Lovely hotel. Staff friendly, nice food… walk straight onto beach. Deff stop here again.

Hotel that is advertised as Pet friendly with a cost per day of € 30 for pets under 8kgs. We assume the expense. We arrive and the same director tells us that she can only be in the room or behind common or anything. Luckily the workers turn a blind eye and we have been able to be in the pool for a while obviously in our hammock and without disturbing. In the room and after complaining they brought us some very large feeders already used and a very small bed also used.
Much to be desired to advertise Pet friendly charge € 30 and offer so little and more being of the Meliá chain, we always travel with our dog a poodle of 3 kgs and in more humble hotels the beds and feeders have been brand new and the price nothing to see.
For everything else the hotel is not bad.

No room service I know covid rules are in place but we still got charged full price for a hotel that’s running on half the facility’s Gym also closed Pool bar closed 5:30pm
So if want a drink you will have to go up 6 floors to the rooftop bar So between 5:30 and 7:30 there is no food available Asked Recepton they told us there is a bar outside in the street that does food.
That’s ok if your ready to go out but what if you are in your swimwear Not a good start to a refurbished hotel.

Great location, clean rooms with comfy beds, funky hotel with fab breakfast and friendly staff. Being able to walk directly on to the beach and the water taxi so close was a bonus. But the roof top bar with the infinity pool and the view… wow… Just wow! We will be back! Loved it!

Absolutely loved loved loved being here, could not fault anything, from the rooms, the food, staff.
Had breakfast & evening meals watching the sea view most days & on my birthday was given complimentary Prosecco with my breakfast, & lots of room service with surprises my children had organised. Used the poolside, beach right next to the poolside & the rooftop.
Can not recommend this hotel enough.

Cocktails on rooftop were absolutely terrible, when told to the staff they said nothing! We ordered something different and equally as bad! When we told them, they said they can do nothing! We left and will not be returning! Waitress was clearly on drugs and very very aggressive! I’m so upset and disappointed!

Just wow! Amazing everything is soooo nice. The roof top pool and bar it’s just breath taking, staff is really friendly and helpful not a bad word to say about this place already looking to book again such a good hotel — the downstairs pool it’s literally on the beach with beach access, table/lounge service throughout the day made my summer.

Had my watched blatantly stolen from the room obviously by a staff member. When told reception they basically laughed and told me it should have been in the safe!
We asked to check the logs of when the room was accessed. They told us 3pm the room was opened by ourselves by the key card. We were on a boat trip from 2pm to 4pm so werent near the hotel at that time and I had both my key cards on me.
When I then looked on trip adviser I had found more people that had the same issue with theft in there rooms
Highly recommend to choose another hotel if you want to keep hold of your belongings.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was clean, fresh, nice bedroom (Bluetooth speaker in room was nice touch) and the staff were really friendly & helpful. Breakfast was also great (especially the omelettes cooked to order). And probably the best bit was chilling at the rooftop bar with the live DJ throughout the day and evening. Would 100% stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Sol House Ibiza. The staff at the pool downstairs were amazing from the waiting staff to the life guard. Absolutely loved the location, the fabulous breakfast and the cleanliness of the whole hotel. The cleaning staff came to the rooms every day to change towels and to clean the rooms. I will be back to stay here! Thank you.

Gorgeous hotel! Can't fault it. Pool area, restaurants, staff, rooms — all great. And the breakfast choices are vast and delicious.

Loved This Hotel … Fab Location and The Rooftop Bar And Cocktails Were Great. Only Downfall Was Aircon In Room Wasnt The Best Even When Left It On Full Day And Room Was Really Small, The Buffet Dinner Wasnt Upto Much But Overall A Great Hotel and Would Recommend.

Lovely hotel. Great atmosphere. Good food. Attentive staff. Lovely views if you pay a bit extra for the party rooms. Rooftop DJ and pool setting is fantastic and promotes the islands move to day parties. On the downside, rooms are small and the bathrooms have no ventilation, so we had smelly towels and smelly drains spoiling things. Also we found hairs in the bathroom from the previous occupants which was a bit grim.

PROS: Location/Amenities The best part about this hotel is its proximity to the beach and it's lounge and pool area. The beach is small but very lovely, and doesn't get too crowded even at peak times. The pool is well maintained by a young man who diligently cleans it every day, and I even saw them using a pressure washer one day. It is convenient and very pleasant to take the taxi boat to Sant Antoni main town, beware that if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle party life there this is not the right place for you. It is a 30 minute walk from the proper town. The rooftop bar is amazing, and the indoor lounges are very pleasant and comfortable. cons: service. There is a breakfast and dinner buffet, but waiters and waitresses offer drink in the evening and set places. Tables often were not set after being cleared, so you had to go find your own utensils, and on several occasions our food and partly finished beverages were cleared before we were done, and they even tried to charge us to replace the drinks they threw away. On another occasion, our room was cleaned but no towels were left! When we asked the front desk for towels they didn't even apologize for the oversight, the front desk and attendants were mostly apathetic if not downright rude at certain points. BATHROOMS: Whoever designed the toilets in this place must've thought "hmm… how can I make it so there is no ventilation and the smell from poops is trapped and unable to escape?

Nice hotel but won. T be coming to ibiza again cannot believe how much the tourism tax was for a family of four for a week 94.40 euros will not holiday here anytime soon be going somewhere else no way will I be paying that much again told family and friends they are now looking at other places to go.

Been on rooftop party. Nastia was playing. Nice view, sunset and nice chilling place. Price for the drinks were normal! If you are close, you need to see that place.

Modern and hip hotel with great facilities. Nice and attentive staff, super clean and well-scented hotel, great buffet breakfast, rooftop and ground-floor pool with party service, good location, right at the beach. Definitely a good choice!

