Room adequate, double bed, shower, sink, 2 separate female toilets on the same floor, cooking area upstairs on the roof, roof top seating area, polite and helpful staff, area outside bedrooms always clean, vending machine for tea, coffee, hot chocolate cheap prices, vending machine for snacks, walking distance of beach and other attractions, shopping mall. Would definitely stay again.

We were in one of the 4 apartments you have in another building. The problem is that the photos posted on the Internet do not reflect the reality and we have felt ripped off. We wouldn't go back. Too expensive for what it offers. In addition, the attention received leaves much Q desiring: They have been rude to us.

Great location, good value for money. Simple rooms with TV, fridge, kettle, shower…

Hostel is located near the park, local bus stop, long range bus station (easy access to aeropuerto), police station, many shops, restaurants and beach of course. It's comfortable, well planned, with guest-card access at any time. Room was fully equipped with shower, fan and refrigerator. There is also kitchen on the roof, so you can eat self-prepared meals on the fresh air. It's the cheap place to stay so don't have big expectations about the "beauty" aspect. Oh, and hosts are super-helpful and nice people.

Clean and basic hostel in great location. Close to the ocean and restaurants. Can be pretty noisy during the night but it wasn't a problem. Kitchen and big tarace on the roof was great. For this price you can't except any more.

You can not ask for more is a simple place to stay asleep and save your things while you spend the best you have is that it is a few meters from everything in gral.

Small and modest hostel, very well located next to Santa Catalina Park. It offers very useful features, such as a fridge in the room, flat TV, wardrobe and bedside table, although only with lights on the ceiling and bathroom with hairdryer. Towels and soap are provided for the shower. The best of the hostel is the terrace that is upstairs next to a kitchen available for guests 24 h to make breakfast, food and dinner. Given its location is a bit noisy, although if it is winter or you sleep with the windows closed it doesn't bother much. The attention in reception is impeccable and they definitely tried to solve all our doubts.

Pretty good hostel/hotel, but a huge disadvantage is a noise from the street + the heat.

Worst hostel night ever. Tiny windowless room with dirty shower, unstable bed and rough concrete around door frame. And that's for 35€ per night and if you complain, the manager tells you what a bargain this is!
