Great hotel for a family holiday. Lots of activities for the kids. Great selection of food for breakfast and lunch. We chose to eat out in the evenings because there's lots of great restaurants nearby.

It would be a 4 star. Ideal for families, of course. But when the dear children until 1 a. M. Play and scream around the pool — the heart of the property — and the Wi-Fi comes and goes as he wants — currently nn goes… — it is difficult to have patience… breakfast in the norm, free parking. Beautiful property and beautiful well-maintained park.

A friendly family hotel with plenty of activities for children and adults. Restaurant serving tasty, well presented foods to suit all tastes and diets. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a very good location and a flat walk which ever way chosen. A very good hotel.

Excellent clean and well kept property, 2 steps from the center and the beautiful beach, breakfast and dinner great, I arrived the next day of my birthday, I had booked a normal room and they gave me the suite with fantastic terrace and sea view, bottle and Chocolates in rooms, I was really amazed they just spoiled me, all at the top thanks H10

Large and well taken care of structure, breakfast lunch and dinner buffet-style cruise ship… We eat in abundance, international and Italian cuisine.

Very good hotel on several aspects the place, the services, the staff, and there are all to spend good moments with family with babies, but to win the last 2 stars it would have to be that the chain H10 reviews this over-abundance of food that seems to be simply thrown in the trash at the evening meal. Because of wanting to look eco-responsible by asking these customers to pay attention to the maintenance of towels to save water and throw tons of food per week, this is not logical and far from being eco-responsible.

A nice hotel, as with a small walk you can get off to the shopping and dining area.
The room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice and the breakfast was very good. I also did not like the room to give to the loading and unloading area because at dawn I woke up the delivery trucks.
Regarding the breakfast buffet, quite spacious, they have a bit of everything, but there is one thing I don't understand, they don't have natural orange juice for breakfast, what's the motive?.

Fantastic range and quality of food, lots to choose from. Great maid service, views and a beautiful atmosphere. Very friendly staff, and overall a good stay. Made our holiday one that we won't forget. Thank you!

Hotel booked in all inclusive in March 2018, very well located close to the promenade that runs along the sea. Clean and very helpful staff. The bars around the pool are very nice and guarantee a snack almost at any time of the day. No worries about finding free sunbeds at all hours. Mini Club supervised from 3 years but the youngest accompanied by a parent can use the playground and the toys made available anyway. Mini Disco for all, friendly and dynamic, the animators give themselves to the bottom and Daisy the mascot is unanimous. At the time, Daisy picks up the kids at the restaurant to go have fun in music. The choice in the restaurant is very very varied. Quality food and wine acceptable. Fresh fruit juice and smoothie in the morning, a regal. Black or white chocolate fountain depending on the day, ideal for gourmets. At the least, the paddling was not heated so no swimming for our daughter of 2, 5 years because the wind is still strong in this period. The room was not made every day and the trash not emptied either. We had chosen a suite but the extra bed was rather uncomfortable, not at all a real bed. Finally, only two elevators for the whole building, it's a fair bit, but good one is on holiday one has the time:-)

Quite old fashioned and stuck in the past caters for older clientele. Clean and tidy food acceptable but not fantastic. Drink selection brilliant especially on all inclusive. Needs an update especially carpets in room corridors. There is no bar open indoors during the day. Restaurant has a cafeteria feel however long trousers are still required for dinner pointless I feel tailored shorts should be acceptable for relaxed dining.

Ample room (for me alone) — nice pool area, a pool heated + closed — good food. Negative = The restaurant is a dining room; People without end, with the corresponding traffic jam. Safe must be rented/paid for separately. The staff were very nice and the room was very comfortable. Positive = WLAN everywhere and free of charge — kettle and Nescafe/tea in the Zi. Closed balconies (you don't sit on the "platter").

Very nice hotel. Unfortunately, very few Germans here our tour guide in is unfortunately not published. We organize our excursions ourselves.

