Went there to watch Craig David, highly recommend the balcony sofas if there is a group of you 8 or more! Well worth the money!

5 of us visited for 4 night last week and we had the best time ever. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Great daily music that was included in the price. Highly recommended.

Bad customer service, I have been waiting for a refund since August. I have been promised several times that I would be getting my money back but emails are bouncing back and lies are being told over the phone!

Loved it went to rudimental pool Party, gets quite busy but what a fantastic atmosphere. Want to stay at Ibiza rocks next trip to Ibiza.

The rudimental pool party was great fun. The drink prices were better than most. However the staff/bouncers were the friendliest out of all the places I went to.

I had a great time here. The room decor was not really my thing-who wants to see giant flys on their bed. Apart from that we had a nice corner room with a fridge. A big bonus is that there is security out front and you have free access to all the pool party's that they host. I would definitely recommend this place. The on site supermarket has absolutely everything you could need even down to nail polish remover! Prices were good too. Had a great time and would stay here again.

Today were on the pool of the party of the famous DJ MK in this hotel, where, like a magnet, attracted to the death of a fat young man from neighboring hotels and security quietly misses them. Very democratic face control, free shot pin a colada at the entrance. But then it's just hell. Thousands of teenagers in swimming trunks and bikinis near a tiny pool sip beer and cocktails, despite their age. Everyone stands in the swelter like herrings in a jar. The pool is surrounded by four white walls of the hotel, on the balconies of which also fun young. Very crowded, uncomfortable and stuffy. Really resembles a party in the student dormitory of Brezhnev's times. I think that having collected 40 euros from children for this regrettable get-together, the owners of the hotel earn excellent money. I don't recommend a visit to normal clubbers, a pathetic resemblance to the Hard Rock Hotel and Ushuai for youngsters. Even in a gift shop T-shirts in a similar style.

This hotel is amazing. We had a great stay here last week. The staff are nice and friendly will help with anything. The hotel is very well maintained for the amount of people who come though it. We will definitely be staying here again.

Its definitely a party hotel, so if you expect any sleep then you'll be very disappointed.

Went for the Ibiza Soca Festival and had a blast. The staff is great! Molly, in particular, was super friendly and always willing to answer any questions I had. The rooms are very clean and decent. Beds are very hard though. Will stay again next year!

We left a bottle of champagne in the room after check out. We came back 1h after and couldn't get it back because it was gone into found object. No report. If it had been a passport we would have returned it. In short, the customer is not respected. Can found better near the beach.

Rooms are a decent size. The team are very nice and try to do what they can to accomodate you. My room was a pool view (but not the main pool). Nonetheless the vibes was good.

Such a low budget hotel… No iron, microwave, room service nothing. You have to pay to rent the safe and to rent 1 of the 4 Irons for the 600 guest at the hotel lmao, and hope whoever rents it returns it so you can rent it next. A waste of money of you ask me. The staff — pleasant, Amenities — Poor, Location not the greatest since all the club parties were about 2-5 miles away. The beds are LOW, Thank GOD I walk with my own washcloth and towel they don't seem to use washcloths in the hotel at all. My so called Penthouse suite (lol) was not cleaned before we arrived however the towels were replaced. Good place if you have no standards when it comes to a room but not up to par with my standards. Thanks but I will not be returning.

A huge structure recommended as a base point for a holiday in Ibiza. In fact there are two pools where you can spend the day waiting for the night, in one of which is done in the afternoon the pool party. The rooms are large, clean and bright. Some are equipped with kitchen, perfect for those who do not want to spend a fortune. The only drawback is the location, not just Ibiza Ibiza (where there are the most famous places) but in San Antonio. Wifi to improve.

I don't know the rooms but the pool is brutal. A large common area with Jacuzzi and children's pool and adult.

Great hotel for young people, with swimming pool, gym, fields and spacious rooms.

I do not like the location or the overall atmosphere of the hotel, at least in summer, there are only young people who are partying 24h practically. As far as decoration and facilities are concerned, no downside, this very nice.

Good atmosphere but no air conditioning in the basic room and think it's wrong that when an event is on the prices of all food& drinks double. So a small pina coloda would cost u at least €16…

I love this hotel. I have not been in the rooms, but the location, the organisation of events that are made inside the enclosure, with their concerts to the side of the pool, until the mismisimos biffy clyro have played there for more than 3 times… is a youthful ambiance, I love it. Location and staff all very good. I've been to the concerts offered every Wednesday and Saturday throughout the summer. Very unique.

An excellent hotel with all the amenities you will need when you are on vacation in Ibiza. A very large main pool with a large stage, where there are excellent pool parties. It also has another pool quieter and away from the hustle and bustle of the main. The staff were very helpful. It also has a Shop and a very varied supermarket with the same prices as those in the city. The only "bad" is that you get caught and you find it hard to enjoy the rest of Ibiza. Highly recommended.

Craig David pool party was great. Not sure I could stay in the hotel with music almost 24/7. Great for a visit tho.

Over-rated I booked a stage view room, Room was dirty, bathroom door is a slide, which didn't close, the shower head broken, Dusty room, glass dirty, Its only good for the parties but apart from that is very dirty. To much money for rooms but don't understand its very poorly cleaned hygiene ratings 0

It was my first time in Ibiza and I was excited to stay at this hotel and see Craig David at the TS5 pool party at Ibiza hotel rocks. The rooms looked really modern and nice online on their website and I booked a Stage View Room. I was very disappointed with the room when I walked in. It did not look like the photos, totally beat up and dirty looking, and our "stage view room" was the furthest point away from the stage and you had to lean over the railing to see the stage. I did inquire about a room change, but I was told to come back later that night so the manager can confirm other rooms bookings. In the end we didn't pursue the change since we were only staying for 2 nights and didn't want to be a bother. My other complaints would be that music is on from 9:46AM-10:00 PM, so there is no way anyone could sleep in with that much music on, it's Ibiza, everyone went to bed at 4AM why is there music on at 9AM? Finally, the walls are paper thin! If there are people talking on their balcony or screaming in the halls you can hear everything in your room. Also, do not eat at the taco bar restaurant onsite! It is nasty, fake nacho cheese and the worst tacos, and I thought you could never mess up tacos! In terms of pros to staying at this hotel, I'd say it's a decent location and you do have the Ibiza rocks events included in your room.

Hotel was lovely, spacious and clean so on first impressions — great. Unfortunately though the staff were very unhelpful both at reception and in the restaurant, especially when checking out.

We were there to see Royal Blood, great venue, great atmosphere. DJ beforehand really got the crowd ready with plenty rock and indie tracks played. Food is basic but reasonably priced and for an Ibiza venue drinks were very affordable.

Location is great, seems to be near enough to everything. It makes a good base. Staff all seem friendly and happy to help. Room is clean and the bathroom is lovely. They're doing construction in the main pool so that's a no go area for us. We're only here for three nights and we got it super cheap being out of season. I imagine it gets pretty crazy in season!

As by expectations, good.

Choose your stay well and it ca feel like a festival in uk with Spanish weather.

Good place to see live acts around a pool. A very British audience but nothing wrong with that!

I had the time of my life here and met my future husband :)
