Stayed for last week of November, absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful, hotel really clean and fantastic location, 1 min from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Unfortunately, you can hear when someone is walking or flushing water in a room above you, which is problematic during the night when you try to sleep. Also Wi-Fi is not available everywhere, so it’s better to assume that you won’t have internet in your room — otherwise you might be very disappointed. However, the price is very good, so you might consider this option.

All very well, great hotel. Clean, spacious, good linen and towels, modern air conditioning, good internet. The beach is visible from the window.

Near the beach Palmas de Gran Canaria. All old. It was to be expected. But it has a modern TV. Although far from the bed, at least in my room. It struck me that they included needle, threads and buttons in a little pack along with soaps and gels. The reception's fine, I can't complain. The room clean as well as bed sets. In Madrid I was in a 3 star one as well and had hair sheets. It was good to sleep here.

The most noteworthy thing is the attention and friendliness of all the staff, especially the front desk. Daily cleaning. Very good value for money. Double glazing in windows and comfortable beds for a good rest. Next to the beach. Totally recommendable.

Downtown. Little more to add. Proper site and treatment. It was only one night. Ideal for a quick visit to the city. Very close to the beach.

It'S The worst hotel I've ever been in, it cost about €60 night with breakfast, breakfast included a juice and a muffin, all super rats could not be repeated and you were hungry, you can not park in the area you have to go 20 min walk to park (white area) and the Parking of the hotel you were charged for part. At The price of gold, the room is smaller than it actually shows. Regarding the gels and shampoos you were given a consumable sachet of 10 ml/day are rats even for soap that had no soap dispenser, in order for the Wi-Fi to work you need to make a complicated protocol and once off the mobile is unconfigured the "views" were to a wall and When you arrive you don't get any information if you don't ask for it, the spring bed pretty worn and uncomfortable and the best the location area was in the north of the island where it is always raining and bad weather, so you could not enjoy the beach you had near…, Despite having paid the first night with Booking we were forced to pay immediately the rest of nights so that people do not discover the scam and do not leave. It Would Be A good hotel if it will cost 30 €/night and have 2 stars.

We liked it very much and the value for money is phenomenal, in our case included breakfast and they serve it in the bar next door, it's nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It lacks improvement in small details but I recommend the hotel. It is also very well located.

Very central and 2 mins from the beach, 5 mins from catalina park.

It was the worst decision we made when we decided to stay on this site.
We went through the English court and thought naively that this fact guaranteed us a quality, good care and good service.
To our big surprise: "It was quite the opposite" noises, little hygiene and a half-attention.

We were very happy with the hotel Verol.
It has a very good location: just a few minutes to Las Canteras beach, many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, the Santa Catalina Bus station is within 10 minutes walking distance.
You notice that the hotel is a bit older, but our room was in a very good condition and it was very clean.
Compared to other hotels of the same category, rooms and bathrooms were generously sized.
Very friendly staff at the reception.
Only drawback: The house is very noisy.
Those who are sensitive to this should choose a different hotel.
Otherwise we can recommend the hotel.

Urban Hotel in the area of Santa Catalina Square, halfway between the pier and the quarries. An ideal location for both business travellers and those who want to sightsee from the city centre.
A very good hotel located, clean, economical and comfortable with a wide commercial and leisure offer around it.
There is free Wi-Fi in the rooms and air conditioning.
You will miss a bottle of welcome water in the room, as other hotels do.

You are half a block from the beach and downtown so no downside. It has an agreement with the parking corner and you will get something more economical. The rooms do not have sea views, but you should go to another and paying a zero more to the right. It is a very good option to rest and ready. Includes breakfast. The attention is excellent.

Good price and is usually clean (so far has always been immaculate… this time you see Q cleaned in a hurry…).

To be avoided. I stayed booking from booking, confident of photos, here for one night. The rooms are small, there were three of us, I had booked a triple and found myself in a small, double, with an added bed. In the bathroom there were si 3 large towels, but only two small. There was only one electrical outlet near the bed, to load the three cell phones I had to detach the table lamp and the television. The property is old and the rooms would be to be "accommodated". My room overlooked the side street and at 5in, with the washing streets really impossible to sleep, as I did see the washing streets? I had to open the window because the windows were dirty to suck. Absolutely to avoid, with 80 euros for one room only night, it is definitely better. I could have figured it out in a 1 or 2 star, but this hotel sells with 3 stars but for the room I spent last night it looks like they took them from the stars.
On the other hand, the receptionist welcomed us well and speaks Italian. Still avoid it.

The best location for a great unexpensive price and comfortable rooms. Next to the Playa de las Canteras.

We stayed here for a night. The hotel is clean, you beds were comfortable, the mattresses were not well located, but for some it was a bit hard. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was quite simple, but for €5 absolutely acceptable. The hotel is centrally located and both standing and happy are within a few minutes reach. We would definitely book again.

Excellent hotel staff, a shame the cafeteria they have next door where they offer through them food services and drinks. A real disaster both in the attention of the super rude staff as in the poverty and scarcity of services.
The Verol Hotel would win more guests if you join a nearby coffee shop like doing many other hotels that do not have that service inside the hotel.
Otherwise very well there is access for handicapped.

Simple, very basic for 3 stars, but it has a good situation a few meters from the quarries. Horrible to get parking in the vicinity.

The room service painful this year I kambian the sheets when they kieren and sweep akella way, the front desk people 10 and the guy colored maintenance spectacular everything I loved less the cleaning and the new people at the bar have nothing to do with those of last year.

Good value, basic hotel but very close to beach.

Nice and clean … aircon excellent staff very helpful… just if you are expecting a quiet room you might not get it as kept awake from people on the street till 4am plus you can hear the maids cleaning the rooms and moving furniture so not alot of soundproofing but excellent for just one night.

Room was quite big, tgr only but was the humidity (expected from the ocean being that close) and the sound insulation.

I leave immediately with the negative note that does not give me the 5 stars: the restaurant to which the hotel rests to offer the plans of half board and full board. Avoid it waiter/rude owner, it doesn't even let you finish eating that will clear your table and want to send you away. I do not want to be a defeatist but if this is a hotel I'm George Clooney.
Rooms without air conditioning, long and narrow, without knowledge of languages reception, restaurant with Chef who could make the serial killer. The area outside the hotel run down and the north side of the island is often covered with bad weather, while the South East of the island is more sunny and raining a little. I don't recommend it.

Nice and clean, friendly staff a very good deal for the money. Literally 50 yards to the beach and a 2 mile long beach walkway with all the shopping you need. Turn the other way around and there is a big shopping center in walking distance (about 500 yards) car rental place (Omega) across the street with good prices (I checked around)

I spent a week at the hotel in very reasonable price.
Was cleaned every day, managers very nice, and the breakfast was good.
There is a lift luckily because the hotel has still 6 floors
I recommend if you want a good hotel has very correct 30 m from the sea.