Very hit and miss. Noisy, building work being done. My room was next to the bar and the storage / staff room. Not great. Breakfast was quite good. Dinner not so much. Had to be very careful as some options not good. Italian restaurant average at best. Staff were helpful and they were trying though.

Clean Hotel, close to the beach. Suitable x families.

One of the best places to spend the holidays at any time of the year as it has facilities indicated for the whole family, you can choose the all inclusive system for a good price and the attention is great the pisicinas, one of them Heated deck that is super good and the facilities super clean, for children there are many actividadespor part of the entertainers as well as for adults, and in several languages, it has different places to eat. A In addition everything is close to the beach the leisure centers and of compared very advisable.

Lovely clean hotel. Reception staff are friendly & efficient, especially Carmen. The blue team are amazing & Sofia is simply brilliant — without her we wouldn't have had such a fab holiday. She is so enthusiastic, smiley & super friendly. My daughter & I have enjoyed all her morning exercise classes & some afternoon ones too. She is also still full of energy when it comes to the mini disco in the evening. The new indoor pool has been a godsend but I would recommend the hotel including some chairs for inside the covered area, as the temperature inside has been much more favourable to outside on a few occasions. I can highly recommend the 1 bed rooms, with a closed double bedroom & a sofa bed in the lounge — great with our girls. They also seem to be at the far end of each floor too so not too much traffic past our room early in the morning or late at night.

Compared to Caribbean all inclusives this was a bit of a let down. It's the little things that let it down. Not keeping the room stocked properly or cleaned thoroughly. Over zealous pool attendants sucking the fun out of the holiday with very strict pool rules. Kitchen staff restricting what size of portion they serve. Food service varied in terms of temperature some food like warm at best. Glasses at breakfast that do not fit under the orange taps…! And like many hotels entertainment that does not start till 9.30 at night. No good if you have kids! The hotel has potential but needs to raise its game.

Blah blah blah well for lovers to go inclusive low end.

The room was very nice, huge terrace with own couches, nice bathroom.
The pool area is very well maintained 2 wooden bridges lead over the water.
The food is varied in the evening.
There is a mini club for children.
And of course a Mike's coffee absolutely delicious we were there with our daughter, we would do it again immediately.

In the hotel there were only plastic cups and plastic utensils around the pool and at the bar. Quite a waste production and it also flies half filled by the wind always through the area. Coffee tasted horrible. But that seems to be normal for the island. It was pretty kark and almost no green to see on the island worse than expected. Extra bed for my son was unreasonable. Then slept on the sofa. The tables were pretty dirty and sticky. Food went like that. Would not fly there again.

This hotel is fabulous. The food is wonderful. I have problems swallowing they blended all my food for me we were so impressed with everything that we've booked again for December. Just loved it. The staff are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. Karina the PR lady contacted me to ask about my well being and to see if everything was to my satisfaction. I can't fault anything at all about this hotel and l can't wait to return. Just loved every minute of my Holiday.

The truth is that it is a mini city with everything you could need inside. The service has been fantastic, the room always perfect and the hotel buffet is up to par with what you preach in pictures. No doubt a hotelazo in every rule.

The hotel is beautiful, refurbished and with contemporary décor, but they forgot to soundproof windows and balconies, so at night you could hear from my room the music of a nearby nightclub, the people who were out of the spree and stayed talking in the park under my V Entana, and cars and motorcycles. Too bad they don't finish doing things right.

There are many small details that are going down the note to this hotel. On the one hand, he's asking for a renovation. The terrace door is old and it is hard to open and close it. The hotel was at 100% occupancy but we did not notice crowding. The quality of the firm would say it's been down for a couple of years. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is good, with parking nearby. The facilities are good, the room spacious the only thing that was out of the kitchen and you could hear the trucks when they were discharged at dawn and they also had the trash cans there with the ensuing smell problem.
It is a children-orientated hotel.

