Basic place, nice stuff. For the price acceptable. Ask for a room change if your mattress if uncomfortable.

Very nice and big. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful everything! I forgot to take more pictures of the place. But it was all spotless!

Upon arrival, we already found the friendliness and smile of the staff at the front desk. This promises, good atmosphere, nice people and great and clean facilities; Good price. They also have a great electric scooter rental service. Highly recommended.

Because it has a nice view, close to the center and there are also local and small shops nearby.

Excellent, strategic location, near airport, central walk you reach the pedestrian area of the marina and walk to the beach area of Les Figueretes and Platja d'en Bossa.
Also area where you can also take the ferry to Formentera. As far as the property all very well looked after and the staff polite and helpful, in my case especially Mr. Rares which made everything simpler. Thank you, thank you. I forgot a beautiful pool and also a nice sea view.

A little surprised when asked 15 euros a day. For the hotel parking.

It lacks enough soundproofing and the cleanliness of the floor was not good. The bathroom was very good and the location was excellent.

We stayed two nights and the truth is that the apartment was better than we thought. We wanted a fair place to sleep as the idea was to visit the island in the three days we had and the truth is that we would have liked to have more time to enjoy the pool they have, even with housekeeping we were super happy.

I'm still here. No surprises (for now) on prices. Out of the way but easily accessible from the center of Ibiza. Breakfast 4 stars Clean good only neo was not attached to the sink suffered by the staff. Pool large enough clean and served but I think in full season definitely insufficient. Now the first of April is full if sunny day (Easter)

Good location, good breakfast, big rooms but dirty sheets and blankets stained no type of soundproof heating not present there is only air conditioning for summer, bathroom without window and no area, bidet present but inaccessible Because it stuck between the wall and the useless cabinet of the washbasin.

Very helpful and friendly staff! 24 hour front desk, which was nice because my flight was very delayed. Kitchenette with a microwave, two burner cook top, mini fridge, and sink. Other amenities included a lockbox, ironing board and iron, and a hair dryer. Beds are not the greatest but I slept well. Fairly quite, if you are a light sleeper bring headphones or earplugs, as there are some loud party goers that you can hear in the hallways. The hotel is very close to the ocean, although there is no beach nearby, just a rocky shore line. It's about a mile walk to the main parts of ibiza town. It you want an ocean view be sure to request one during booking and if they have it they'll give it to you. I would recommend this place.

There was No elevator. The rest great!

Too noisy. The mattresses are stuck in the legs, the kitchen is "old" with a rather scarce endowment (I had no coffee). The sink faucet was badly subject. The cistern closed badly and it kept ringing…
The neighbor of the 210 has embittered the stay with its music and its conversations at the many hours of the morning (we complain at the reception). … etc in favor very friendly staff. Correct cleaning. Good location. Good price.

The staff at the front desk found Majísimo. Attentive at all times and looking for how to help me and make the stay easier. No doubt they deserve a 10. Then the cleanliness of the whole resort was superb and the facilities wonderful. Good location and close to the hotel.

I would go back to the hotel certainly although I will say it would be convenient to install more outlets since in our room we were two people, with a total of four electronic devices (cameras and mobiles) and there were only three plugs and one of them located Next to the sink which is not very safe… In addition to this, the door to the room gave us problems on several occasions because sometimes it closed and others did not. Finally, the kitchen heated very little then Perdiamo time to make the meal. Despite this, it is worth highlighting a service both reception and extraordinary cleanliness; The proximity to the centre of Ibiza and the views to the sea. I hope this will improve for future occasions. Greetings.

A fairly comfortable apartment even though the bedding is not very nice. No VMC in the bathroom so poor ventilation and the door very lively warped. The furniture is little moved for housekeeping due to lack of time for housekeepers so not top clean… drawers of the dresser sales. Housekeeping team very friendly, smiling and responsive. I was with my children in the room 339 just stuck to the elevator and it was unpleasant as bad soundproofing. Pool area and sea view very nice.

