Lovely apartment hotel — within easy reach of the airport. Staff team really brilliant. Lots of partying youngsters but the rooms are really well built so once you are inside it's all very quiet. Beautiful view out to sea, and everything super clean.

The hotel staff are very forgetful and uncoordinated. We kindly requested towels be sent to our room on 2 occasions and had to remind them one more time on each occasion. They don't have AC in The hotel lobby and general area and elevator. We find the staff to be unpleasant, stressed & understaffed. We had to wait 15 minutes in the reception area to request pool towels and they want €20 deposit per towel. The location is great. The price is ok. There are plenty of other great options. If you're looking for good staff service then look elsewhere if you only care about having a room in Ibiza then this will work out.

Great Hotel In a beautiful area near the old town of Ibiza, very clean and comfortable rooms and the staff of reception, restaurant and bar very helpful and professional. The apartments have an amazing view of the sea, with three fantastic pools and excellent music on the terrace, the Wi-Fi works great!
The environment is serene and the buffet of breakfast and dinner is complete and delicious. I recommend it to everyone!

Amazing breakfast and dinner. Great view of the ocean. Room service cleans your room everyday and tickets for the clubs are sold every day in the front lobby for a cheaper price than the entrance price at the club.

Best hotel in Ibiza in my opinion. Great value for money, all areas very clean. Booked this hotel only 2 hours before arriving, check-in quick and easy, very friendly staff, food was great. Hotel on sea front, lovely beach 5 minutes walk, lots of bars and good eateries all around. Comfortable beds with very clean bedsheets. All staff, reception, bar, restaurant was really nice. The Wi-Fi was working very well. I recommend it.

We were here for the first time and we are mostly satisfied. The entire complex is clean and well maintained, the staff all very friendly and accommodating simply a little paradise. The restaurants should definitely be used! Highly recommended and any time again! Excellent Wi-Fi.

Impressive location and the best staff especially the guest manager Oana she is the best person for this position. She made our holiday much easier and nicer. I would like to go back because we had an amazing time at this hotel. I highly recommended it!

Perfecte to spend a weekend with friends. Clean, spacious and with breakfast included, varied, correct. We stayed for two nights, the staff was very helpful. The last day, despite having to leave the room at 12:00, we were allowed to keep our suitcases in the trunk, swim in the pool and left us towels and showers, until 15:00 in the afternoon, we had to go to catch the plane.

Pretty much a happening place as you can expect being in Ibiza, lifts are bit too small though Rooms were good enough n well maintained.

We made the reservation for three adults. Two beds very nice and a sofa bed that left a lot to be desired… The best your situation on foot to sea. Very friendly people.

Excellent location really well stocked only complaint we were gone in a couple with another couple there was no couch bed it was a folding bed with a couch next door so my couple of friends had to sleep separate only downside of the trip recommend to people Who leave like us to take the 2 bedroom apartment.

We met on honeymoon, did not have a gesture of attention, we were charged everything in advance, very noisy, zero family, the elevators did not work, the room dirty, the bathroom was covered.
More than a Hotel, it is a bust of low quality and charge like a 5 star.
Not taking gut references, or other traveler's forums, is all lies and this payment. I hope this claim is published, which in others did not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Pretty good location, 25 min walk from downtown but there is a bus stop that takes you, very close to the hotel. We went in October and parking was easy on all the commuting we did, in high season I guess there will be more problems. The pool area is great!
We attended David at the front desk which was majisimo and made very good recommendations!

Very good reception. The apartment in perfect condition and overlooking the sea. Definitely if we go back to Ibiza we will stay with them.

Very well located, 100 meters from a supermarket, 5 minutes from 2 Beaches H restaurant area.
We loved it!

We found the hotel suited all our needs, beds where comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers with great water pressure, fridge full size and aircon (no charge) and safe with key €10 refundable deposit. There was also a kitchenette which we did not use. Staff front desk always available, and very helpful. Found the whole hotel clean, rooms cleaned every day with new towels. Hotel is about a 15/20 minute walk to the strip / Ushuaia / HI All rooms are sea view, plenty of sunbeds and two pools. Breakfast was the usual English and continental choice, with the food being of a good standard. Would stay again.

