and collective places.

It is a hotel with newly refurbished apartments, with very good taste and very well equipped. The staff at the reception are very friendly, the buffet is quite successful, with a variety of dishes and desserts, in which it is easy to find things to everyone's liking. Recommended.

Staff were great, very friendly, helpful and caring, they will go the extra mile for you, the hotel was clean, the rooms were spotless when you return later after you leave a cleaning card on your apartment door handle. Hotel had 3 pools. Entertainment inside the complex was rubbish, we went once and did not enjoy it, the animation team were a little inexperienced but good in terms of the music they play near the pools at the disco bar outside. The lobby had free Wi-Fi with additional option of paying a little extra for it throughout the hotel. Food was absolutely great, it was like a buffet style with ice-cream, pizza, salads, and other items including an Italian night and restaurant separate. Beds were very comfortable with the rooms including a microwave, and everything has been renovated to a good standard. A refundable deposit for a heating system remote, including fan, beach towels, and television remote is worth it. Car hire within the hotel was very handy for us but prices are a bit much as opposed to the Playa Blanca's town centre prices. A free bus service picks you up from outside the hotel and shuttles you to the shops and beach every day. Supermarket is right beside the hotel sells everything from water, sweets, toiletries and other essential things for your apartment.

Excellent hotel. Not in the best location but still well worth a stay. Great pools and the water park next door which is free to go in is a great addition to the hotel. The rooms are amazing, very modern bathrooms and very spacious. We were lucky enough to have balconies with pool and sea views. We went in January so the pools were very cold and not all the restaurants were open so food choices seemed very limited to other hotels. Entertainment on a night was mediocre at best although its probably better in summer.

Well maintained hotel — nothing is left to chance. Well-stocked Buffet for all tastes very large dining room — nice room. Swimming pool, playgrounds, animation room make the happiness of the young and the great. Nice organization in general. A flat the staff is not accustomed to the French language, damage.

Me my partner and daughter just got home after a week here and it was fantastic rooms are clean room service good good choice of foods and drinks rep always on hand which was great. Thank you jo for your help easy access to shops and beaches either by free bus/ taxi or walking distance. swimming pools were nice and clean if not a fraction cold as not heated but daughter loved all the same would go back again for sure.

Wonderful holiday and wonderful animation team with Mister Alvaro in front. Thank you for making us enjoy so much and give away such good times. The boys work very hard to make your stay in the hotel as enjoyable and enjoyable as possible and the rest of the workers always have a smile to give you. Unbeatable White beach and unbeatable Lanzarote, even though the weather has not accompanied for a few days.

Was from the end of November until the 2017 of December, where the 4 stars come to this hotel I wonder.
— Living Kakalaken in the restaurant — dead Kakalaken at the pool area — complete system unclean (tipping, cups, etc. )
— Internet according to tender, but so weak that it lasts forever until the connection is made and then immediately cancels — sometimes very unfriendly staff (especially the English staff) — there are three restaurants (food does not taste), it would be better if there was only one in which the food also tasted — children are allowed to dine alone at the buffet, long everything and lose the half on the way to the table.
— very many Englishmen without decency and morals — absolutely not recommended.

Whole resort excellent. Good choice of food. Evening entertainment and daily activities. On site water park is amazing. Close to all amenities. All staff friendly and very help. Rooms spacious and clean. Perfect for families. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel but many of staff looked sad. One girl in particular looked like she would rather anywhere but there… seemed to pick up once a large party of Spanish checked in but in the whole a nice hotel… could do with some atmosphere around the pool area… maybe music or something.

Visually nice, but here and there you already saw the age of the facilities. Service was always (! ) Tip, even if something went wrong (which was only 1x before). Food was always a lot there, also a wide range of many different things. Only the high level of waste production was disturbed by the excessive use of plastic. You could certainly do a lot better. Otherwise it was a wonderful holiday!

Surprised for good. Varied and quality food (not that people eat at home) … water park very well, renovated bungalows, exceptional treatment…
The only but a little more cleanliness (which is not bad), and the control of hammocks in the pool (I have seen towels a whole day in the hammocks with no one in them). 'll. Thanks a lot.

We as a family of four had a great time here, let's be honest this isn't a 5 star luxury resort and it doesn't pretend to be. What it is is a great place to have lots of fun with multiple pools, pool bar, great kids splash pad with plenty of water slides for kids and some nice slides for adults. On sure also is a gym, supermarket, spa and accessories shop and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The buffet food has lots of choice and is decent quality. And if you set your expectations accordingly you won't be disappointed. It's not gourmet but plentiful. From the resort you can see the volcanos on either side. And the sea The beds are hard, but you can request mattress toppers and the pools are in the chilly side. Great place for a family and we would come again.

Me and my young family had a lovely time holidaying here. • rooms — very clean and air conditioned •toilets again very clean with a decent shower unlike most places •kids pools very good nice and clean •larger pools are also very clean and treated every day without fail, can get busy but you haven’t come here to swim lengths. •water park, well the slides are great and so is the flowing river. Great for all ages. •food courts bear in mind are being used by approximately 1000 people so expect to see food on the floor and tables that haven’t been cleared as soon as people leave but rest assure the staff are always on hand and will clean anything that you ask. I don’t usually write reviews but felt this place has more negative than positives and it really should be given positives. It’s a great family hotel with a large choice of food and drinks and for my family, we got our money worth.

