5 star ⭐️ Fabulous hotel, amazing choice of food and desserts, staff and animation very friendly, rooms clean and modern, beds were heavenly I will miss the beds, cannot fault this hotel at all, would highly recommend this hotel, fantastic stay, thank you.

Just arrived back from our stay with Occidental Ibiza, we had a fantastic stay and can’t thank Alessandra enough, she and the entertainment staff helped to create some great memories for our children. Rooms were fresh and clean and the food was nice with many different options to cater for all.

All staff were very friendly and helpful, also very hard working. Breakfast time was my favourite. Room was lovely, beds were brilliant. Could have done with more draw space, on the whole terrific.

Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff who were all polite and hard working. The location is also good with a good local bus service. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. The experience was not what we were expecting, but I can’t say it was the hotel’s fault. Let me explain: we wanted a resort where we wouldn’t have to think about a thing and be able to just enjoy Ibiza and party. So here are the stuff we didn’t like: — What we didn’t take into account is how far it was of everything, Ibiza center (30 min ride) as well as San Antoni center (15 min ride). Impossible to move without having a car or spending a lot in taxis. — Another thing was how tasteless was the buffet. Seriously, the food had absolutely no taste, and some of the deserts were disgusting. — We were two girls in their 20s, surrounded by couples and families. So not exactly the crowd we wanted to be around. Too many kids screaming and seniors just looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Again, all of this was not the hotel’s fault (besides the food), but just warning: if you’re looking for a hotel close to the center and with young guests, this is not for you.

Food was great, lovely hotel, great evening entertainment. Rooms a little small, no gym and whilst routinely fixed when issue raised air con in room leaked constantly.

Visited this hotel for a week. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. I have given this hotel a average rating due several things. Firstly upon arrival to the hotel at around 9am we were told by the hotel staff that we were unable to check in until 3pm! As this was a package deal booked through a travel agent this was not mentioned or written in any of our documents. This meant that we were hanging around the hotel most of the day waiting to check in. Secondly we were not shown the facilities upon checking in it was a case of looking and searching for yourself. It was over crowded by the pool which meant all sunbeds were in use, I think the hotel should not allow people to leave their towels over night on the beds! On our departure we were offered an early breakfast which was a wrapped up plate containing food and yogurt that was warm that was on someone else’s table that they didn’t want! Overall it was ok but wouldn’t return.

The food was delicious. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The rooms were okay, too. Cute employees and animation. The beach is a bit small but beautiful. The only thing that bothered us was the All Incl. Unfortunately we didn't get anything to drink from 11 p. M. Or we had to pay for everything. Cocktails and other drinks were also not included. That was a real pity.

If you like queues, then this is the place for you. Queues at check-in, took ages to get called up. Queues in the restaurant when having eggs cooked fresh. Queues at the bars when trying to get a drink on the evening. I personally had no issues with the food, but some of my family did. Rooms are clean and tidy. Location is not all that great. There are no shops around the area. 1 Spar and a few restaurants. There is a beach approx 10 minutes walk. 30 euros for sunlounger and parasol. 7 euro return per person to Sant Antoni center by sea taxi. A novel way of getting there rather than the normal taxi.

All good. The rooms are up to date. But is the cleaning st not always good. Food is good and varied. About 500 m. To the beach.

A nice place to spend a holiday in Ibiza. Away from the noise of the island in summer. Kind of family and respectful customer. Recently refurbished facilities. The staff were very helpful.

Only a short break, but great time with wonderful staff. Clean rooms, good but limited selection of food, may be because out of season.

Great location Staff very attentive to the well being of people. A little disappointed with the rooms are small and the double bed is actually two single beds glued.

It is seen that this hotel is known as Ibiza Town Barceló. I did not know that we have changed the name. In if the hotel has good facilities, I have not been a guest, but what I know because I live near. Has good fame and hope you follow as well.

Two days of the guest shouting profanities, we made a complaint to the hotel manager who said and I quote "well you are gay and you are a boy and you are visiting a gay island, so I don't see what your problem is" we asked to be transferred hotels, they refused, we requested a refund, they refused. It was so bad we left the hotel and had to pay all over again. Still no response from the hotel and still no apology or refund. Still no reply to my complaint and pictures above. As per their request I have also private messaged them, they have read the message but no reply whatsoever.

Good hotel, service and location.

Family friendly hotel with great staff and a quiet location. Food could get a bit repetitive but the range was pretty broad.

An exquisite service. The cleaning of the rooms great and a personalized attention.

Hotel is very clean and the staff work tirelessly with a smile on their face to make your holiday a great experience. Rooms are well layed out and very modern looking. Plenty of toiletries so don't bother packing those. Large balcony but little privacy as likely facing others. Food is plentiful and replaced often. If you love fish you're in heaven (I do). Drinks are good with Amstel on tap. I'd you have a hire car parking is limited nearby. Recommended for some October sun.

The hotel has actually earned 3 stars, but the pushy and extremely annoying animation destroys all joy. All (noisy and unnecessary) activities take place in the pool area and disturb the otherwise pleasant atmosphere massively. At least 3x a day they dance to the sucked "danza Kurudo" — the "Despacito" for the poor. Every evening, a shrill woman runs through the restaurant and shouts at the kids to the mini disco. The performances in the evening are among the worst I have ever been able to endure (luckily the alcohol is all inclusive). As I said, without the animation it would be a good hotel.

We stayed a week fully inclusive. The room was good and clean. The food in the restaurant was nearly the same every night. It got a bit boring.

Wonderful hotel with plenty of choice re food and drink. You will not go hungry or thirsty here.

There's was really nice food and the entertainment included award giving from the day activities like stretching, water polo, volleyball and Zumba. Then the entertainment team did a show or they have someone in like acrobatics or a band. You can get a water taxi into San Antonio then a 15 minute walk to café Mambo and café del mar or walk around the shops.