Everything is perfect! The staff wonderful, the apartment tidy and clean, maybe it would need a refurbished but not affect negativamentesulla my experience. It is very convenient to go anywhere, nice pool area. Recommended!

Clean the rooms very late and if you eat at the apt always come when you are eating or when resting after eating. In the kitchen of the apt had neither dessert spoons and very little kitchenware. The people by the night when it becomes a party weapon much fuss.

Overall very good. Clean, friendly staff, good location and nice view. There were missing small things, that would not be expensive for the hotel to add but that do make a different such as a towel rake in the bathroom (we were 3 people and the two little holes and hanger in the bathroom were simply not enough to hang towels), some tea and coffee, basic condiments such as salt and pepper. Please switch off the music at least at one of the pools! When you have been partying all night you do not want more club music blasting at you. At the very minimum, turn the volume down and choose chill music — not more club music!

I have been for the third time in this hotel, I have always found it good. This year unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, from the first day we entered. Floors greasy glazing of the windows unacceptable, asked several times to the cleaning ladies to clean the glass, but answered always that they had no time. So we got armed with glassex and rags and we cleaned the room, because it really sucked everywhere, not to mention the kitchen, even cleaning them accurately made by US customers. I forgot we want to talk about the refrigerator? With the price I paid and being a 3 star superior hotel, it didn't seem the case.

I dont know how to start… It was more than a holiday and more than a hotel for me… I wasn't expecting to meet such friendly and respectful staff in a hotel… all the team was amazing… I must thank them for their shining eyes and devoted acts to set up our holiday… i felt my self at home but with a big and enjoyable family… so I am sure that I will be there next year… Thanks with my deepest pleasure :)

Great structure. Excellent location to reach the city center and the center of Playa d'en Bossa. You can relax tranquilizer in the pool with a breathtaking view of the old town and the rest of the bay. Staff very friendly and ready to listen to you at any time. Inside the hotel you can buy tickets for the disco at the special counter.

The location is good-half an hour from ibiza centre by walk and 20 minutes of beach walking Den Bossa, but it is a hotel more for young people, noisy and the room 118 overlooking the pool and partial because there is a tree that obscures the view of the sea. The furniture is so basic that there was no spoon for the eggs or bottle opener. Also has microwave and breakfast cups look like tea. The electric stove worked poorly, a lot of heat when cooking because it is inside. You do not have table where lay the things in the kitchen. The television worked poorly.

Apartments totally refurbished. With a fresh and modern style, and a design highlight. With swimming pool, bar and boutique. Terrace with unparalleled views of the sea and the walls of the city.

We had a lovely stay which started with a helpful and friendly welcome on arrival. The staff throughout were great. The hotel structure is a bit dated and worn but the rooms were clean. The pool areas were new updated, clean and high quality. Breakfast was good but maybe could have included some variety through the week. Views to the sea from this hotel are spectacular.

Not sure how this hotel received 4 stars as the shortfalls are numerous. First, the Wi-Fi is terrible only working on occasion in the rooms. Second, I have been here 3 days and on 2 of them they ran out of beach towels. In addition you must leave a 20 Euro deposit. I ended up going to store and bought my own. Third, I asked for iron again 20 euro deposit however they had none available. Fourth, although I rented an apartment the fridge is small and doesn't have ice. I asked front desk and was told to buy ice at supermarket. Fifth, the safe in room does not have code you need key and guess what you need to leave deposit of 10 euro. As we speak key is not working as I attempt to open safe. Sixth, room service is basically staff making your bed and bringing new towel. No toiletries nor do they clean dish or cup in sink. Seventh, a somewhat dated decor in room. For the high price they charge accommodations should be better. On a positive note all the staff are very pleasant.

I only tried breakfast, plenty of choice as long as you don't get off too late.
Breakfast served only from 8 a. M. In my opinion, too late for those who want to leave early to "hunt" of coves to discover!
A bit rowdy (many companies of young boys who fall drunk early in the morning from the nightclubs-is located very close, 2km, from Playa den Bossa), but it depends not on the hotel staff!