Me and my partner are still currently staying at this hotel although it has not been as enjoyable as others have stated. We came into a room covered in bugs so the cleaner came to spray insecticide all over a room. We have to put all good in the fridge as we woke up one morning to our child's powdered milk cover in bugs. We had to call through to reception to have our room cleaned as the cleaner was leaving old sheets on the best and to be honest wasn't cleaning our room. To be honest the water park and the beach things like that was great but looking forward to going home and we should feel like this after a holiday. Safe to say we will not be returning to this hotel. Have been charged €37 for internet that doesn't work.

* Car rental possible in the hotel without going through the tour operator
* Front and back terrace in the room

… young and old will find their happiness
Weaknesses:
* Aquapark adults secure but a little Defraichi
* Free Wi-Fi almost non-existent (not powerful in the spaces provided)
* Adult Animation fro
* No maid on Wednesdays (warning they do not warn)
* All in finished at 11pm (even on weekends)
* Schedule of shuttles to the beach.

Lovely place fantastic for the kids food isn't great.

Rooms as well as the houses (which look awesome in white&blue style) are really good clean and after renovation, the surroundings and the garden are green, pleasant and really beautiful, the gym is half outdoor, new, not bad equipped and better than in iberostar so I guess it's good, but the rest… Well restaurant, pool bar (call it disaster) and aqua park requires renovation. Pool is too small for too many people and the water is a little bit hm. "cloudy" while in water park water is very clean but water park itself is a little too old (it doesn't mean it's bad cause it isn't). Food and its accommodation spoils everything. Eating places are very messy, untidy and even disgusting, food is under average (except for dinner cause it's way more better than other meals). Definitely not a place for people who like tidy places with good food or quiet atmosphere. Rooms and some of the surroundings are the only thing that earns 4 stars the rest is maybe 3 Spanish stars. Great hotel especially for children.

Bored out of season so I don't judge too much.
A heated pool would have been a + to apreciate more of our stay. Food OK no worries, lovely staff and finition. Always someone to speak French.

Rooms are decent size, food is varied and excellent. Good evening entertainment, the only thing is All Inclusive is limited, Amstel beer only, plenty of spirits but I think they are more water than alcohol. Overall very good.

Budget friendly hotel, you get your money worth. The rooms are clean, big and all functions well. Only the bed is very hard to sleep on. I even slept on the couch. The restaurant is very good, enough choice every day with plenty of variations. The hotel is an all-inclusive hotel and so the drinks (cocktails) are of very low quality. The beer is just fine (cool and tasty). More than enough pools, the waterpark could use an update though. Ideal for kids starting age 6 years to 12 years.

Nice frame. Perfect for family vacations (many slides including children's spaces)

My partner and I went here for a week and Loved it! Entertainment team was brilliant (Jordan and Lauren especially) they made our holiday! We didn't realize Paradise is more of a family holiday resort but us two being 19 and 21 completely loved the evening entertainment from bingo to rock the room! The Thomas Cook reps even took us into town a few night! Brilliant first holiday away together here.

Its a great hotel loads of things for kids such as water slides, just brill things to do. Am going back next year.

I was with child and mother in the HL paradise Iceland. Will definitely come again. The staff is always friendly and the service very good. We have booked through 5vorFlug incl. Water park and integrated Dino Park. Book that in any case with child to do so.

Excellent value for money. Entertainment was amazing, staff were very helpful. Only downside was the Wi-Fi is all messed up but other than that one of the best ever holidays.

I love paradise island I went there in march it was so fun I met so many friends there I was just over the moon! Even though I got stung near my eyes and they got a bit swollen. The entertainers were absolutely fantastic. They were also very good friends of mine there was Lindsey lawner Steve and someone else but it was really good and my nanna said In October we can maybe go again I was really exited.

It is a hotel very confotable.

This hotel is in relation to the expectations I had of it, the worst in which I State ever. Although facilities and apartments have good looking, the management of the complex is painful:
-Sundays and Wednesdays not cleaned the apartments. And as you have the bad luck of joining the hotel in one of these days, you take away another day of cleaning to "compensate" cleaning outside of business hours. By the way, cleaning is rather poor. They are limited to cover the record.
-The maintenance of the facilities leaves much to be desired: all doors Squeak, several light switches don't work, Sinks faucets were clogged the Middle, everything oozes rust and neglect.
-How is ter happens to go with half pension are little more than a pariah: during dinner, a waiter told us literally that "we had no right nor to tap water". The juice for breakfast we had to catch it on the sly.
-The food is rather bad, repetitive and German or English customer-oriented. The management of the dining room is chaotic, because every missing cutlery, plates and glasses.
-If you're looking for some quiet, forget: can prevent you sleep a few drunken Germans dealing at three in the morning to beat screaming while they bathe in the pool, without that any employee of the hotel do nothing to prevent it.
In short, a cumbersome and very recommendable hotel.
