Great place in an incredible spot near the beach and quiet, where you can hear the ocean and relax.

Great place, here for the third time. Very clean, very nice friendly staff. Perfect it you want a peaceful holiday. Just a few steps down and you are on the beach. We will be back again.

A compliment to the very nice team, we felt very comfortable. Great bread service, great cleaning lady, great apartement, great view, everything was always very clean and well maintained. And not to forget the nice team of the reception. We will be back, but then for 2 weeks :-)

Very comfortable apartment with unbeatable views. Kitchen with slightly deteriorated furniture. Lack of air conditioning for both cold and heat, I have not needed to be April. It has a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Clean and comfortable! The staff is always smiling and friendly. The location is perfect! There is not a better place to stay! We will be here again!

A fantastic hotel that is clean and tidy with a wonderful sea view. The staff are helpful and very nice. We have already booked the next trip here again to December. We look very much forward to it, though it's only March now … :-)

We were now three times in the Buganvilla and were always very satisfied.
The location is perfect: direct access to Playa de San Agustin, where you can swim super.
From all the rooms great views to the dunes of Maspalomas.
The surrounding area is quiet, but supermarkets and some cafes/restaurants (tip: Las Lomas) are within walking distance. If you want to party, you're wrong here.
The nearest bus stop can also be reached on foot. From there, buses depart for example to Las Palmas, Faro de Maspalomas and Puerto de Mogan.
The entire facility is in a top condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning service is outstanding.
The furnishing of the rooms is simple but friendly and in the modern kitchen there is everything you need.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. Very good service.
The only drawback: the Buganvilla does not have its own parking spaces and it is especially difficult to find a free parking place on the street in the evening.
Fully recommended.

This hotel is hard to top. All rooms are new and have balconies with sea views. The staff is nice and courteous. You can walk directly from the hotel down a staircase to the beach, jump into the sea and back to the beautifully designed hotel complex.
The four stars that the hotel owns are defined. Very happy again.

We were here in March 2017 and would like to leave every day.
We had a studio. For a week, it was enough for us. We were on the road every day.
Cleaning, equipment and equipment very good.
Only the coffee machine wasn't that good.

A really great place. Very clean inside and out, offering all the self catering holiday maker needs. Very popular with the Scandinavians and is located well away from the hussle and bussle of the busy towns like playa de ingles, although still in easy reach of shopping centres, pubs, restaurants etc.

Amazing place to stay for adults only. Private access to the beach promenade. Modern rooms. Wi-Fi isn't included.

Stayed here last week. Good sized apartment, clean, helpful staff and right next to the beach! Wifi isn't great (even when purchased at €15 for the week). There's two restaurants very close by and a decent sized Spar supermarket too. Unfortunately late checkout wasn't available but they did allow us into a locked shower room to freshen up before our journey home.

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with views up to the dunes of Mas Palomas. Hotel with clean rooms and kitchenette. Well served by public transport.

Are the 7 te times in the Buganvilla and again fully enthusiastic. Top well-kept facility, super stylish rooms and ambience, very nice staff, and this great view.
With us, the Buganvilla meets 100% all expectations.

It is our second visit and we have already booked a third stay. The appartment is very clean and comfortable. With a magnificent view! It's great that it's so close to the. Ocean, where we every morning take a swim. It's the best appartment to stay in San Agustin according to our opinion. Very nice and helpful staff and a nice poolarea, cleaned every day. The location I stunning! However be aware that you have to descend many stairs to rich the pool and the see.

All top! Highly recommended, great views and staff is very nice and gives good tips! The hotel is very clean and has a nice pool which is daily maintained and kept clean, the same applies to the green area around the hotel! Nice is also direct access to the beach!

Really top, just like in the pictures. The staff tried very to speak German. Everything new and clean. Concern and everything else in the new State. The entire area around the pool and everything else was cleaned every morning.
We were there with Schauinsland Reisen and the service was good.
Minus point, the cleaning power came very irregularly.
Really to recommend the best location you can search only, mega views and five minutes to the beach. It was worth the trip!
