Wonderful friendly staff, excellent food and service.

Back at el pilar with sue again the past week. Again, cant fault anything — staff so friendly and helpful, Francesca and her lovely smile plus all the bar, catering and all the team.

The perfect location, view and staff.

Just had 10 days here. This is the 4th year here and back out again in September. Staff are great, cleaners constantly cleaning doing a great job. Rooms (in new building) are bright clean and spacious. The grounds, pool, sea view terrace is always clean and very relaxed. Highly recommend to couples, families and single travellers. Love you El Pinar.

A great hotel with beautiful views of Cala Llonga inlet and beach. El Pinar must be one of the first hotels here, a nice size unlike the over development since on the north side. A hotel of 2 halves with all inclusive in the east block and self catering in the west, ideal for families or couples that don't want the 24 hour party on offer in San antoinio. Pay extra for a 'sea view', it's worth it!

Great location just off the beach. Nice clean apartments. Lovely staff and good pool area. Swim on the right side of the sea to see lots of fish.

Location very nice and well located but leaves much to be desired in the cleanliness of the rooms nn c'it is often the change of bed linen, wi fi, nn function nn has feature X to cook as there are pots.

Amazing location. One bedroomed apartment overlooking the sea. Idyllic after a day on the beach which is a minute walk. Ideal family holiday.

Fantastic location, very clean and friendly helpful staff, air conditioned rooms cleaned daily local shops with good choice and not to expensive, we will certainly be coming back 2019.

Lovely Place — really great staff and well equipped, very clean good facilities, the apartments just big enough, the kitchenettes basic but functional, the TV has a good range of satellite channels — this is perfect for families and is very conveniently located right on the beach — restaurant serves good food and is reasonably priced & the hotel is also near many other good restaurants — the Wi-Fi is free but intermittent however I did manage to get Wi-Fi in our room which was unusual. Definitely will come back here and might have that meal packages included next time as it did look good.

It's a lovely hotel and lovely staff but the internet/Wi-Fi is very stupid and and weird.

2 years ago I stayed there with my wife and my daughters. We rented an apartment, only accommodation.
The experience was great. The apartment super clean with the pool behind and the beach a few meters away.
At night there was peace and quiet.
Friendly staff no, next.
Very good mojitos.
The restaurant also, we ate a day of charter with a view of the cove for a more than reasonable price (then they say that Ibiza is expensive).
One night we ordered pizzas which they also did (very good) and we ate them in the terrace of the apartment.
We'll see each other again. Highly recommended.

We are going again this yr it's fab and it will be our 5 th visit, in a row, perfect hotel in every way.

Fantastic place everything on doorstep. Really clean and everything you need. Down half a dozen steps and your on beech.

The views one pass though the facilities need updating and modernization. The workers very friendly and attentive.

Good clean hotel with the option for all inclusive. We tried the food and it was well cooked with plenty of choice at the buffet. Cocktails at the bar are good value. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Amazing view across the bay.

Been here one week hotel ok easy walk to shops and bars room is nice but not once has my sheets been changed or the floor swept clean towels everyday beds made.

Lovely place, very quiet, but suited me, the apartments are lovely and clean (only negative water pressure not great on 4th floor) the staff are lovely, the beach is lovely and great if u have kids as its shallow enough to walk out quite a bit.

Totally going back there. It truly ticks all the boxes of delightfulness. The staff are friendly and very hard working until very late at night. The apartment is huge, clean and beds made each day and towels changed. The pool and loungers are great. Loads of resturants to choose from around the bay and El Pinar hotels itself is either self catering or all inclusive to suit all budgets and their food is tasty and very reasonable. The SOS resturant down the road I found a tad over-priced for what you get and the other resturants around do the same job — cheaper! Everything on your doorstep. The ferry is daily to nearby towns and other beaches for as little as 12€ and worth the experience. A delight to wake up to each morning! Thank you X.

Excellent place to stay and very peacefull plenty of resturants and a very chilled place.

Wouldn't stay here again, Wi-Fi is unreliable, rooms not properly cleaned, kitchenettes in dire need of modernization. Customer service and attention at its lowest — you need to chase the manager around the hotel if you need to speak to him — should be the contrary.

Wifi is excellent in the reception but is not the best around the rest of the hotel. The staff are polite and there are brilliant views around the whole hotel. They host many fun games during the evening and *most* staff speak English and Spanish. I would highly recommend to go to this hotel for about a week because its a perfect relaxing holiday :)

Where do you start, for families or couples who want to relax and eat/drink well the el pinar is perfect, down the hill are several top eateries as well which serve delicious food at reasonable prices.

Prime location in Cala Llonga. Great hotel/apartments with fantastic views of the beach. Good self catering facilities. Definitely a place worth going back to.

For several years we stayed at another resort. Then four years ago, while on an ferry, we sailed in to Cala Llonga, and we immediately fell in love with the place. El Pinar, as described by others is just wonderful. Prime location, friendly staff and clean rooms. No faults from us. Would suit all age groups as it is mostly on the flat. Transport by bus, road train or water taxi to Santa Eulalia, and Ibiza town is easy and very affordable. All in all, a perfect holiday destination.

Comfortable rooms kept very clean. Good bar and take away food. A bit steep on drink prices. 30 second walk from an amazing beach. Oh and just a note FANTASTIC STAFF.

Very nice and familiar treatment. Aparthotel preferred to rest from the hustle and bustle of Ibiza city. Good pool and good cheap restaurant. In first-line of beach.