Ideal for families. Little ' ' invasive ' ' animation, quiet environment, beautiful beach across the street. Great starting point to explore the whole beautiful island. The rooms are very clean Very nice the spectacle of the Magician (the others a little less).

Der Service im Hotel ist sehr gut. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr offen, freundlich und für (fast) jeden Spaß offen. Die Zimmer haben eine angemessene Größe und sind auch zufriedenstellend sauber. Das Hotel liegt in sozusagen in zweiter Reihe. Über einen Hinterausgang, der von 7-23Uhr mit der Zimmerkarte zu öffnen ist gelangt man über eine wenig befahrene Straße barrierefreie vorbei an einem kleinen Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt, diversen Kneipen und einem Ärztehaus, direkt zum Strand (etwa 100m).

A good hotel to stay in for exploring the local area. The bedroom I had was nice and clean but could do with more cubboard space for my clothes. Some noise from the plumbing next door or upstairs. Reported twice not resolved yet as noise has moved to a different time of day. Food is good and mostly hot. Staff under pressure when dining room doors open first thing. Like wise at the main bar. Children are well entertained in the evening. Outside the hotel grounds there are some areas that are in need of tidying up.

Loved this holiday. We travelled in jan. It was quiet but busy enough. We went half board but on reflection should have done all inc as drinks were on the expensive side.

Very friendly welcoming people. Very good customer service. Clean and tidy hotel. So much to do in the hotel. Staff going out of their way to help. Only down side is the food isn't halal and when going to pasta and other options it's cooked along side the pork so not possible to eat. Otherwise 5 star for everything else.

Very good, fab friendly staff and excellent selection of food. Lovely rooms which are kept very clean. More children friendly than I thought (I don't have young kids) but not to the detriment of the stay. Weather extremely hot, but nice breezes, the pool and air conditioning kept us comfy x.

El hotel tiene muy bonitas habitaciones, tiene un baño muy moderno, unas camas muy comodas, me llamo la atención el servicio de limpieza q había en las habitaciones ya q limpian todos los días sin falta. El restaurante es increíble ya que tiene prácticamente de todo y encima van rotando todos los días de tipos de comida. Tiene una piscina muy espaciosa y muy bonita. La gente que trabaja en el hotel es muy amigable y maja.

Fantastic modern hotel with a great team of employees who couldn't do enough for you. The Lanzarote Princess is in a prime location in Playa Blanca close to the beach and resort centre.

De locatie is prima. Te weinig personeel, waardoor je lang moet wachten op een drankje Kamer is ook prima De Wi-Fi in het hotel is minder goed en jammer, dat je in het hele resort gebruik van kan maken. Er zijn te weinig terrasjes waar je iets kunt drinken en weinig tot geen muziek bij de zwembadwn.

Really good family orientated hotel. Didn't get 5 stars as pool wasn't heated in Feb which was disappointing as booked based on it. Food and entertainment though was spot on.

Been 5 times, love it, spotless, good food, slight downside to our last visit too many children BUT our fault for not checking beforehand. The location is perfect for town and marina. Highly recommend it and already planning our next visit.

Without hesitation recommend this hotel great attention. A ten.

Good hotel in general. When we arrived (9-9-19-9) pool was cloudy for some technical problems (troubleshooting). You need some reform in the sliding door of the terrace of the room. Very nice room and good food service. Good evening entertainment. Would without problem.

If you are a celiac, do not go to this HOTEL just be 7 days at this hotel my husband, our two daughters (13 and 8 years) celiac and I. Staff (including managers) are completely unaware of disease, but the worst is the indifference and lack of interest on their part. Instead of trying to offer any solution is limited to the celiac world is very limited and complicated and to one charge of dining room told us "a total day for two coming time. ". Very strong Lords and all that in front of my daughters. They were eating and dining 7 days spaghetti, Macaroni and potato chips. And for breakfast toast and muffins. Thank you very much for making us stay so pleasant.