Very good value for money overall. Very friendly and helpful staff (also speaks Italian). Clean and spacious rooms with large beds. Comfortable pools and great bar service. Excellent area, half way between the city and the beach of Playa d'en Bossa. Recommended for young groups who want to have fun and for families.

Great location, only 20 minutes walk from the center. Sea at 5 minutes but neglected beaches. Professional staff prepared, correct, available. All the apartments with wonderful sea views. A particular applause to Mrs. Amelia of the reception for her extreme availability and in the resolution of the problem we had with the failure to transfer to the airport departing and very important her excellent knowledge of the Italuana language, a More gear for customers who do not speak English or Spanish, as specified in the languages spoken at the hotel. We are very happy with the short holiday though but we promised to return. Nearby so many restaurants for all budgets and quality.

Our experience was pleasant, great deal. It cleaning of them rooms perhaps are a little deficient, since us touched a room that lost a little of water by the toilet whenever dropped of the cistern and smelled all the while to orin, the cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen very poor. Room 225.

There is no much variety in breakfast and is repetitive.

I'm sorry we're not entirely satisfied because the structure has a nice location but by whether your property is kept not very well, needs major upgrades in the rooms and common areas. What is most distressing is the place to send guests to shower after check-out toiletries, turns it into a discourtesy. I'm not a person who loves luxury but not adapting too isn't my style when I pay a price that requires better services.

Much better than I expected double bedroom apartment with great view. Only criticism would be lack of bedside light in small bedroom and in sitting room (minor point)

I loved my stay at the aparthotel Jabeque Soul, the location is good and the view from the balcony is gorgeous!
The rooms and corridors are very clean, the staff very friendly, smiling and always met my expectations.
I will stay again on my next visit to Ibiza.

The day we arrived, trash was still filled with the previous customers. Understaffed at reception, service and very poor care, the kindness of one of the receptionists was absent.
We ask for late check-out, paying the service ahead of time, but the day of the departure could not enter the room because the cards were blocked at 11 pm when we had paid up to 18 h. Missing cards "Do not disturb" in the room, cleaning maids came while we were sleeping. Apart from these details, my stay was good.

Perfect location. Friendly and efficient staff. It would improve the equipment of the bed of the dining room that had no bedspread or funda nordica. The refrigerator is noisy and annoying at night.

A really nice otel fabulous.

An excellent place to stay given its close proximity to the beach and other facilities. This was my first visit to Ibiza and therefore the Jabeque played an important part in my initial experience. Our group (6) all live in Albir/Altea in Alicante and were unsure what we would find. What made the hotel even more special, was the little Italian bar directly opposite. Fab. Thank you one and all for making our trip a pleasant and memorable one.

The hotel is good. Good location. Good breakfast. Not good Internet! On the reception Tatyana is the best.

Good value for money. You won't get more for less in Ibiza. The rooms could be better but you're not really going to be spending much time in them. The pools and outdoor bar are awesome. Breakfast is a bit half-hearted but it's not included in the price so you can easily just go to a nearby cafe. Awesome sea views.

Great value for the money. OK, it's not a five star hotel, but the conditions are very good for the money. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 other friends. The apartment had a sea view, air-conditioning, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a bathtub. The living room of the apartment is spacious and has a sofa that can be used as a bed. There is also a small balcony with a table and chairs. Service at the reception differs, some receptionists are kind and eager to help, others are rather grumpy. They speak manageable English (you're in Spain in the end). There is a nice swimming pool outside with sun beds. Their location is perfect in my opinion. It is located between the Playa d'en Bossa and Figueretes, within 5 min walking distance to both of them.

These apartments are situated in a noisy area, poolside hammocks broken, dirty water, no encendian treatment plant, clean rooms very bad, very bad and insufficient food without any variety. It is not nothing recommendable even though we believe that it is cheap since not exixte professionalism by employees, mostly employees of the restaurant.

We have just came back may 23 5 2009 from staying at the jabeque apartments and it is not any good if you are english it is is very poor food and is only good if you are from italy who they only cater for I we have stayed at the jabeque before about 4 years ago and it was very good but now it as been taken over it is not good they also have very young people in who party all night and you can not sleep I would say do not stay there we will never again we would never try to put people off it is bad do not book if looking a happy holiday.
