All inclusive: The hotel has an all inclusive formula with full board and therefore you can enjoy the bars and restaurants for free. As for the bars everything is OK as they are well provided, although at certain times there is the queue; As for the restaurant you can choose between buffet and à la carte restaurants. The latter are 3: one Mexican, one Italian (but it is as if it is not because it is always full) and a Mediterranean, so you have to book only the day before and from a certain hour to another, but only if you have already checked in. The result was therefore that the first day we could not take advantage of the à la carte dinner. Also you have to show up with pants under the knee and closed shoes (obviously in a beach hotel in Ibiza, in the summer, it is normal to dress like this, as at a gala evening). The Portofino-Mediterranean restaurant — had good stuff but made portions evidently thought exclusively for those who have to diet; Different speech to the Mexican restaurant which provided more abundant dishes but the fish was not of good quality, and by the way the waiters were also wrong to bring the dishes. The buffet restaurants offer many things to eat, good quality/decent but the waiters look at you literally on the plate and when they see that a person has already taken enough, they do not get away the opportunity to remove the dish.
Structure and location: The hotel is located at the end of Playa d'en Bossa with a fairly isolated location, 5 km from the airport, so there you have to arrive by taxi (the hotel shuttle is chargeable) at a cost of 10-15 €, has modern and spacious rooms, at least in the version Deluxe-but it did not have a jacuzzi as advertised on the site — and every bed has 5 pillows… but one hotter than the other, I miss you in Val Gardena. The result is that I had to sleep without a pillow to stay a little cool. But the worst flaw of the hotel is represented by the immense amount of families with children having an education like that of Tarzan, who scream continuously (even at night) and run for the premises of the hotel with the risk of finishing on someone.
Staff: In a structure of this size you can meet anyone: from the attendant of Franco Rosso with whom I made friends to the reception, who was "wrong" to ask us the tourist tax, loving to charge €30 instead of 13. However with the staff it is essential to talk to us on the spot because by mail does not end anything: they do unload barrel saying that you should not contact them but the "guest service" or they do not respond right or vaguely…
Conclusion: Resort made especially on the needs of families with children rude, who want to enjoy the beach front hotel and the all inclusive. Luckily Ibiza is not (only) this.
