Disappointed is to say very little very abandoned and common areas very dirty.

Enclosure completely different from the advertised nothing to do with the photos of the ad: Cockroaches, Bad smell in the bathrooms, Abandoned reception.
I will never return a bad experience I do not recommend it.

Accompanied by a beautiful communications towers we find an outdated establishment uncared for and where the photos do not coincide with reality. I'm sure they were the day of the inauguration. Better spend a little more and look for something better. I don't recommend it.

The treatment at the same reception of the apartment is very good, but the phone is lousy.
The room consists of TWO beds and a sofa with a mattress where two people must sleep.
Technical issues are not easily solved.
It's not well placed on the map.
The cleaning time is not very adequate.
The Wi-Fi signal doesn't reach the rooms or at least the one I've been to. We've asked for help and the deal hasn't been a good thing.
The only good thing is the pool and the views, little else.

Ok good for relaxing not in off spaces on pool staff looking just for make many don't pay attention on customers.

The worst apartment where I stayed. All very nice the pictures on the Internet but you get there and that's sloppy the pool bar in works says that ay parking a lie and Wi-Fi a bit of the same. The park for kids full of dog poops, cigars all you can find Ayi. A disgusting apartment stinks the room would not repeat nor crazy.

Didn't look so great, but it's recently been bought by neighbouring Riosol, and will be renovated I hope. Wifi doesn't work/is extremely unstable on the lower levels.

Apartment was okay. Clean and presentable. We were expecting a pool bar but alas not on this visit. An awful lot of building work going on in the sister hotel. A security guard had to book us in as there was nobody there at 10pm to do this. A bit of a let down as it was not as it was explained when we booked. Luckily the kind lady in the supermarket, let us buy water even though she was closing. It would be a good idea to have a couple of bottles of drinking water in the fridge for late comers. Pool area was clean and tidy, not very busy, but This was probably due to it being early in the season. This hotel is up high in the hills. Lots of steps to climb.

Great place. Clean pool, real quiet, nice view.

Didn't look so great, but it's recently been bought by neighbouring Riosol, and will undergo renovation. Housekeeping did a great job, I really enjoyed not having to do the dishes Located a 2 minute walk from the Europa center, which had everything we needed.

Cozy and familiar with spectacular views.

A little high up on the hill wasn't that impressed with the rooms.

Nice views… protected from wind… helpfull housekeeping… well equipped kitchen… we enjoyed the best meals of our stay on our own terrace overlooking Puerto Rico… it was private and romantic… friendly helpful staff in reception… great value … I would certainly stay here again.

This is our third time we’re here, and that’s because we learned the first time where to stay at this big apartment hotel and what’s the best to know. The same about the restaurants around the area.

Nice place with swimming pool. There is a market near the apartmant, but not so near to the beach.

Wasn't happy at all with this complex. No reception you had to go to the sister hotel next to it to report anything and to check in. No pool bar the decor was very grubby. I can go on. But no would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Rooms are nice and clean, the cleaning maid was fantastic polite and pleasant the pool was clean and plenty of beds available for us at all times fantastic views and quiet at night there are faults and l can list a few the main one is the pool bar is not open and although you can use the riosol who wants to walk a 100mtrs to the bar? why can't we use the pool at the riosol then you would get money from the guests buying the drink instead of us giving our money to the local spar? I would stay again as it was value for money.

Do not stay here whatever the price its not worth it at all at all! It is over run wit ants it is awful.
I arrived wit my husband and 3 kids one of which is a 10 month old baby the carry cot provided was covered in ants. So much wrong with this place I cant understand why its been advertised to anyone let alone families with children.
I didnt stay here after seen these rooms we stayed next door in the riosol much better cleaner nicer everything.
The only people I wud recommend these rooms to are stags men that couldnt care less and even that is a stretch!