OMG blown away! started from as soon as we walked through door, the staff couldn't do enough for us felt extremely welcomed, had arrived late & were told that they had made us plate of food up as we had missed dinner time & they knew we would be hungry, we were then taken to restaurant where we ate & helped ourselves to drinks (have never experienced this before, we assumed we would have to go find a local shop for snacks). Room was beautiful & every modern, comfy bed and amazing waterfall shower. Loads of little extras included (shampoo, shower gel, razor, etc etc). Pool were lovely (bit cold in morning but refreshing from hot sun) only bug bear was all the sunbeds were reserved before breakfast even though says not allowed (but we put this down to peak season). Food amazing, breakfast and snack bar amazing! would be nice to have hot drinks machines switched on during lunch and evening meals as well as breakfast instead of having to get busy bar staff to do for us. 1 of best hotels I have stayed in, will definitely recommend and return.

Well the place is nice no mosquito but food could be better friendly staff but again food choice is not enough but having a fantastic time with the family and friends.

Hotel renovated modern rooms and design. Great food. All good and varied. Connected by frequent buses to both X San Antonio and x Ibiza. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Recommended x families.

Modern rooms in a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent breakfast.

In the noble appearance, however, the hygiene unfortunately expressed the evaluation.

Bad with animation. Bored in the evening. Food and facilities excellent.

The only good thing was a reasonably good room. The main pool area is noisy & dirty towels and users clothing left on sunbeds overnight. The restaurant should be known more as a works Canteen, the food was mainly Luke warm and mostly repetitive. There is no dress code in the canteen as people can walk in with a singlet and beach shorts topped of with suitable flip-flops anytime during evening meals. Is this what people pay to stop at a 4star hotel. Drinks are mainly served in polystyrene cartons (lovely sitting there enjoying the entertainment with plastic cups? A HOTEL NOT TO GO BACK TO.

Rooms and hotel are very nice. Food was fantastic and the snack bar has a lot to offer. The pools are very modern looking and the staff are super friendly. Throughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Been there for a holiday in 2011. Really nice and quiet village. Good services for childern.

Went away June 2015 we went with 14 family and friends ranging from 3 to 55 could'nt of asked for a better place to stay it is so close to everything beach, bars, shops, went to Ibiza town 5 minute boat trip saw the sunset got quad bikes to the market the hotel staff were lovely food excellent can't fault it at all. The grandchildren did not want to leave we are all hopefully returning 2017 can't wait.

Me my partner and two children stayed at this hotel from 14 oct 2015 for a week it was very disappointing to say the least. At the front of the hotel was a touch screen holiday planner half the stuff displayed on the time table was never happening or on which left my children with no entertainment they just kept giving them paper and crayons there where no face painting, pool games, activitys or games through out the day like stated on the planner on one occasion my little boy sat up till 10.30pm waiting for a reptile show to take place which was cancelled without no notice or anyone even informing us we asked the reception at 10.30pm as it was due to start at 9.00pm they couldnt tell us why it was cancelled. The following day we sat in the bar and lounge area waiting for facepainting to start it never happened niether did any of the activitys or games I was so mad by the 3rd day as it had rained and restricted us to the hotel and there was no entertainment on like stated my children were so bored I went to the reception and complained and was told that because it was the last week of the hotel being open for the season I was so cross we felt like we were in the middle of the hotel packing up the childrens entertainers were having goodbye photos and games with each other and we felt stuck in the middle of it all trying to enjoy our holiday.

Perfect! I will come back!

Nice hotel. Unfortunately no late check out although indicated from moment of booking. They should not offer this when booking, not even as directly via hotel's site, as we did. Entertainment team is unbelievable energetic and definitely deserve a commendation for their efforts. Go for the refurbished rooms as they are more up to date and probably give you the possibility for a second key and charging your devices whilst not in the room.

Fantastic place, really enjoyed my stay. Couldn't check in to our room til 3pm but other than that couldn't fault the place. Great holiday would go again…

A quiet hotel (September). The room that we had is the old, is comfortable but needs remodeling. There are No plugs at the two sides of the bed and you have to load the devices in the bathroom. The pools are very good and there are sun loungers to spare. The deal is very good and the staff friendly and sympathetic. Is something (and the road to get to at night it is illuminated and has quite a few curves.

Excellent. Both the animation, the food and the attention received by all the staff.

Love it. I'm in the hotel right now. Don't want to go back home.

The Hotel is well located in the Bay of Sant Antonio, with public transport just a few meters. Front has an impressive white sand and crystal clear water Beach and many shops in the surrounding area. The facilities are very well, with swimming pool and a large dining room. The food is varied and good quality counting that it is buffet and aimed at foreigners. The bad: schedules to eat are good, but dinner is only until 9 pm, and the all inclusive ends at 23 h. We had problems with the air conditioning in the bedroom and not arranged it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would without hesitation.

We were the fourth time in Ibiza. But so far had the worst hotel. The entire system is not particularly clean, especially pool area. Here was never moist wiped. Everywhere Coke stains, ketchup residues, etc. We found particularly bad rooms, depending on the location totally dark and very, very small. The food was nothing special really. It was fed up. Some staff were not particularly friendly, just doing his job. To the beach it was 4oo metres ca, some roads and traffic lights had to be crossed. The beach was not large. But ok. You can there deckchairs and umbrellas to borrow.

Excellent stAff were Very efficient and hAving stayed there twice I would recommend it.

I've been two years followed at this hotel, the first year thrilled, but this year the food has been aburridisima, the best of all animation, people location.

Very secluded, leaks in the rooms, only foreigners, any Spanish, only children and older people. The only good thing, the food.