The hotel is very modern, very well decorated and the rooms clean and well prepared. Great Rooftop with DJ and infinity pool. It also has direct access to the beach and there is a nearby pier where you can hire water activities. To improve the pool restaurant which serves better international food and the buffet, otherwise a very correct hotel.

Very basic hotel not a four star property more a three. If you are used to any luxury when travelling this is not the place. Out of the way had to taxi everywhere especially if you wanted a decent meal. Staff helpful and pleasant.

I'm only the second day here, and full-on happy, great, relaxed Hotel! The rooms are chic and clean! Very good the atmosphere and music like at the Pools, in spite of my 50 years, I'm a big House Fan! The food is good, Spain! The audience is very Sophisticated, the Hotel I will book again!

The rooms are minimal but comfortable, with a plug in sound system for you to enjoy. The play pool on the lower floor is awesome with inflatables galore and on the rooftop there is another (infinity) pool with a bar to boot and an incredible view.

Very good hotel recently renovated, we stayed here a week and it was a nice holiday, entertaining the evenings on the panoramic terrace, recommended.

Hotel very modern with music almost 24 hours. Has a bar/pub and an infinity pool on the top floor with a live dj. Access to the cove and a boat that takes you to San Antonio for 3 euros.

For such a large hotel it has a much too small pool and beach…

Cool spot. Boombox in room, how can that not be awesome. Buffet and onsite dining… ehhhhh! Leaves a lot to be desired. Rooftop view and vibe awesome. Staff… in place. 3Euro for a 500 ml bottle of warm water gives you an idea of there focus.

Excellent Hotel, lets you enjoy the tranquility or if you prefer from its parties. The sunsets from the terrace are spectacular,

Good hotel not just for the younger people great vibe as soon as you walk through the door really chilled and relaxed food is average especially in the evening and not enough staff on in the various bars but in all worth a visit and if you have a problem Edgar will fix it for you we will be going back

Lovely hotel, amazing roof top bar. Breakfast is good. Too many kids for my liking, I want to have a break from the sound of them. Thought this was an adults only hotel! Also was under the impression that you get free entry into Ibiza rocks party's but not true and the discount for staying here is only €5! They are the only 2 gripes, everything else was good.

Everything perfect except the cleaning service of the rooms, a lot of improvement. Tacky the "pressure" of this cleaning service for left the room, even from before the time fixed for the check out.

Rooftop pool and views are great. The Pesonal for the cocktails is an effort and is always friendly. The music and especially the acoustics is a great highlight on the rooftop pool. The location of the hotel is a little far away. Unfortunately the rooms are not so clean, the cleaning lady brings new long hairs to the room every day and makes only Spartan clean. The wooden floor in the room doesn't make it easy for the cleaning ladies, you don't see the dirt so well. Overall for the price a little too bad.

Excellent hotel. The only thing to improve is the efficiency in the service of check in and check out, it is the third time I stay at this hotel and always lost a lot of time waiting.

It's perfect x my needs. Large spaces, Ladder x lovely sea baths.

The communal areas are stunning, great music, views and vibes. Both pools and rooftop pool and bar are beautiful. Very good breakfast. Cons — Rooms are small however, wouldn't pay extra for club house rooms, same size only difference is view and tea, coffee facility and you get free shades and flipfops. No room service facility's so impossible to get food or drink past dinner, not even a vending machine. Staff were nice, but not overly helpful when looking for food out of hours. Would definitely go back to this hotel though.

Guests of. This hotel do not respect the integrity of those who live near and work, that is, a hotel that allows its guests to disturb others at 3.28 h in the morning.

I'm working on the reform of this hotel and although I have not tested it as a customer it looks good.

Because I, 17 times in the hotel PINET was that. Staff is very good the food also fly this year again there there.

Well good beach, quiet and good service.

A great experience for us. The hotel is superbly well located: feet in the water and the beach quite nice. Near bus stops calas them. Boat taxi to €2 50 that allows to go spend the evening of l other side of san antoni Bay. A lot more festive place where you can go for a drink at the bar mambo and enjoy the sunset. It should, however, go by bus or taxi after 21:30. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. The staff are friendly and the buffet at the restaurant very suitable: breakfast: pan succulent cakes, eggs bacon, churros, pastries… fresh fish every day, vegetables varied a treat. The rooms are well-equipped: strongly recommended with extra sea view. Extra bed 3 rd person suitable for a teenager. Very good stay again and thank you all.

In short I have liked, walk a lot, and the place is quiet.

A bit far from San Antonio Center.

with regard to the beach, I am simply delighted! — at our beach people from all over the San Antonio sought to arrive — the beach is clean, beautiful, clear blue sea. Sunbeds and umbrellas (charge — but we did not use. Quite have enough of their own towels or litter, well and, you can take sunbeds and pool free of charge (from the pool to the beach, go 15 seconds) and walk, swim in the sea from there — so in fact we do

towels change — if they throw off the floor

to get to the city Сан_антонио can be on a boat (every half hour) — is this case is 2.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I must advise anyone and everyone against staying at this hotel. The location of the room was on the tackier and louder side of San Antonio Bay. The first room my girlfriends and I stayed in was located across the street from a horrible Karaoke bar, infested with man eating ants and the a/c did not work. After refusing to stay in that room another night, the manager switched our rooms to an ocean view room filled with mosquitoes. The second room really was much nicer than the first and for a while we were really happy until the maid came a few days later to clean the room. While cleaning, she must have thought that she deserved a really fantastic tip because she stole 50 pounds from a friend and $100 from me, which total about $180 USA dollars or about 122 Euros. All and all you are better off, spending extra money and getting a bug free room where the maids don't steal from you.