H10 Lanzarote Princess is the ideal place for a stay in Playa Blanca. The food is excellent — good quality and excellent choice. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

I'm just a really pleasant stay in Lanzarote. This was a last minute booking, so we were a bit concerned after reading the reviews about the construction work. After week vacation can be only satisfied with the hotel and especially the friendly staff, has not at all affected the work of our stay. Also, the food was excellent. Overall we will visit with the family hotel in the future but then for at least 2 weeks an excellent last-minute break.

A great hotel, excellent staff, arrived and at first not we really liked the hotel, but as we were seeing everything and knowing the people we love! The food very well, although lunch is the loosest of all. Very good, quiet and modern rooms.

A week had a super holiday in the Hotel H10 Lanzarote the staff was very friendly and welcome when we arrived, nice surprise when we arrived, we where privilege updated and was very impressed with what we had nice rooms, with part-swimming pool and sea views with a balcony "what might we want. The room was very clean and the maids came every day to clean and fresh towels every day, would recommend this hotel and we will go back again.

We decided to spend a week in this hotel and I just have to say that it has been unbeatable! Food, service and location.

We loved our stay at the H10 Lanzarote Princess. The location is perfect because it is very close to the beach and the shops and restaurants in Playa Blanca. The food was tasty and good quality. All staff at the hotel were always friendly and able to help you with everything. We had a lovely room overlooking the sea which was amazing. For children is this hotel has very comfortable, enough to provide the animation team, to ensure that children enjoy their holiday. We went with our granddaughter (4 years) in this hotel and were thrilled. This hotel is very child-friendly, in the evening mini disco was mandatory for us. The food was excellent, the plant very gespflegt. Only the beds were very getting. There you could get new.

We were in this hotel several times and it never fails us return! the staff are friendly and consistently and professionally. You are so helpful and everything seems relaxed. The view from our room was great, but we had paid this in Privilège class. The location of the hotel is excellent, and we have seen great improvements over the years despite the addition of other hotels around. The hotel offers good value for money, but I'd better eat dinner selection and better quality of the meat. Sometimes it was hard and not able to be eaten. Tenth salad selection is huge, but it needs a higher quality of choice. Was the Sakura restaurant good, but limited, and needed more staff? more variety would be good.

Check-in a nice friendly welcome and a treat was a glass of sparkling wine. Location: the hotel has an excellent location; a few minutes one slope down to the beach and a short walk into town. Just across the road from the hotel there is a mini market. We took a bus transfer from the airport so got to see many of the other hotels, and this was by far the most comfortable. Rooms very spacious, comfortable beds, safe, refrigerator, two soft chairs and a coffee table. A good selection of toiletries in the bathroom also. Food absolutely fantastic selection and quality of food. There was also a good selection of food was cooked to order. Premises and facilities — ample sun loungers, Fitness Studio-mini — golf course. The pools were very large and very cold. We would go back? — To get back within 48 hours, we have booked to go again in February 2015.

We have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions and always the same friendly welcome and efficient service. The rooms are comfortably frequently modified, cleaned every day, bed linen and towels. The food is varied and plentiful. The location is ideal, as it is a short walk to the beach, as passed experimental vocation in a clod in the Sun, the British fish and chips served by Jeff. Excellent quality and service. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with questions with enthusiasm, Daniel is always with his cheerful smile and friendly greeting. I would like to mention the restaurant service, I felt pretty awkward this year as it is the first time I had to think to take power wheelchair, but they were very helpful, allocated space for me and has me with would respect treated. Salah was very helpful and kind and deserves a special mention. Thanks to them continue to everything, what we had I hope visit a pleasant relaxing holiday or a will.

A few days ago we returned from our vacation at H10 Lanzarote Princes, the unbelievable truth, treatment of excellent staff, great food, spend a few days with my partner, and surely repeat, the hotel is near the beach, very quiet and newly renovated pool, room, very modern, clean and welcoming, with good views, but above all highlight the staff, and the high quality of products that they offer in all of its restaurants. Restaurant Sakura, unbeatable, for which Asian food, an incredible deal, like to thank Nieves and Jesus. Repeat safe.

