Even if externally, as many accommodation facilities in the area, you notice the signs of the time, internally in this building there was a maintenance activity and renovation that has improved the housing Units. These have efficient windows, working systems and adequate furniture. The kitchen-living room is of pleasant appearance and equipped with all the necessary accessories and Appliances. The bathroom is modern and elegant; As tradition the bidet is missing and unfortunately also the regulator knob in the shower but it is equipped with a modern rainfall showerhead. Some buildings hide in large part the view of the sea, very close, at least from the terraces of the first 2/3 Floors. These last develop in discrete length even if not very wide and are equipped with table and two Chairs.
