Just returned from Oceano after our first visit and absolutely loved the place. The apartments are spacious with everything you need and the staff are friendly. A big mention to Deb and Liz in Deb's Diner who go out of their way to make your holiday special.

Had a lovely time nice place and nice people good food at Debs Dinner Deb is lovely so is Liz will come back again.

Excellent location lovely apartments staff wonderful booked to come back on august.

Stayed here for 5nights and my room was spotless and all the staff were very helpful. The food at debs diner was also a winner. Will definitely return.

Absolutely fell in love, clean hotel, fantastic apartment ' best we've stayed in', friendly staff, Debs Diner staff very welcoming, delicious food, lovely banter with ladies Debs & Liz, clean pool, central location, not far from the beach. How is this a 3* hotel. The best we've every stayed in and we will be returning!

Ideally located for all shops, bars and restaurants.

Lovely quiet pool area. Friendly staff. Rooms need a bit of updating, and would benefit from air con — tho you can hire a fan. Kitchen facilities quite good, tho no microwave. Rooms a good size, balconies could do with a bit more privacy. Good location, close to amenities, bars, restaurants and beach. Good value for money.

Great location, friendly staff and a great breakfast at the diner.

The actual apartment is fantastic, all clean new equipment and modern.

The apartments have now gone adults only since this the rules have changed
debs dinner which is also the bar shuts at 8pm
the front doors close at 11pm
and no music or noise on your balcony after 11pm

some apartments have had a upgrade which do look wonderful
just a shame about the new rules
had more freedom when kids were allowed in.

We have been to the Oceano Appointments twice, it is very good if you are in wheelchairs like myself and my fiance. The only downside was my fiance couldnt get in the shower because the shower is to near the toilet and the shower seat was not wide enough for him. Deb's diner is fantastic for food and their cocktails are more ish. Debbie and her staff are brilliant. Xx.

Central location, disabled friendly and fantastic pool diner with great quality food and service. Also a brilliant carvery on a Sunday in the restaurant — only one in Costa and great quality and value for money. The apartments are currently undergoing a refurb which will are it even more desirable for those who want central location in a clean environment with great food.

Always a great stay in the Oceano. Lovely big apartments and a pool bar that serves up the best food around. Sunday carvery in the restaurant is 8:95€ and well worth a try. Simple, clean appartments. Great central location. Reception staff really helpful. Delicious breakfasts! Pool not large but still good fun. If there had been free Wi-Fi it would have been perfect!

If I could give it 0 stars I would because worse hotel ever stayed at. Rooms are cleaned every 4days apparently but on a ten night stayed it has been cleaned once. Cockroach and ant investation in the kitchen. Bed sheets not changed once during our stay. Phone doesn't work to call reception. And when complaining to reception well send someone up to spray the room. Which did not affect the bugs. We paid alot for our holiday and to find out other people travelling same time have paid alot less we wasn't happy but the hotel is not suitable for anyone would not recommend staying here. Although on the plus side pool is nice and cool and the bar area is good.

Lovely place to stay rooms comfy and spacious, pool is great for kids and pool bar serves good food and will bring to you.

The positive point, is the location, has everything around, the beach to 2 mint walking,. Respect for the apartment, it's a little old, It's some reform, the staff very friendly.

Bed linen didn't get changed. Cleaners not that great. Bins got emptied twice in a week. Sun beds were hard and uncomfortable. Cockroaches in my sisters room. Building work going on at the moment which was very annoying if you wanted a sleep in the afternoon. We were warned about this but only a week before going. Couldn't have a shower properly the water pressure was dreadful kept stopping. Then went hot or cold. Reception staff rude at times especially the man. The only good thing about my weeks stay at the Oceano was Deb's bar the staff were so friendly and helpful excellent customer services. They do a great Sunday lunch too.

It is 2 star, no qualms about it but for convenience for the center and it is quiet so you can't knock it.

Stay here time after time, and love the place. Small and compact but adequate, staff are lovèly and very helpful and responsive, place is kept very clean and tidy. Great location at the centre of Teguise but nice and peaceful.
Nice pool bar with a varied menu at a reasonable price. Big changes planned for the near future though, which means prices are going up and there is only so much people can be expected to pay for a studio!

Accommodation is good if a little tired. Staff are excellent and helpful. Cleaning staff do a fantastic job. Very central in Costa teguise and easy to get anywhere from here.

It's dated but very clean. A large room with basic amenities. Would come again.

Basic and clean but very friendly and fantastic food and pool bar. Pool bar does great food and fantastic prices. The pool itself is brilliant except for one little issue and only because I'm limited mobility. The hand rail helping you into the pool stools approximately 1 metre short of the edge of the pool side. It's the only fault it has.

Cracking time. Went to visit someone I met on previous trip but he had gone. Bar area didn't have the same atmosphere.

Been here a day so far. Room is ideal for a rest stop and freshing up. Central location. Debs diner is a must, food is fab and staff really friendly.

Great place been going 11 years now clean rooms ideal for self catering pool bar is fantastic for food drinks etc really friendly staff sun beds could do with updating not ideal for someone who wants to reads.

I'm not a hotel snob at all (I wouldn't have booked a 2 star if I was). I was perfectly happy with the room that was provided here. We did have some issues getting into the room initially, as the door card system is ancient. The staff at the hotel reception desk were eventually helpful, although initially reticent. (I can only assume they believed me to be some imbecile who was incapable of operating the card system). Once they got to the room, they confirmed the fault with the door and had to replace the batteries for the electronic lock. Another problem we found was that it is incredibly noisy whilst trying to get to sleep. I can only assume it is the bar below the rooms, who decide (after midnight, rather than stacking their tables and chairs quietly and considerately) to haphazardly sling their tables and chairs around the place as though competing in some twisted Highland Games. Needless to say, the resulting din sounds like rival gangs have declared war on each other in the central area of the hotel. This didn't bother us massively, since we stayed up late most nights, but I mention it as warning to any of those who would like to go to sleep earlier. Finally on my list of gripes, there is a door. "What could be so bad about a door? " I hear you ask. This particular door sits at the leftmost entrance to the first storey of the building. The door has a rudimentary locking system, but has shifted slightly in its setting.

Really happy with the Oceano. It's small, not over crowded, the rooms are well equipped and spacious. Newish furniture. Very happy xx.

Been here four times previously and its been a brilliant holiday everytime. Apartments are good, staff are very helpful and friendly, in the centre for restaurants, bars shops and 300 yards from the beach and a very good flat promenade along sea front. Bevs pool bar good food fresh cooked meals, altogether a excellent place.

Cheap & cheerful! The hotel is a llittle 'tired' however it was spotlessly clean & all the staff were very polite & helpful. I would recommend anyone on a tighter budget to give this place a go. Would definitely return.

Looks lovely. Never stayed there, but have used their pool. Lovely & Friendly.

Very cost effective place to stay. Basic but very clean and has Deb's Diner on site by the pool serving food and drinks at very reasonable prices.

Great location but won't be coming back to this property. Been a few times but it's not very well maintained. Very disappointed. The cafe isn't very good but locally there are Spar shops if you want to self cater and loads of places to eat for all tastes nearby.

Staff very nice. Woke up every day to a puddle in kitchen area. Bathroom mouldy.
