Very Rural and rustic but charming… Good value for money and excellent location. Family atmosphere and very nice the best the staff… Close and helpful special agardecimiento to its contribution to the diffusion and promotion to the way of Santiago El Chico from the south of the island to Santiago de los Caballeros de la Villa de Galdar to the northwest of Gran Canaria as historical, religious and cultural.

A very professional welcome, a superb geographical location (viewpoint a few steps), a refuge with common part and individual rooms (group or family). The hotel was very well equipped and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend the place.

It is a Shelter, a phenomenal and unique. The nature ingreible, you want to know this site better you go to the home of john and jane, persons responsible, good, canaries! Do you want to know about Gran Canaria from the truth! You're going there. Rooms are from budget to superior, depends what you want. Breakfast home of each thing there is something and more that I liked are the products of the peoples of gran canaria, bread (sandwiches way canary), cream, churizo of village terror, ham, cheese, alli, gaetas canaries. Not the massa that is important, it is the quality! 5 Stars not sirben when nadir to work with curazon and professionalidad, there cheaper but as at home this is a unique site for us, A blaser, known to the two, 2 People special for you come as a customer and feel when you leave as a friend! This place has been something special for us! People who run a hotel like a lifestyle, they do it out of conviction. And it is worth telling you about your work and the hotel. It is a "refugio". In Spain a simple house. It has some extras therefore it is now a small hotel. Pool, tea service, pastries (provided free). The rooms from simple to slightly upscale. Those who stay here do not come to stay in the room, the guest enjoys the nature, the tranquility, the unique, not mass tourism! If you want to get to know Gran Canraia properly, you've come to the right place! Breakfast products directly from the villages next door, in every village above Gran Canaria, can be eaten well. Car necessary. The hotel has Canary products at breakfast, here the quality, not the mass convinces, it is also thought of the small businesses, Gran Canaria is presented, simply great. Support it, go to small hotels like Juana and Juan! Juan and Juana, incredibly great people, always helpful, they make every guest feel special! Unique beautiful experience for us! Thank you very much for being a guest of you and for finally knowing the true Gran Canaria ;)

Very good quality. Friendly restaurant, very good food, value for money a tad expensive, but the food is quality. Recommended. €30 per person approx.

We stayed there for one night and payed in advance for our stay. As we arrived, the owner asked for our credit card for a security deposit. Only back home we realized he charged us again for the same night. A mistake that can happen to everyone. However, it is unacceptable he never replied to our mails making him aware of his mistake… if it really was a mistake and not on purpose! We never got the money back. I recommend to avoid this hotel at all cost.

Obsolete needs a lot of work. The reception was very good.

Very basic nice hosts limited food rooms need updating.

Positive: Good location and good breakfast.
Negative: The hotel is not bad, it's just a bit expensive as it's a few years old.

It'S lacking in maintenance. The photos you see on The Internet are misleading, they are edited to look good. Especially the entrance with the pool. Room in the loft very basic. Scale Taps, poor and shabby lighting (a fluorescent tube peeled on top of a wall), the bed is a wooden plate on the floor with a spring mattress that you can count when you lie down, because you feel each one of them in your body.
It could Be improved a lot, with little.
It'S too expensive for what it is.
It'S a pension room.
It's clean, the environment is the highlight. The attention is good too.

Nice hotel in a hiking area. Only 2 hotels on a crossroad, it is not a village. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good. Enough parking space. There are rooms under the roof which are small, not like the pictures on the internet. There is an area with couches and sofas where you can relax, read a book, play a game and make some (free) tea. The pool is way smaller than it seems like on the pictures. Overall good experience mainly because of the friendly staff.

There is No two without three… wonderful paradise, with lovely people, these the hands of Juana for cooking, this treatment attentive of Juan Manuel, beautiful place to relax and assess what is essential in life and enjoy every moment… thank you.

An ideal place to relax and unwind.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The couple who owns the place is absolutely lovely (as are most locals in Tejeda). We spent a lot of time chatting with them. The location is the best. Just 5 min walk uphill for a view of the sun setting behind Tenerife. Unforgettable. If you're looking for 5 star accommodations this is not your hotel. The rooms are adapted in a big house. Showering was not so comfortable. But we still felt at home. Everything was clean and well organized. We are coming back more times for sure.

Internet bandwidth was problematic. The owner is very helpful. Our room was at the lower end of what I consider acceptable. Overall decent value for money.

Overpriced compared with Parador next door. Very friendly but overall in need of renovation and repairs. Wi-Fi in rooms non existent. Tiny pool. Poor breakfast. TV Signal out. Etc etc.

Okay-ish place, but not worth the money. We were rather disappointed by the old, dark and noisy rooms, while the service was not overwhelming as well…

We had a room below the roof, which resulted that I could not stand straight in the room.

A special place to spend the night and enjoy the surroundings.

Authentic Canarian hospitality! Lovely hotel in the green with nice garden and pool. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean with wooden furniture in typical Canarian style. The owners are very friendly, the meals genuine and tasty. Cruz de Tejeda, is reachable by bus and is a great location for hiking across scenic landscapes of pine forests and rock fields. Either you come here to relax and connect with nature, or to explore the center of the island, this hotel is a great choice!