All very well. Except the cleanliness of the rooms. In five days they just made the bed and changed the towels. They did not clean or barred anything.

Very nice and strategic location, for whatever you want to do (beach, bars, restaurants, historic center, buses/taxis to go to parties). Spacious room with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Excellent breakfast. Good pool area. Hotel for adults. Excellent choice in Ibiza, I would definitely go back.

I booked in January for September holiday and asked for sea view which we got. The service at reception was fabulous and welcoming. Staff were multilingual and always helpful. Security day and night ensured high spirits were kept under control and we felt very secure having a free safe to use in room. The air con was free too and excellant. Finding a welcome package of washing up liquid, soaps, shower gel and a working iron plus board and toaster was fabulous. Towels changed regularly, bins emptied daily and beds stripped once in one week was great service but don't expect that if you laze around in bed all day with do not disturb on door! Pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds available. Tropical gardens was great value for money.

Excellent accommodation at a very good price. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Some of the free services (room safe, Wi-Fi, pool towels etc) would not be found at hotels of a higher star rating An evening bar and some entertainment would have made it perfect.

Staff were pleasant and efficient, accommodation and public areas were inline with the hotel rating. No Shower gel in bathroom for 2 days and unable to replace despite been requested. None in the hotel apparently.

Fabulous location for exploring Ibiza town, (15 minute walk) beaches and surrounding resorts. Great pool area, large pool (bigger than expected) plenty of sun loungers, occasional live music by pool, very clean and tidy. Anita on reception was brilliant, very helpful, knowledgable and gave great advice, thank you. Room needed a little attention, kitchen cupboard door, hob. Shower fixing would have reported to reception if our stay was longer otherwise spacious room, clean, large balcony,. Overall fabulous stay, we would return.

Hotel is located in nice area. I dont have any objection. People who works in resort were very nice and helpful. All the best to staff.

We had a great stay. The hotel is fine and has all the equipment you need. Staff was very nice and helpful answering our questions on transportation on the island etc. Nice pool, however, the music was a bit too loud during the day.

Do not stay here. I wish someone had given my wife and I that advice before booking here. We came to Ibiza for our honeymoon and expected the rooms to be modest but didn't mind because of the close proximity to the beach. When we arrived our room was not ready which should've been a sign because when we arrived in our room it was dirty. We stayed for the first night even though the walls are paper thin. We literally heard the person's cellphone vibrating next door whenever they got calls and texts. The last straw was being woken up early the next morning by drills and hammering. We were told it would last for 20 minutes and gave them the benefit of the doubt only returning after the continuous noise 2 hours later! I wish I could upload our recording so you could hear this is no exaggeration. The staff then agreed to move us to their sister hotel Panoramic. This was a great gesture but again the room was dirty. 1. There was hair on the bed and pillows 2. The toilet seat had urine marks 3. The final straw here — a bug ran across the floor. We hoped it was the only one and then a tick was resting on our pillow while we were in the bed (again, wish we could share pics) We have now been moved to another one of their sister hotels Tropical Garden and again the is hair in the bed along with stains. Needless to say we are no longer in the honeymoon mood and only wish to go home after spending our hard earned money with complete regret.

We stayed in a studio flat for four nights. The place is easy to find, very close to both Figueretas beach and also Ibiza old town & castle. There is a parking nearby and a parking for scooters right in front of the entrance, which is perfect if — like us — you will rent one to go around the island! Our little apartment was very well kept, very clean, and everything was working. The bathroom was new and very nice. There is a swimming pool in the building, very well kept and surrounded with super comfy beds and also a ping pong and a pool table! Staff was great and super helpful. They also have a room where you can keep your luggage after checking out.

Everything perfect. In reception perfect treatment and the double room perfect. You can not ask for more. Thanks a lot.

Friendly and very capable. We have been featured a few restaurants where we ate tapas and paella. Perfect location to reach the center of Ibiza and the sea. Very spacious room and decent bathroom. Daily towel change. I highly recommend it to anyone. Great choice!
