Got a upgrade from jet2 for here as our other hotel had fire alarm issues. Fantastic hotel. Everyone is helpful and lovely lots of entertainment for kids. Pools are great food is good. Lots to choose from won't be stuck for something. Close to the beach and shops extremely clean. Family love it. Entertainment every night including a disco at the pool with cocktails. All inclusive is really worth it. Will be back to a H10 hotel again.

Great apartment complex / resort. Went all inclusive for the week. Good range of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you need to eat outside the canteen opening hours you can get some basic food in the bar. Great place for kids so if you are an adult looking for some piece and quiet this is not the place for you. Helpful and friendly staff that would always go out of their way to set up the dinner tables for our party of 12 people including kids. R274.

Just got back from 1 week all inclusive. Brilliant place, especially for youngsters. Car staff all nice and friendly, food was good — typical all inclusive. Plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to eat out if you choose. We were lucky enough to get a bungalow and this was fab, clean and spacious. Evening entertainment was fine for kids, does get a bit warn and crowded in the Rio bar though. We found the pool bar much more chilled. Would definitely return.

Great hotel If you have small children.

Good hotel not a fan of AI but there is plenty to choose from and is very popular. The baby club is fantastic the staff in there do an incredible job. The children's outdoor play area could do with a few more items for small children who don't want to play in the pool. There is evening entertainment for the kids every night.

Nice hotel in a great location to the beach. Nice plant. Those who like to have a quieter meal should consider driving here, as families with small children are mostly here and can be very noisy.

Attention the prices are increasing and the hotel is now quite expensive compared to what it may have been in the past.

Great hotel, the wind is getting used to, but you can live with it. Food and animation top, very clean. Fully recommend.

This is really for the whole family here — even the reception and the bar have steps so that the younger guests can climb up better there is a baby club with stricter rules and hygiene regulations than partly at home they have an extra children's buffet. Everywhere there are bibs and napkins and drawing materials so that you can provide the little ones well. Extra plate cutlery for the little ones. And the buffet morning and evening is really the madness for young and old.
We had half board — completely sufficient the kitchenette in the room has microwave — sink and fridge — but no cooker deck chairs on the private terrace/balcony.
Next to the hotel a pharmacy — opposite a supermarket and a 3 minute walk to the beach.
Beach is clean and nicely laid out — showers and toilets nearby.

Overall a great experience. Stayed here for 10 days with kids and never got tired of the buffets and the kids' "mini-disco. " Two of three pools are heated with little wet-suits on our young kids could stay in for hours even in unusually bad February weather. Very helpful, patient, friendly staff. One tip for picky drinkers: avoid the cocktails, stick to the wine. But I guess that goes for most hotels offering all-inclusive options. Lots of good tours offer pick up and drop off outside the hotel. Short walk to a well-developed beach area with windsurfing lessons available.

Great Hotel, very clean. Strong point is the restaurant… Among all the hotels visited in the Canary Islands This is definitely the best.

The staff are the hammer. Always friendly, always helpful, always patient even at the end of a long shift. There are shows for both small and large. Especially my kids were super excited. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool area is varied, large and attractively designed. There are two extra warm pools for very small children and an enormous number of beds. I am very glad to have been there!

Everything about this hotel is excellent and first class. Rooms are clean and spacious, food at the restaurant is varied and caters to all tastes. Facilities for young children is fantastic, baby club is brilliant for little ones to play and make friends. Evening entertainment is pleasant and family orientated. 10 out of 10, will definitely return.

Nice hotel, where the children are received and treated like royalty! Very attentive staff.
Spacious room, recently renovated but whose soundproofing is far from perfect. Possible access between two rooms. A flat on the parent bed, divided into 2 single beds.
Very good Restaurant, albeit a bit redundant after a week. Pastries are the big weak point of the restaurant, too bad.
The 3 swimming pools are very pleasant, 2 of which are ideally heated for the start of the season at 27 °c. The failed pirate boat that dominates the whole makes its effect!
The baby Club is a big plus (2h in the morning, 2h in the afternoon for children under 3 years old) to allow parents to enjoy two!
The animation team is young and very dynamic. Daisy, the mascot, is adored by the children!
The children's mini-disco at 7:30 pm is great for the little ones, 30 minutes of singing and dancing that make them dream!
Vigilance for Francophones, it is better to manage in English or Spanish to feel good even if the staff master a few words of French: The occupants of the hotel are mainly Dutch, English, German and a little Russian.

Just got back from ten days all inclusive stay here. The staff where brilliant and went that extra mile always with a smile on their faces. The apartments where spacious and clean. The food was good and varied. All in all we felt we got great value for what we paid. We are definitely going to come back here Thank You for making our holiday.

Really great. Many Germans and Britons. It is all family friendly UD thus constantly living us aloud. A must for young parents.

Super Family Hotel! Our little one had a lot of fun here! Only the maid's work could be better. Deßhalb only four stars of mine.

We stayed here on Bed and Breakfast basis. Place is amazing, staff are so helpful. Always greeted with a smile. Plenty choice for breakfast. Rooms are good size. Everywhere is spotless. Loads for children to take part in. Shows every night. Overall it's a fabulous place to stay especially if you have small children. We are just waiting for our transfer to the airport. Taking one last look around. Had an amazing time. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and great staff.