The eatancia at the hotel has been well above what we expected. The location is 10, in the middle of white beach and without the need for lots of walking to get to the beach. Service of the hotel is very good, the restaurant although note that this reformed is not very careful and the variety of food is very good. In gneral highly recommended hotel.

The worst: facilities are somewhat deteriorated, and the quality of the buffet is bad, even very bad for expected a 4 *. This hotel is totally oriented to non Spanish tourism (German, English) schedules, types of attention, language, types of activities. Etc etc. Note that on several occasions we only could meet in English because the staff did not understand English. Forget you watch TV at night, the signal does not well rooms. If soys moviegoers or football fans, or similar, consider a bar by the area of Playa Blanca, that there are many. The best: the pool and its surroundings (for who likes to be in the pool of a hotel in the Canary Islands) is very nice and also night lighting. It also has a small bar in the center that seems interesting. Piano and a bar inside the hotel, as well as a coffee shop are welcome.

I loved the hotel. The service and attention from the staff has been unbeatable, at the disposal of the customers at all times. We went with all inclusive and from 07:30 h until 01:00 h in the morning had a lot of services. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant were great, the buffet had lots of variety and quality. Then they invited us to try the à la carte restaurant, is Asian, they have loved the dishes, and space, have made us a very pleasant time. By day we had the pool bar to take some fresh beers in the Sun, "the hut" sandwiches for snack, a coffee shop at the exit of the restaurant, restaurant where we relajábamos on the beautiful terrace with a good coffee. By night, the piano bar with daily live music and the album with good entertainment and shows in which we had a great and with an extensive list of all inclusive.

First of all point out that the location is excellent, is located near the village of Playa Blanca, so it is not necessary to go by car to shopping or restaurants. She is located 2-3 minutes walk to the beach for what if you prefer to go to the beach you can go and go to eat at the Hotel. Facilities are very good, have a pirate ship for niches that is cool and the large pool is newly renovated. We were all inclusive and I must say that the quality is excellent, you don't have to serve you anything yourself since you always serve drinks (at another hotel that we were last year had to serve you all). The quality of drinks is very good and they serve you well known brands, all the coktailes that are in the letter you enter in the all inclusive. Food is very good, the variety is excellent, especially at breakfast and dinner. Also quite remarkable invitation you get to go all inclusive Asian Restaurant à la carte.

You know when you're at home and the time flies? As I not is if it has been the good time, if they have been workers in the hotel and its facilities, if it was the magic of the island or that, but it occurred to me, two amazing weeks. The hotel very well, as expected from a H10 or even better. Their workers wasting joy since you turned on the day with a buffet breakfast of Champions until you take the last drink before you go to rest. The facilities and the location very well. The island very well.

All inclusive is the way to go with good food and good drinks (amazing coffees and proper branded spirits behind the bar). Downside is the entertainment. There is nothing to cater for anyone between the age of 12 and 65! If you're young (under 12) of old (over 65) this wouldn't be an issue. But for the majority of customers there is nothing entertaining about the entertainment! H10, Sort this out and it could be fantastic.

Kids loved it. Rooms nice, service good. Pool needs a bit of updating from the adult side. Food is ok. Nice location across from beach and short walk down hill to 'town'.

Great location for a short walk in the city of Essen or evening entertainment (live music for every taste and many karaoke bars) If no desire for Satying for you to try. Room needed good enough for what we will clean and work properly with air con. Breakfast and dinner Hotel food was excellent, but although there was much on offer for lunch in the outdoor snack bar, we did not find, that it is appealing to lunch ate when we were hungry. Hotel entertainment for adults were not considered a disappointment as English taste in our opionion (you make it what you want) lasted not children so comment can not by the kids club. Pool freezing in February and only for the brave! Enough sun loungers and foam mattresses provided, but not too late to stay in bed or go the best spots! Overall, it was perfect for us, so that we have booked to go back, twice in 2011.