Great family hotel, food is decent with many nationalities catered for. Large drinks selection at the bar and many big brands included in all inclusive selection. Rooms are spacious and clean. Odd marks here and there but what do you expect? Well maintained. Its pretty good for some winter sun with the family.

Amazing! The best hotel set for children I have visited in my life. The monitors are great and speak many languages, there are lots of activities for adults and children.

My room a little dated but quiet. Restaurants never too crowded. Good location good the kitchen with second courses always go rolling. The pools are not heated as it is advertised in the hotel brochures. Cleanliness of the rooms just enough.

I visited some friends who are staying at the hotel, and they invited me to eat… Very careful buffet, with a wide variety of food for all tastes. Family atmosphere, nice decoration, very friendly service. Then we have a coffee in the pool bar… Very nice.
From what I heard and I could see this hotel is perfect for holidays with kids.

It's all perfect, on the ocean side, a special oasis in a lively tourist resort.

Well although this old and cold comes through the windows and door, the hot air does not work… And this is a little old toilet. The suitcases should be uploaded as you bring two you have to take two trips down the stairs. The service is almost perfect. And excellent animation.

For the second year in October we had a great stay. Very friendly staff. We will return.

Excellent hotel in general, is recommended for families who have children, because its facilities are suitable for both children and adults, the pools have several attractions to live a different day, such as pirate ships and High slides, plus one of these pools work with warm water even during the summer, which should be appreciated when the water is a few degrees. The most enjoyable hospedándome here is the attention I have received, the staff is quite professional and very friendly, on the other hand the food is very varied also has thematic dinners for each day of excellent quality.

Had a great time. Every thing was good. Until I made the mistake of getting water for my grandsons from the machine which was for the all inclusive. I was publicly told off by a member of staff and was taken back to see the notice I didn't read. Minutes later I heard her discussing it with a colleague.

So far it's been great. The staff have been fantastic and the food is lovely. The little ones have enjoyed the pool especially.

Great location, lovely clean room, friendly staff brilliant for families.

Perfect family holiday. Kids love the slides and pirate ship, parents love the the all-inclusive pool bar! Food is good and plenty of choice, rooms are clean and comfortable with kitchenette (fridge, microwave, coffee percolator, kettle), safe, TV with BBC, ITV, Pick staff are great and location is close to a choice of beaches, for windsurfing, snorkelling etc. Shops close by including 2 supermarkets within 100m and pharmacy, oh and of course bars…

This is our second time at this hotel, both times we had a great holiday. The pool is excellent, so much fun for all ages, our kids loved it! The grounds are kept beautifully, the staff are so polite and friendly and the location is perfect, a short walk to a beautiful beach! Food is always good, and menu is always altered with themed evenings which we loved! The entertainment was the best we've seen in a hotel, lion king was fantastic. So much effort goes into making the shows! Only negatives: The rooms are according to the website 'new and updated', the truth is… they need updating again, they are ok at best, but look out dated and tired already! Desperate need for a new updated toddlers play park! Improved games room would be a bonus!

A great hotel. Easily worth a five star review. As a parent with a 6 and 2 year old, this hotel is perfect. Everything is arranged around the children. The kids clubs and the animation team are amazing and really give their all. I would wholly recommend this hotel.

Perfect for younger kids, friendly staff and generally a great atmosphere. Our 3 and 5 yr olds loved the Mini-disco after dinner each evening. Food was great as well — loads to chose from and a good balance between kid friendly staples (even a lowered kid sized buffet area) and more interesting, varied fare. A few mins walk to a good beach and the best bits of Costa Teguise.

Mine and my partner's stay at this hotel was a good experience. The room was spacious and clean. The staff are all very polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant is tasty and there is plenty to choose from. The only downturns we found: the loundry room closes at 8pm which is very early specially if you spend the day away in the beach or doing some sightseeing. The other thing they could improve is the drinks system in the restaurant. We had half board pension when we came so we had breakfast and either lunch or dinner included. But unfortunately drinks are not included in lunch or dinner. This is understandable for the alcohol but the water should be free of charge. We had to pay 2€ for a small bottle of water (0.50l). In general the place is very pleasant, well situated and family friendly. Would certainly come back and recommend it to others.

Family hotel which lives from very friendly Staff and perfect Animation for the Kids. From Baby — Club to Mini-club to Junior-club… every night there is a mini Disco for the kids and a live show. Appartements are being renovated, very nice. Newly Designed Pool area. I have been here with my kids several times and we was always very very happy.

Pure family hotel. Hotel lived up. Eat warm and unimaginative.

Location of the accommodation, environment: the location, just 200 metres from the beach. Several bays. The largest Bay best for children suitable, since these sloping flat stones is with little. Directly on the beach are also a super dive school ("Aquatis") with German management and a surf school. Facilities (accommodation and room) rooms are clear, accepted. The furniture easily in the years come. But nothing is broken. Everything is very clean. We had an apartment with an extra bedroom. Pool and other facilities of the hotel are very clean and in good order. Clean no problems. And when it came time pollution by the children, the cleaning ladies were very helpful. Towels are changed on request. Staff always very friendly staff. Insb. The animators not too intrusive and super nice to the kids. Quality of food very very good food. Lots of choice. Whoever finds nothing is itself to blame. Extra children's buffet. 1A fish dishes.
